        고령층의 관광제약과 관광지 선택속성이 관광행동에 미치는 영향

        In terms of income level and purchasing power, it is predicted that the elderly will emerge as a leading consumer class, not the underprivileged class of the past. This study attempted to find out how tourism constraints and tourist destination selection attributes affect tourism behavior through empirical analysis of elderly tourists aged 60 or older. To this end, a survey was conducted by 500 elderly people with travel experience within the last year, and 274 samples suitable for research purposes were used for analysis. Descriptive statistical analysis, frequency analysis, reliability analysis, exploratory factor analysis, regression analysis, and one-way variance analysis were used as analysis techniques. As a result of the analysis, it was found that there was a negative (-) causal relationship between internal and attractive factors among tourism constraints. In contrast, positive (+) effect on tourism behavior was discovered on both experiential and attractive factors among tourist selection attributes, and internal and personal constraints among tourism constraints. The implication of the study is that elderly tourists show different characteristics from ordinary tourists, so the differences between their constraints and optional attributes should be carefully reviewed when establishing elderly tourism policies.

        지역축제 스토리텔링속성이 몰입과 만족에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of study is to suggest the importance of storytelling as an instrument for solving massification of festival and standardized festival by using different strategy of regional festival. The study empirically tests the reciprocal relations among key variables including storytelling of local festival, flow and satisfaction. Data were collected with a structured questionnaire at the 85th chunhyang festival of Nam-won, 320 samples were used for statistical analysis. As a result is presented as follows: first of all, storytelling factor consist of interactive, story, expression factor. In the second place, a storytelling, as an element of festivals had a strong positive influence on the festival flow and consumer satisfaction. The influence is the elements of interaction, stories, and expression in the order named. The third, flow of festival had considerable impact on the festival satisfaction. The results of this study can provide insights for festival organizers that planning a festival with the storytelling of festival and operating a flow of festival with the satisfaction for participants. Consequently, the proposed theoretical framework of the study was useful in programs management in local festival. The findings of the study provide practical implications about a consideration for improvement of local festival in Korea. Also, a critical need of consistent local positive research on festival storytelling flow arose and an attempt to study the origin of festival storytelling programs is needed.

        장소자산을 통한 지역축제의 장소마케팅 전략 연구

        The purpose of this paper is to analyze how ‘Pyeong Chang Hyoseok Cultural Festival’ strategized on a place asset. First of all, through examining the relevant precedent researches, Hardware factors(a Natural asset, a Infra asset), Humanware factors(a system asset, a human asset) and Contents factors(a cultural asset, an artistic asset) were respectively deducted from properties in place asset of festival. Place marketing strategy of this study is consisted of four main factors what place asset, predominance in competition, development of place asset with festival, Space-Forming of attraction. This study with four main factors suggests process in the results of research to analysis process what goes finding of place asset → development of place asset → competitive advantage strategy → space-forming of attraction. The analysis in this case showed that the competitive place is attributed to Lee-Hyoseok(character), buck wheat(Natural), Bongseokoe(The organization participated in their own free will before the festival). This research shows the fact that forming a place on ordinary spaces, finding differentiation of festivals, and developing hardware/software should be progressed based on not only the uniqueness of places but also the formation of artificial places for the place marketing strategies.

        초연결 사회에서의 온·오프라인 융합축제 운영전략 - 2021 서울드럼페스티벌을 중심으로 -

        최근 팬데믹으로 인해 축제를 운영하는데 있어 어려움을 겪고 있다. 지역축제는 2020년에 취소하거나, 비대면 온라인 축제로 개최되었으며, 2021년에는 취소하거나, 온라인과 오프라인을 결합한 축제로 개최되고 있다. 코로나19는 축제의 위기로만 바라보는 것이 아닌 기회의 관점에서 바라볼 필요가 있다. 4차 산업혁명을 기반으로 인류는 초연결 사회로 전환되고 있다. 축제도 초연결 사회로의 특성인 오프라인과 온라인 융합을 시스템적으로 구축할 필요가 있으며, 코로나19는 축제의 오프라인과 온라인 융합을 앞당기는 기회로 작용할 수 있다고 본다. 하지만 지역축제는 대체로 취소하거나 단순한 오프라인과 온라인 결합 형태인 하이브리드 축제형태로 개최되고 있는 실정이다. 초연결 사회에서의 지역축제는 오프라인 공간과 온라인 공간을 유기적으로 연결해 하나의 공간으로 인식하는 계기로 삼아야 한다. 이에 본 연구는 융합축제로 나아가기 위한 전 단계로 하이브리드 축제를 인식하고, 이론적 고찰을 통해 융합축제의 개념과 구조를 도출하였다. 그리고 온라인과 오프라인에서 하이브리드 축제로 운영된 2021년 서울드럼페스티벌 사례를 분석해 융합축제로 나아가기 위한 전략을 4가지로 제시하였다. 즉, O2O플랫폼과 네트워크 구축, 일상의 축제화와 축제의 일상화, 메타버스 기술 활용 콘텐츠 융복합, 유기적 연결과 상호작용이다. 본 연구는 미래사회 축제로 부각될 수 있는 융합축제 연구의 방향성 고찰에 기여할 것으로 본다. 실무적으로는 축제 업무에서 축제의 온라인 공간 인식의 패러다임 전환과 축제 기획 및 운영 전략의 실무적인 방향성을 제시할 것으로 기대된다. Recently, the festival’s operation has been chaotic due to the Pandemic. The existing offline festival was held as a non-face-to-face online festival in 2020, and is being held as a combined online and offline festival in 2021. Coronavirus 19 needs to be viewed from an opportunity perspective, not just as a festival crisis. In other words, based on the Fourth Industrial Revolution, mankind is turning into a hyper connected society. The festival also needs to try to switch to a hyper connected society, and I think Coronavirus 19 is an opportunity to advance that period. However, most festivals in Korea are holding hybrid festivals amid the paradigm of crisis. Hybrid festivals are concepts that use online space as needed. The hyper connected social festival is an era of convergence festivals that organically connects offline space and online space, not hybrid festivals, to recognize them as one space. Thus, this study recognized hybrid festivals as a preliminary step to the fusion festival and derived the concept and structure of the convergence festival through theoretical consideration. In addition, it analyzed the case of the 2021 Seoul Drum Festival, which was operated as a hybrid festival online and offline, and presented a strategy to move forward to a convergence festival. In other words, O2O platform and network construction, Making life into a festival and a festival into everyday life, convergence of contents utilizing metaverse technology, organic connection and interaction. This study is expected to contribute to the consideration of the direction of research on convergence festivals, which are future social festivals. In practice, it is expected to present a paradigm shift in the perception of the online space of the festival in the festival business and the practical direction of the festival planning and operation strategy.
