        A Study on the Thermal Analysis of Induction Hooting Cooker with Finite Element Method

        본 논문에서는 유도가열조리기의 효과적인 설계를 위하여 입력주파수 변화에 따른 유도가열조리기의 자계와 열계 해석 방법을 제시하였다. 유도가열조리기의 내부자계는 3차원 축대칭 유한요소법을 사용하여 해석하였으며, 열원은 유도가열조리기의 내부에서 유도된 와전류에 의하여 발생되고, 열은 열원과 열방정식을 사용하여 계산되어진다. 또한, 유도가열조리기의 온도특성을 스테인레스와 알루미늄 각각에 대하여 주파수와 투자율에 따라 제시하였다. Recently, induction heating cooker(IH-Cooker) is very interested for high efficiency, the quickness of heating time and the convenient regulation of heating spot. In this paper, we proposed the magneto-thermal analysis of an induction heating cooker(IH-Cooker) as an efficient design, and analyzed the magnetic fold intensity inside the axisymmetric shaped cooker using three-dimensional axisymmetric finite element method(Flux2D) and the effectual heat source was obtained by ohmic losses from eddy currents induced in the cooker. Also, we presented the temperature characteristics of the IH-Cooker according to input frequency and relative permeability in stainless parts and in aluminum parts.

        유한요소법을 이용한 IH-JAR의 열확산 예측에 관한 연구

        유도가열 기술은 담금질, 단조를 위한 예열, 용융 그리고 요리 등과 같은 산업 전반에 걸쳐서 아주 폭넓게 사용되는 기술이다. 본 논문에서는 IH-JAR의 효과적인 설계를 위하여 자계 및 열 해석을 하였다. IH-lAR의 내부자계는 3차원 축대칭 유한요소법을 사용하여 해석하였으며, 열원은 IH-JAR 내부에서 유도된 와전류에 의하여 발생되고, 열은 열원과 열방정식을 사용하여 계산되어진다. 또한, IH-JAR의 온도분포를 시간과 투자율에 따라 제시하였다. Induction heating is widely used in today's industry, in operations such as metal hardening, pre-heating for forging operations, melting or cooking. In this paper, the magneto-thermal analysis of an induction heating jar(IH-JAR) was presented as an efficient design. The magnetic field intensity inside the axisymmetric shaped cooker was analyzed using three-dimensional axisymmetric finite element method(FLUX2D) and the effectual heat source was obtained by ohmic losses from eddy currents induced in the jar. The heat was calculated using the heat source and heating equation. Also, it was presented the temperature characteristics of the IH-JAR according to time and relative permeability in stainless parts and in aluminum parts.

        동양의 전통적 환경인식과 환경관

        In the orient, ancestor's perception to natural environment was related on the change of climate. Man had been a essence of the warm blood animal, which had suited in mild climate for living and acting. The weather of hot or cold was not only comfort in human life but influences negatively on human behavior. The most people of oriental was particularly interrelated to seasonal change of climate in earlier time. Because, there are elements such as temperature, humidity and wind in the category of climate, these elements differentiated seasonal change. The main methods of perception of natural environment were observed and classified. Although these methods were in the primitive stage, these coincided the tendency of modern science. For example, confucian was recognized the law of vertical air current that warm air rised and cold air sinked. And they could classify all elements nature based on the principles of 'Yin and Yang(陰陽論)' such as male and female, the sun and moon. shade and light etc. Thus results of the observation and the classification concerned with physical environment can be utilize a wisdom for progressive life of inhabitants. It was a origin of the education in natural environment. Commonness in the viewpoint of environment in the orient if recognized the law of circulation. Buddhism, originated in india, realized that all of phenomena in the world was changed slowly through the principles of cycle(輪廻說) such as male and female, the sun and moon, shade and light etc. Thus results of the observation and the classification concerned with physical environment can be utilized a wisdom for progressive life of inhabitants. The theory of karma effects(葉報設) is so signify with the good result that good one's action is reap a sweet fruit. The most environmental problem in today must realized as a consequence of men's act. Then Taoism emphasized the pure nature without the artificiality. Because complexual environment was composed of several elements, It was maintained through the artificiality. Because complexual environment was composed of several elements, It was maintained through the interaction of cause and effects. The solution of environmental problem is maintenanced the harmony between cause and effects by a philosophical concept.

        2相 Linear Stepping Motor의 진동특성에 관한 연구

        리니어 스텝핑 모터(Linear Stepping Motor : 이하 LSM이라 칭함)는 운동 변환기구 없이 입력신호에 따라 선형적인 변위를 발생시키는 다이렉트 드라이브(Direct Drive)방식의 전동기이다. 따라서 LSM은 자동반송장치, 의료기기, OA,FA 응용 등에 다양하게 사용되고 있다. 그러나 LSM은 구동시 구조적으로 큰 진동이 발생됨으로서 추력이 급격히 떨어질 때가 있으며, 최악의 경우에는 역전이나 탈조현상이 발생하고, 또한 소음의 원인이 되기 때문에 응용에 있어서 많은 제약을 받고 있는 실정이다. 여기에 대응하기 위해, 본 논문에서는 권선 인덕턴스에 저장된 에너지와 LSM의 유도전압을 이용한 새로운 1상 여자방식에 의한 진동억제 방법을 보여주며, 또한 LSM의 구조를 기초로 자기등가회로를 구성하였으며, 또한 자기등가회로에 대한 방정식을 이용하여 LSM의 전기적인 등기회로를 유도하였다. 그리고, LSM의 새로운 1상 여자방식에 의한 진동특성을 전압방정식과 추력방정식 및 운동방정식을 사용하여 ACSL에 의하여 시뮬레이션 하였으며, 레이저 실측 시스템에 의한 실측결과와 비교·검토하였다. In this paper, a vibration suppression method using an energy stored in winding inductance and an induced v voltage of the Linear Stepping Motor(LSM) is shown, and it is applied to a new one-phase excitation method A And a magnetic equivalent circuit is based on the structure of the LSM, and then the electric equivalent circuit of the LSM is derived by solving equations for the magnetic equivalent circuit. Several dynamic characteristics of the LSM are analyzed by the ACSL with the voltage equations, the force equations and the kinetic equation, a and are measured by experimental system.

        자기조절초점이론에 근거한 청소년 스마트폰 사용 자기조절 척도의 개발

        The purpose of the study was to develop the scale for ‘ Self-Regulation Scale for adolecent’s smartphone use: Based on the Regulatory Focus Theory(SRSAS-RFT)’.30 preliminary questions of SRSAS-RFT were developed and validity of items was confirmed by verification of a group of pundit. Participants for this study were 611 middle school and high school students. The crucial 11 items were strictly selected by factor analysis, and searched form fit indices with confirmatory factor analysis. The results showed that the SRSAS-RFT was composed of two factors(Preventional focus Self Regulation, Promotional focus Self Regulation). And internal consistency between items of the scale was relatively reliable to .75(cronbach’s a). As well, the two factors of SRSAS-RFT were correlated with General Self Regulation Measure, The Brief Self-Control Measure, Self-Esteem Inventory, Smartphone Addiciton Proneness Scale. The results suggested that the SRSAS-RFT has both valid and reliable psychometric properties. Finally, the implications of this study and directions for future study were discussed. 본 연구의 목적은 자기조절초점의 이론적 개념을 근거로 청소년의 스마트폰 사용과 관련하여 자기조절척도(SRSAS-RFT)를 개발하고 신뢰도와 타당도 검증을 통해 청소년들에게 적합한 자기조절의 속성을 발견하기 위해서 이루어졌다. 이를 위해 청소년을 대상으로 하여 SRSAS-RFT의 예비문항을 개발하고 탐색적 요인분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과, “예방초점적 자기조절‘, ’향상초점적 자기조절‘로 구성된 2요인 모델이 확인되었으며, 이 모델은 확인적 요인분석에서도 지지되었을 뿐만 아니라, 기존의 자기조절초점 척도와도 유의한 정적 상관을 나타내었다. 마지막으로 자기조절초점의 이론에 근거한 청소년 스마트폰 사용 자기조절 척도의 유용성과 연구의 제한점 등이 논의되었다.
