本 硏究는 Stevia의 主要系統의 特性과 成分含量의 變化를 究明하기 爲하여 1981年度 濟州道에서 遂行하였다. 草長은 水原11號 가장 높았으며 다음이 水原12號, 13號 및 水原 14號는 비슷하였으며 水原 2號, 農家栽培種 順位였다. 節數는 水原2號가 가장 많았으며 水原11號, 12號 및 14號는 비슷 하였고 農家栽培種이 越等이 적었다. 乾葉收量은 水原2號, 4號가 가장 많았고 다음이 12號, 11號, 13號의 順位를 나타내었고 農家栽栽培種은 顯著하게 떨어졌다. stevioside와 rebaudiside 含量은 水原 11號가 가장 많았고 水原 12號 및 14號가 같은 含量으로 다음이었고 水原 2號와 13號는 農家栽培種보다 떨어졌다. 10a當 stevioside및 rebaudiside 含量은 乾葉收量과 成分含量을 綜合的으로 評價할 때 水原14號가 가장 優秀하였고 다음이 水原12號, 11號, 2號, 農家栽培種 順位였다. This study was conducted to obtain agronomic characteristics and components of Stevia rebaudiana Bertoni. Results may be summarized as follows: Stalk was longest in Suweon 11 with similar lengths amongst Suweon 12, 13 and 14. Stalk lengths were considerably less with Suweon 2 and local cultivar. The largest number of node was found in Suweon 2, slightly less amongst Suweon 11, 12, 13 and 14, and the least in the local cultivar. The yield of leaves was highest in Suweon 2 followed in descending order by Suweon 14, 12, 11 and 13 with the lowest yield in local cultivar. The content of stevioside and rebaudiside in dry leaves was highest in Suweon 11, followed by similar content in Suweon 12 and 14, and descended in order of local cultivar, Suweon 2 and 13.
Stevia에 있어서 優良系統 選拔을 爲한 主要特性 分離에 관한 硏究

This study was conducted to discover some main characteristics for the selection of a superior line in Stevia rebaudiana Bertoni. The results obtained are summarized as follows: The medium-sized leaf appears far more frequently than the large and small-sized leaf, and the Latter two appear in some what similar ratio to each other. Shape of the leaf is most frequently elliptic, and orbicular and linear shapes are rather infrequent. Stems of medium length appear most frequently, and shorter stem infrequently. The length of internode occurs in a positive correlation with the length of stem. The branch develops more commonly at an acute angle. The plant with a minimum of branches appears with maximal frequency. Those plants which have major and medium number of branches appear in similar ratio to each other. The maojrity of plants begin to flower in early September.

This study was conducted to investigate relationships between emergence, spikelet and flolet initiations and heading, and climatic factors in five two-rowed barley cultivars sown at the different seasons. The results obtained are summarized as follows; 1. There was a close relationship between the number of days from sowing to emergence and average air temperature. 2. Although differences among cultivars were observed for sensitivity to daylength at the developmental phase from emergence to spikelet initiation, little differences among cultivars was recongnized for the number of days from sowing to heading and sensitivity to daylength at this developmental phase. 3. there were significant differences among cultivars for the number of days from spikelet initiation to heading and much larger differences for the number of days from spikelet initiation to flolet initiation.

제주도 Pineapple 栽培開發을 爲하여 生態學的 要因인 氣候的 環境과 土壤條件에 對한 諸般要因을 調査하고 人爲的 開花를 促進하기 爲하여 植物生長調節物質 X-Naphtalene acetic acid와 Acetylene gas의 影響에 對하여 調査한 結果는 다음과 같다. 1. Pineapple 栽培에서 가장 沮害要因을 나타내는 것은 溫度와 日照量이었다. 2. 越冬時 低溫 對策과 日照量 缺乏에 대한 人爲的 開花促進이 반드시 必要하였다. 3. Vinyl house內의 土壤 水分은 겨울동안 크게 變動이 없었다. 4. 日照量 不足에 對한 花芽分化 障碍를 解消하기 爲하여 植物 生長調節 物質을 處理란 結果는 飽和 Acetylene gas 溶液과 L-N.A.A 30ppm 處理區에서 그 效果가 顯著하게 좋았다 This study was performed to investigate ecological factors(Climatological environment and soil conditions), and the effect of plant growth regulators, X-Naphtalene acetic acid and saturated Acetylene solution, for the development Pineapple growing in cheju-do. The obtained results are as following : 1. The most obstructive climatical factors for pineapple growing were the shortage of atmospheric temperature and sunlight. 2. Keeping warm during the winter and promoting the artificial differentiation of flower bud for the shortage of sunlight, were needed. 3. during the winter, soil moisture in the plastic greenhouse was hardly changed. 4. To promote the differentiation of flower bud, the treatment of plant growth regulators, the saturated Acetylene solution and 30ppm plots of X-Naphtalene acetic acid made good effects.
