        龜旨歌 敍事의 封祭機能 硏究

        본고는 국문학 영역에서 이제까지 삼국유사 소재 가락국기의 기록을 신화나 농경(農耕)제의(祭儀)의 일환으로 연구하던 방법론에서 벗어나 새로운 연구방법론을 찾고자 시도하였다.가락국의 건국은 AD42년이다. 이 시기는 동아시아 전체가 보편주의 세계관으로 통합되어가던 시기이다. 동아시아 국가들이 이제까지 전통적인 입장에서 지키려 하였던 국가 사전(祀典) 제도의 골격이라 할 수 있는 삼례(三禮)를 중심으로, 왕조내의 질서를 부여하게 되는 시기로 한반도에 나타난 집단들도 초기 율령국가로서의 면모를 갖추어 나가면서 성장하기 시작한 시기이다. 동아시아에서 초기 국가의 건설과 정립과정을 통해 중요한 위치를 차지하고 있는 것이 천명사상(天命思想)의 발달이다. 하늘의 천명에 따라 국가의 흥망도, 천자의 왕권 정통성도 성립되는 것이라는 믿음으로 인하여 천제(天祭)로 나타난 것이 ‘봉선제(封禪祭)’이며 그중에서도 특히 ‘봉제(封祭)’이다. 가락국(가야국)도 다른 국가와 마찬가지로 이시기 율령국가로서의 면모를 갖추고 발전하게 되면서 천명사상을 받아들여 자신들의 국가와 군주가 하늘의 명을 받고 만들어지게 되었다는 인식을 가지게 되며, 이러한 인식은 개황록을 통해 확인 할 수 있다.삼국유사 소재 가락국기의 기록은 신화적 색채를 가지고 있으나 신화로 해석되기 보다는 구전과 기타의 기록을 통해 전해 내려오던 가락국의 건국 ‘봉선제’가 개황록에 원환적이며 전통적인 시각을 통하여 신화로 정착되었다가 후대에 삼국유사에 이르러 보편주의와 한문학에 의해 재해석되어 ‘영신군가(迎神君歌)’혹은 ‘주술적 농경제의’의 의미를 부여받아 정착된 기록으로 파악해야한다. 삼국유사가 정리되던 시기는 신화적이며 원환적인 세계관이 붕괴되면서 신화적인 인식보다는 역사적 인식체계가 강하게 나타난 시기이다. 따라서 <구지가>는 역사적인 의미를 가지고 있던 ‘封禪祭’에서 나타난 군왕의 즉위에 따른 찬가(讚歌)가 자신의 조상을 신성시 하기위한 신화적 인식에서 의미체계의 변화를 겪은 후, 영신군가로 변하여 수로왕 전승에 개입되어 있는 것으로 보는 것이 타당하다.

        Antitubercular Activities of the Novel Synthesized 1,2,4-Triazole Derivatives

        1,2,4-Triazoles exert antimycobacterial activity by inhibiting the cell wall biosynthesis. In an attempt to developing lead compounds exhibiting antitubercular activities, a series of 1,2,4-triazole derivatives were synthesized by introducing various substitutes into a scaffold and the antitubercular activity was evaluated. The most potent compounds 3e and 8d showed their minimum inhibitory concentrations against Mycobacterium tuberculosis as 12.5uM. The results indicate that those compounds can be considered as leads for further development of new 1,2,4-triazole type candidates with high antitubercular activities.

        Electroporation을 이용한 그람 양성 세균의 형질전환

        Gram-positive bacteria, Bacillus subtilis BR151 and Staphylococcus aureus RN4220 were transformed with high efficiency by electroporation. The cells were incubated until late log phase, washed three times with 10% glycerol, 1mM HEPES, 12% sucrose and resuspended to $10^{10}{\sim}10^{11}cfu/ml$, then stored at -$70^{\circ}C$. Transformation efficiency of B. subtilis BR151 was $1.03{\times}10^7cfu/{\mu}g$ with cells washed with 10% glycerol and electroporated by 15KV/cm, 0.7msec pulse with pUB110. Transformation efficiency of S. aureus RN4220 was $4{\times}10^6cfu/{\mu}g$ with cells washed with 1mM HEPES + 10% glycerol and electroporated by 15KV/cm, 2.5msec pulse. The number of total transformants was 1000 when B. subtilis BRI51 was transformed with 100ng pUB110 DNA and the number of total transformants was 9000 when S. aureus RN4220 was transformed with 10ng pUB110 DNA

        A Study on the Errors in the Free-Gyro Positioning and Directional System

        This paper is to develop the position error equations including the attitude errors, the errors of nadir and ship’s heading, and the errors of ship’s position in the free-gyro positioning and directional system. In doing so, the determination of ship’s position by two free gyro vectors was discussed and the algorithmic design of the free-gyro positioning and directional system was introduced briefly. Next, the errors of transformation matrices of the gyro and body frames, i.e. attitude errors, were examined and the attitude equations were also derived. The perturbations of the errors of the nadir angle including ship’s heading were investigated in each stage from the sensor of rate of motion of the spin axis to the nadir angle obtained. Finally, the perturbation error equations of ship’s position used the nadir angles were derived in the form of a linear error model and the concept of FDOP was also suggested by using covariance of position error.

        Fe-25Mn-0.2C 강의 변형유기 변태현상

        The deformation-induced transformation behavior of an austenitic Fe-25Mn-0.2C steel has been investigated in this study. The recently proposed transformation-kinetics equation between the volume fraction (f) of transformed phase and the inelastic strain (ε), which is in the form of (f/f_s) = 1 - exp(-βε^n), has been employed to analyze the transformation behavior during deformation of the Fe-25Mn-0.2C steel at various temperatures ranging from 7.5℃ to 177℃. In the equation above, f_s, denotes saturation value of f and parameters β and n characterize the stability of austenite and formation rate of nucleation sites to inelastic strain, respectively. The deformation-induced phases in this steel below and above 100℃ were ε-martensite and deformation twin, respectively. The formation rates of nucleation site to inelastic strain, n, for the ε-martensite and deformation twin were obtained as 1.4 and 1.0, respectively. The values of f_s and β appeared to decrease with increasing temperature for both (-martensite and deformation twin. A new method to determine the M_d temperature, above which the deformation-induced phase cannot be formed regardless of the amount of inelastic strain, was suggested and obtained as 67℃ and 290℃ for the formation of the ε-martensite and deformation twin, respectively. These values appear to be very close to previously reported ones.

        Comparison perceptions of secondary mathematics teachers between Korea and Indonesia in covid-19 era

        This study compared the perceptions of 548 Korean and Indonesian secondary school teachers in the COVID-19 era and examined factors affecting their intention to continue online learning. Based on survey data, the two countries were compared on seven factors (teaching readiness, challenges and issues, competencies that require training, sources of support, types of support, and endurance). Furthermore, we examined what factors influence the intention to continue online learning. As a result, Korean teachers perceived their teaching readiness for online learning to be less than that of Indonesian teachers. Indonesian teachers perceived that they did not receive sufficient support. Additionally, factors affecting the intention to continue online learning differed depending on the country. Based on these results, we suggested implications for integrating online learning into mathematics education.

        A Study on Development of Laptop-Based Pilots’ Ship-Handling Simulation Software

        Berthing and unberthing maneuver is essential work for marine pilots and securing the safety against risks during the maneuver is more important than anything else. Moreover, the maneuvering environment in ports and harbors has changed rapidly and got worse due to development of a new port, the advent of a new type or large-sized ship, and the rapid increase in harbor traffic. As one of measures taken to cope with such changes in the maneuvering environment and for each pilot to improve his own maneuvering ability, this paper developed laptop-based ship-handling simulator which is readily available anytime and anywhere. This paper is to develop a conning display for ship’s maneuvering and electronic chart based display widely used nowadays to represent a model ship’s movement. The displays were arranged appropriately considering pilot age, easy handling by mouse, using a maximum screen, proper arrangement of rudder, engine, thruster, tug etc and representation of information. Up to now thirteen (13) model ships were developed based on real-ship, whose mathematical model is Japanese MMG & pilots' low speed maneuver.
