A형 인플루엔자(H1N1) 폐렴의 영상의학적 소견: 2예 보고

Novel influenza A (H1N1) infection is a highly infectious disease, which has been rapidly spreading worldwide since it was first documented in March of 2009 in Mexico. We experienced and report two cases of Influenza A (H1N1) pneumonia, accompanied by chest radiographic and CT findings. The chest radiographs revealed diffuse haziness and extensive airspace consolidation, whereas the CT scans demonstrated multifocal areas of ground glass opacity and airspace consolidation with a CT halo sign. A형(H1N1) 인플루엔자 바이러스 감염, 일명 신종플루는 2009년 3월 멕시코에서 처음 보고된 후 전 세계적으로 급속히 퍼지는 호흡기 감염이다. 저자들은 열을 동반한 호흡기 증상으로 내원한 52세, 73세 여자환자에서 확진된 2예의 신종플루 증례의 흉부X선 사진과 CT 소견을 보고하고자 한다. 각각 흉부X선 사진에서 미만성의 증가 음영과 광범위한 폐경화를 보였고, CT에서는 다발성의 간유리 음영과 CT 달무리 징후(CT halo sign)를 동반한 폐경화가 주된 소견이었다.

Brain Abscess Following Intracerebral Hemorrhage: A Case Report

A brain abscess developing at the site of a preceding intracerebral hemorrhage is a rare finding. We report here on a rare case of a brain abscess that developed at the site of an intracerebral hemorrhage after a systemic infection.
