Photosensitive carbon nanotube (CNT) pastes are explored to develop a CNT field emitter for field emission display (FED) application. We formulated a photosensitive paste including multi-walled CNTs (MWNTs) for screen printing. The photosensitive CNT paste was synthesized by mixing of MWNTs, inorganic fillers (nano metal), organic vehicle, monomers and photo initiator. The CNT paste films were patterned by using backside exposure technique. The CNTs were strongly fixed on a cathode by formation of carbon residue during firing process. For the CNT emitters, current-voltage(I-V) characteristics and images of field emission were evaluated. The emission properties of CNT emitters are dependent on the paste composition. A turn-on electric field for the CNT field emitters is measured to be 1 V/$\mu$m. Additionally, the effect of heat treatment parameter on field emission properties was discussed. The newly formulated photosensitive CNT paste can be potentially applicable to highly reliable CNT field emitters.

G.M Hopkings 時에 나타난 그리스도의 神泌

It is my intention in this dissertation to show the mystery of Christ in the selected poems of G.M. Hopkins based on his journals, sermons, and letters. First of all, Hopkins described Christ as the "mid-numbered in three of the thunder throne". And Christ made all that He created good, but by man's sin all was spoiled, and the relationship between God and man was broken. In spite of being God and the creator of all the universe, Christ is so full of love that he came to the earth as the Saviour. This reconciliation of the fallen human race with God was effected through .the bloody sacrifice of Christ on Calvary. Christ's redemptive action won back for man, and also for nature, a state of union with God. However, man must react to the grace of Christ positively. One of the best examples of this is illustrated by the tall nun in his poem 'The Wreck of the Deutschland'. She confessed her love of Christ through her suffering, so Christ and she were united together. The poet regarded her as another Christ. Hopkins sang of Christ "Ipse, the only one, King, Head,.... do, deal lord it with living and dead, Past all grasp God, throned behind death with a sovereignty, our passion-plunged giant risen"in the same poem. And in the poem 'the Soldier' Christ is written as a soldier, " He knows the war, served this soldiering through". According to Pauline epistles, Christ lives in His newly founded Church, the 'Mystical Body of Christ', in a mysterious manner after His Ascension. He is to be considered the head of the body. The poet expressed the idea in the Poem 'As Kingfishers Catch Fire,…' However, in the Mystical body of Christ' the individuality of both external nature and man is retained intact even while they are united with Christ. Christ is "their ransom, their rescue, and the first, fast, last friend" in the poem 'The Lantern our of Doors', and He is described as the giver of inspiration to the poet in the poem 'Thou art, indeed, just, Lord'. One of the reasons why Christ created all things is to communicate His goodness and His beatitude to man. In other words, Christ is so deeply present in everything that man can perceive in nature such beautiful Epiphanies of the love of God. Hopkins expressed that thought in the poem 'Hurrahing in Harvest'. So the world is used as an instrument of praise and benediction for Christ in the hands of the sons of God. Therefore, in Hopkins's poems we can see Christ as the central character. And Christ is no longer present in bodily but continues to act in the world through his creation and spirit. This is the mystery of Christ as described by the poet.

빅토리아조 시인으로서의 홉킨즈

Since the publication of Hopkins's poetry by his friend Robert Bridges in 1918, he has been called the "modern Poet". Little attempt has been made to place Gerard Manley Hopkins in the continuing romantic literary tradition of the nineteenth century where he chronologically and philosophically belong to My study attempts to make clear how truly Victorian Hopkins was. I have found in his writings there are quite a number of references to contemporary religious, literary, and artistic movements which are highly relevant to the study of Hopkins within a Victorian context. he is sensitive to the religious situation of the nineteenth century which results from the scientific development. So in his poetry he expresses the suffering of a man who believes in God, but finds Him unattainable, and who finds himself isolated in the midst of a universe which rebuffs him with blank unlikeness. Like Wordsworth and Tennyson, he exemplifies the romantic tradition which examines poet's attitude toward spiritual growth and the self. Furthermore, he interprets the role of language in poetry. One of the great themes of his poetry is the reconciliation of the real and ideal--an attempt to understand the unknown spiritual world in terms of the known world of nature. He shares the Victorians' unique consciousness of the self as self, a kind of doubly reflective self-consciousness. Hopkins also shares with other Victorians a sense of responsibility for remedying social disorders. Further, Hopkins shares the Victorians' passion for comparing their age with other age, which marked the intense Victorian sense of history. Contrary to an impression still common today, his interest in planned change in poetic expression was not idiosyncratic either, but quite Victorian. Hopkins, like other Victorians, also has his devout patriotism. In his case, as in many other Victorians, it is combined with a devout nostalgia for the Middle ages.' In this way Hopkins's metaphysics is traditional and operational within the romantic and Victorian philosphical framework. he is not only a peculiar product of the Victorian period but one of the true, excellent Victorian poets.

P형 in-situ 도핑 폴리실리콘 막질에 관한 연구

This paper reports physical properties of in situ boron doped silicon films made from boron source gas and silane ($SiH_4$) gas in a conventional low-pressure chemical vapor deposition vertical furnace. If the p-type polysilicon is formed by boron implantation into undoped polysilicon, the plasma nitridation (PN) process is added on the oxide in order to suppress boron penetration that can be caused during the thermal treatments used in fabrication. In-situ boron doped polysilicon deposition can complete p-type polysilicon film with only one deposition process and need not the PN process, because there is not interdiffusion of dopant at the intermediate temperatures of the subsequent steps. Since in-situ boron doped polysilicon films have higher work function than that of n-type polysilicon and they are compatible with the underlying oxide, they may be promising materials for improving memory cell characteristics if we make its profit of these physical properties.

G.M.Hopkins의 The Wreck of the Deutschland에 나타난 "wreck"의 의미

The purpose of this thsis is to recognize the final meaning of the wreck dealt with in the wreck of the Deutschland by G. M. Hopkins. According to christian doctrine, the mysteries of our inner and outer lives point back to a God. God masters the universe. Yet to human intelligence, God remains endowed with a paradoxical combination of opposing attributes. So man is often bewildered by a certainly paradoxical universe and a seemingly paradoxical God. G. M. Hopkins also went through the same experience as this in the past. The news of the wreck of the deutschland reminded him of his inner struggle in the past, and he wrote a poem, The Wreck of the Deutschland on this subject. Hopkinds divided the poem into two parts. in part Ⅰ, he treats his inner struggle. The speaker is terrified with the idea of divine chastisements-the frown of God's face. So he wants to flee to the heart of the Host as the evidence of God's mercy in order to restore the peace of mind. Finally he passes through his anguish to a more than satisfying solution, which was to bring much more glory to Christ. Therefore the wreck became harvest. Part Ⅱ develops this view of God and His ways with reference to those aboard the Deutschland, especially five nuns. The sufferings of the nuns led them to have recourse to God. The meaning of the word “wreck” contains the idea of destruction, and loss, but in the Wreck of the Deutschland “wreck is harvest, tempest carrys grain.” So the meaning of the word “wreck” in the wreck of the Deutschland is paradoxical. using paradoxes, Hopkins succeedingly expressed his understanding and acceptance of God's providence in the whole world. Therefore This poem is not a poem of constriction, fear and submission, but that of the love of God. The Wreck of the Deutschland by G. M. Hopkins is not a Good Friday poem, but an Easter Sunday poem.

Dichlorvos 증기(蒸氣)의 지속적(持續的) 흡입(吸入)이 인체(人體) 및 가계(家鷄)에 미치는 영향

Safety study of the continuous releasing dichlorvos-resin insecticide $(Mopari^{\circledR})$ was conducted in human volunteers and domestic fowls. For the purpose, the potential hazards in using the insecticide were observed in terms of the inhibition of plasma cholinesterase activity and the changes in the liver function (GOT, GPT, Alkaline phosphatase, Bilirubin, Thymol turbidity), the blood picture (RBC, WBC with differential count, Hemoglobin, Hematocrit and ESR) and the urine picture (sugar, albumin, pH and microscopic findings) in 40 healthy adult volunteers and 60 leghorn domestic fowls. In case of the human study the observation was continued for 2 months during the application of the insectiside ($1{\sim}3$ solid formulations/$30m^3$) in the living rooms of ordinary Korean dwelling houses or in the office. In the animal test, however, 1 to 5 solid formulations of the insecticide were applied in the fowl cage of $9.2m^3$ for 5 weeks. Any significant inhibition of the plasma cholinesterase activity was not observed in both the human volunteer and the fowl throughout the experimental period. And the liver function as well as the blood and urine pictures were also not changed after exposure to the vaporizing insecticide. It is considered from the result that the amount of dichlorvos released into the air by the continuous vaporizing dichlorvos-resin insecticide presents no significant hazardous effect on humans or animals in the present experimental condition.

TSV 기반 3D IC Pre/Post Bond 테스트를 위한 IEEE 1500 래퍼 설계기술

TSV based 3D ICs have been widely developed with new problems at die and IC levels. It is imperative to test at post-bond as well as pre-bond to achieve high reliability and yield. This paper introduces a new testable design technique which not only test microscopic defects at TSV input/output contact at a die but also test interconnect defects at a stacked IC. IEEE 1500 wrapper cells are augmented and through at-speed tests for pre-bond die and post-bond IC, known-good-die and defect free 3D IC can be massively manufactured+. 칩 적층기술의 발달로 TSV(Through Silicon Via) 기반 3D IC가 개발되었다. 3D IC의 높은 신뢰성과 수율을 얻기 위해서는 pre-bond 와 post-bond 수준에서 다양한 TSV 테스트가 필수적이다. 본 논문에서는 pre-bond 다이의 TSV 연결부에서 발생하는 미세한 고장과 post-bond 적층된 3D IC의 TSV 연결선에서 발생하는 다양한 고장을 테스트할 수 있는 설계기술을 소개한다. IEEE 1500 표준 기반의 래퍼셀을 보완하여 TSV 기반 3D IC pre-bond 및 post-bond의 at speed test를 통하여 known-good-die와 무결점의 3D IC를 제작하고자 한다.
