In our modern society, the importance of sport and exercise has been greatly recognized in terms of physical, social, metal, and physiological, benefits. Especially, it should be understood that principles of aerobic exercise are based upon rhythmic education, which increases the effects of aerobic. Therefore, this paper intended to review the characteristics and principles of movement, supported and utilized by movement educators, and to identify the determinant factors for aerobic movement. It can be concluded as follows ; First, one of the essential reasons of diffusion of aerobics may be attributable to the congruence witht the educational aims of Dalcroze, which focuses on stress release and enjoyment to educate human-being through physical activity Second, Bode, initiator of expressive gymnastics, emphasized the rhythmic education for increasing breath based upon individual differences. This kind of objectives is congruent with the ones of aerobic exercise. Third, the rhythmic movement of Medau stressed easy participation and the maximization of exercise effects through women's health and beautiful posture by means of rhythmic exercise and instruments. The characteristics of Medau rhythmic movement are similar to the modern aerobic exercise in relation to the utilization of the instruments and easy participation. Finally, the development of program is based upon the Laban theoretical foundation of movement factors such as physical component, time, energy, space and relationship.

기독 후기청소년이 지각한 부모양육방식이 자아인식에 미치는 영향: 사회성 발달과 삶의 만족도 매개효과

The purpose of this study was to investigate the mediating effect of sociality development and life satisfaction in the relationship between perceived parenting styles and self-awareness(ego-identity, self-esteem, ego-resiliency) in Christian post-adolescents. And the study seeks to provide basic data for teaching and counseling at the pastoral and educational sites. In order to achieve this purpose conducted to measure perceived parenting styles on Christian post-adolescents and self-awareness, sociality development and life satisfaction from 388 Christian post-adolescents. This study used some of the National Youth Policy Institute(NYPI)’s 7th statistical data(result of KCYPS). And using SPSS Version 21.0, and the methods of statistics were frequency analysis, correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis, and Sobel test. The analyzed findings are as follows. First, perceived parenting styles on Christian post-adolescents, self-awareness, sociality development, life satisfaction had a positive and negative significant correction(p<.01). Second, perceived parenting styles on Christian post-adolescents directly affect self-awareness. Third, sociality development and life satisfaction has a partial mediating effect between perceived parenting styles on Christian post-adolescents and self-awareness. The results of this study are not dissimilar to the results of the preceding study of general adolescents. On count of limitations of the study, directions for future research were extensive qualitative research and research programs should be conducted. 본 연구의 목적은 기독 후기청소년이 지각한 부모양육방식이 자아인식에 미치는 영향에서 사회성 발달과 삶의 만족도 매개효과를 검증하는 것이다. 이를 위하여 한국청소년정책연구원의 한국 아동·청소년 패널조사(KCYPS) 2016년 제7차 데이터에서 후기청소년 1,881명 중 기독 후기청소년 388명을 추출하여 조사·분석에 활용하였다. 수집한 통계자료는 SPSS Win 21.0을 사용하여 빈도분석, 상관분석, 다중회귀분석 등을 실시하여 분석하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 첫째, 기독 후기청소년이 지각한 부모양육방식과 자아인식, 사회성 발달, 삶의 만족도는 서로 상관관계를 나타냈다. 둘째, 기독 후기청소년이 지각한 부모양육방식은 자아인식에 직접적 영향을 미친다. 셋째, 사회성 발달과 삶의 만족도는 기독 후기청소년의 부모양육방식이 자아인식에 미치는 영향에서 부분매개효과가 있었다. 즉, 사회성 발달과 삶의 만족도를 매개로 간접적 영향을 미치고 있었다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로, 기독 후기청소년들이 지각한 부모양육방식이 긍정적일 때 이들의 자아인식이 건강하게 형성된다는 것을 알 수 있다. 이를 위해서는 먼저 부모자녀 관계의 현주소 파악이 중요하다. 후속연구는 관련 주제로 심층적인 질적연구와 각종 프로그램 연구가 실시되어야 할 것이다.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of the intrinsic motivation of sports aerobics athletes to stress. For this study, all student athletes from Korean middle school to university and non-student athletes are chose as the population. Among them, 167 athletes are contacted as samples to be studied, 17 of them are not reviewed because of untimely response and doubted sincerity of their answers. The author used questions from Ryan's Inner Motive Questionnaire (18 quesions, 1982, translated, edited and standardized by Sung, Chang-Hoon, 1996) and Kim, Byung-Joon Sports Stress Factors Questionnaire (38 Questions) to analyze the sample with statistical calculations including mean, standard deviation, reliability analysis, frequency analysis, one-way ANOVA, independent sample, t-test, correlation and multiple regression analysis for the study. The study conclusions from this study summarized as follow: First, there were differences in sports aerobics athletes intrinsic motivation and stress depending on their characteristics such as sex and educational back ground. Second, intrinsic motivation of sports aerobics athletes affect their stress level. That is, intrinsic motivation and stress showed correlations and cause-effect relationship. All these results mean that there are very close relationships among intrinsic motivation and stress and different intrinsic motivation may cause different stress level. From all to these results analyzed together, we can say that intrinsic motivation of sports activities are affected by the sex and education background of the person and if we know the intrinsic motivation of the sports aerobics athletes applicants. we can get better results and sports aerobics athletes life satisfaction from them.

2000년 이후 출간 한국고소설 영역본의 양상- The Novels of Park Jiwon과 Unyǒng-jǒn 을 중심으로

In this treatise, I examine The Novels of Park Jiwon, translated by Emanuel Pastreich, and Unyǒng-jǒn, translated by Michael J. Pettid; both these works have been published since the year 2000. I closely examine choices of original text, translation, footnotes, and translator introductions. The translations themselves were excellent, as the original texts were carefully annotated and translated in full. They are worthy academic materials that reflect contemporary research in Korea. The English glossary of Korean studies is being updated constantly, and English language source books of Korean studies are being developed since the year 2000. However, the serious problem is that the competent translators have been decreased. Therefore, translators need continuous support at the national rather than individual level. Native English speaking scholars must be encouraged to collaborate with Korean scholars on the translation of Korean classical novels. These steps will serve as a foundation to promote the English translation of Korean classical novels. 본고에서는 2000년 이후에 출간된 한국고소설 영역본인 엠마누엘 페스트라이쉬(Emanuel Pastreich)의 연암작품 영역본, The Novels of Park Jiwon과 마이클 페티드(Michael J. Pettid)의 <운영전> 영역본, Unyǒng-jǒn을 살펴보았다. 원전의 선택, 작품의 번역, 주석, 서문 등 여러 면에서 꼼꼼하게 살펴본 결과, 다행히도 원전에 충실하며, 주석 작업에도 공을 들인 좋은 번역이었다. 본 번역본들은 한국의 연구성과도 반영하고 있어, 영어권에서 쓰일 학술연구 자료로서도 적절했다. 2000년 이전의 한국고소설 영역본들과 비교해보면, 2000년 이후에는 한국내 연구 성과의 축적, 영문 한국학자료의 개발, 용어의 통일을 위한 용례사전의 보완 등 영역에 도움이 되는 작업들이 이루어지면서 번역환경은 더 좋아졌다고 할 수 있다. 하지만 문제는 이러한 한국고전을 번역할 수 있는 역자가 많지 않다는 것이다. 따라서 국가차원의 지속적인 지원이 필요하며, 영어원어민 학자와 한국학자와의 공동번역 등을 대안으로 삼아야겠다.
