        LCD 생산라인의 생산성 향상을 위한 초박형 유리진동 계측 시스템의 개발

        Recently, the LCD manufacturing industries try to maximize the productivity of LCD panels due to sharp increase in the market need of LCD display. Usually, the increase in manufacturing speed induces additional vibration of glasses and manufacturing machineries. This kind of vibration can induce bad effects on the manufacturing accuracy, and even can damage the glasses. The vibration signal of glass itself is very useful to predict the allowable maximum level of manufacturing speed. Therefore, it is necessary to measure the vibration of the glass itself and a very thin vibration measurement system attachable on the glass is needed. Since in some processes the glasses need to go through very thin gaps such as 2.5mm, We develop a glass vibration measurement system with the thickness of 1.3mm. The system measures the glass vibration using MEMS type accelerometers and store vibration data in a Nand-Flash memory. The performance of the develop system has been verified on a real LCD manufacturing line and the accuracy of vibration measurement is comparable with that of an accurate commercial vibration measurement system.

        중학교 진로전담교사 직무수행도 유형 분류와 관련 변인 분석

        이 연구는 중학교 진로전담교사들의 직무수행 수준 패턴에 어떤 잠재된 하위유형(집단)이 존재하는지 탐색하고, 각 계층 분류에 영향을 미치는 교사 개인특성, 학교배경 및 운영과정 요인과 분류된 계층별 만족도와 진로개발역량 효과성 차이를 확인하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 초·중등 진로교육 현황조사 3차년도(2019)의 400개 중학교의 진로전담교사(남교사 138명, 여교사 262명)와 8,917 중학생 데이터를 사용하였다. 분석도구로 Mplus 8.4를 통해 잠재프로파일 분석을 하였다. 특히, 공변인에 의한 계층변동을 방지하고 분류 오류를 반영한 다항 로지스틱 회귀분석(R3STEP)과 계층별 평균비교(Lanza’s DCON)를 실시하였다. 분석 결과, 낮은 직무수행형, 기본 직무수행형, 높은 직무수행형 3개의 집단으로 구분되었다. 계층분류의 예측요인과 관련해서, 개인특성으로 여교사이고 근무경력이 많을수록, 학교배경으로는 국·공립, 대규모, 보직임명, 그리고 독립된 진로교육 부서, 전용공간 설치가, 마지막으로 운영과정 요인으로는 관리자 인식 및 지원수준 중에서 예산지원, 시설·공간 지원, 지역사회 협력수준이 높을수록, 또한 담임교사와 연계 수준이 높을수록 보다 높은 직무수행 계층에 속할 가능성이 높았다. 마지막으로, 진로교육 효과성 분석 결과로, 진로전담교사 직무수행도 유형별로 학생의 진로개발역량에는 차이가 있었지만, 학생 진로활동 만족도에는 차이가 없었다. 이 연구는 진로전담교사의 직무수행도를 향상시키기 위한 집단 유형별 맞춤형 지원과 정책 방향에 대한 실증적인 기초자료와 시사점을 제공하고자 한다. This study aimed to identify the job performance profiles of middle school career guidance teachers and examine whether a teacher’s demographics, school background, and operational factors predict profile membership and their differential effectiveness for career education. This study analyzed data from the 2019 Survey on Career Education by KRIVET. The subjects included 400 middle school career guidance teachers and 8,917 students. Latent profile analysis was conducted with Mplus 8.4. The results yielded three distinct latent profiles, characterized by high, medium, and low job performance. Type 1, whose members had excellent job performance overall, was named the ‘high-level type’. Type 2, whose members had an intermediate level of job performance, was named the ‘basic type’. Lastly, Type 3, whose members had a low level of job performance, was named the ‘low-level type’. As for the predictors of class classification, being female and having work experience showed a significant positive influence. School type and size, the appointment of a head teacher, and having an independent space and department also showed a significant positive effect. Lastly, the support of the school principal and cooperation with homeroom teachers positively affected the job performance profile of guidance teachers. Regarding job performance effectiveness, there was a meaningful difference in the students’ career development competency according to the type of job performance but not in students satisfaction with school career activities. Implications for creating a policy for cultivating the job performance of career guidance teachers are discussed, along with suggestions for future research.

        지방교육재정 운영 효율성 연구: 혼합모형을 적용하여

        이 연구는 교육부에서 제공하는 지방교육재정알리미 자료를 활용하여 전국 17개 시·도교육청의 지방교육재정 운영방식을 분석하였다. 주요 재정 건정성 및 효율성 지표인 업무추진비 편성률 변수를 이용해 2013~2015년도의 업무추진비 편성률 변화에 대한 잠재계층 성장분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 3년 동안 업무추진비 편성률은 모든 교육청에서 감소하였다. 구체적으로 ’13년 업무추진비 편성률이 80% 정도로 두 번째로 높았던 서울, 광주, 세종, 충남도 교육청 집단의 감소율이 가장 높았고, ’13년 업무추진비 편성률이 40% 정도로 업무추진비가 가장 적은 집단인 부산, 대구, 인천시 교육청의 업무추진비 편성률은 ’15년도에 25%정도까지 감소하였다. 이 연구는 지방교육재정 운영 효율성에 대한 새로운 연구방법론을 제시하여 변수들 간의 구조적 관계보다는 연구대상에 관심을 두어 시·도교육청별로 하위집단으로 분류하여 각 집단별 공통된 특성을 찾아낸 후 특성에 맞는 맞춤형 처방을 하는 데 의의가 있다. This study analyzed local education financing system. A mixture modeling approach was applied for longitudinal analysis with the “Alimi” data provided by the Ministry of Education. Major variable, ratio of work promotion expense was used for the analysis of financial efficiency of local education offices. Results showed that every local education office has reduced the work promotion expenses for the 2013~2015 period. Specifically, the decrease rate of the Seoul, Gwangju, Sejong, and Chung-nam education offices was the highest. Busan, Daegu, and Incheon education offices decreased from 40% in ’13 to 25% in ’15. After finding common characteristics of such identified local education office groups, it is meaningful to make customized policy according to each groups.

        교육운영 특색사업에 따른 일반고 잠재계층 분류 및 학업성취도와의 관계 분석

        본 연구는 일반고에서 운영되고 있는 교육운영 특색사업(교과교실제, 수준별 이동수업, 자율학교, 영어교육프로그램)의 시행 여부에 따라 잠재계층을 분류하고, 계층분류에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 탐색하는데 일차적 목적이 있다. 나아가, 잠재계층별로 학업성취도에 차이가 있는지를 분석하고, 학업성취도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 탐색하였다. 이를 위해 한국교육학술정보원의 EDSS(EduData Service System)에서 제공하는 2015년 일반고 자료를 활용하여 잠재계층분석(Latent Class Analysis)과 잠재계층회귀분석(Latent Class Regression Analysis)을 실시하였다. 분석 결과, 교육운영 특색사업에 따른 일반고의 잠재계층은 3가지로 분류되었으며, 계층의 특성에 따라 실시형(engaged), 미실시형(disengaged), 수준별 수업 중점 혼합형(mixed) 집단으로 명명하였다. 이러한 잠재계층 분류에는 학교소재지역, 학교규모, 주당 평균 수업시수, 자율동아리 참여율, 방과후학교 참여율 등이 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 잠재집단별로 학업성취도와의 관계를 분석한 결과, 미시실형 집단의 국어, 영어, 수학 학업성취도가 실시형 집단과 혼합형 집단보다 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 잠재계층별 학업성취도에는 학비감면율, 교사 1인당 학생 수, 학생 · 학부모 상담실적 등의 변수가 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구 결과를 토대로, 일반고 교육력 제고를 위해 학교 특색에 맞는 맞춤형 교육사업의 개발과 운영이 필요하다는 것을 제안하였다. The purpose of this study was to identify latent classes in general high schools which implemented four different specialized school programs to enhance their academic performance. Futhermore, the study explored what school factors affected the classification and examined the relationship between identified latent classes and distal outcomes such as academic achievement results. In order to do this, we used the 2015 high school data provided by EduData Service System (EDSS) and applied a new 3-step latent class analysis (LCA) and latent class regression analysis (LCRA). The results showed that three latent classes were identified and named as ‘engaged group’, ‘disengaged group’, and ability tracking centered ‘mixed group’. In addition, these classifications were influenced by school characteristics; school location, school size, average class hours per week, club activity and after-school program participation rate. As for distal outcomes, high schools classified into the disengaged group were lower in academic achievements scores than their counterparts. In particular, a tuition discount rate’s negative impact on academic achievement does not exist in the engaged group and it implies the effect of school programs. Based on these findings, the study suggested that specialized and customized school programs for general high schools should be developed and implemented for better school performance.

        홍이섭의 역사학 1 홍이섭의 생애와 역사학 연구

        Hong Yi-Sup was a nationalist historian who espoused a nationalist academic ideology at the time of upheaval in modern and contemporary korean history. He studied under Jung In-bo in the 1930s at Yonhui College, and from this training wrote Joseon Kwahaksa(The History of Korean Science). It was the first comprehensive work covering all branches of Korean history of science. This paper is a critical examination of his methodology and historical perspectives. In 1950, he thoroughly reviewed and organized sirhak literature, beginning with Jung Yag-yong’s works on his political and economic thoughts. He pointed out Jung’s philosophy was concentrated in his Gyeongseyupyo(經世遺表) and Mokminsimseo(牧民心書). From Hong’s perspective, Jung Yag-yong’s innovative ideas were revolutionary but simultaneously had limitations be caused by Confusion ideology, which distanced Jung’s sirhak from more modern concepts. His research on sirhak established a fertile base for later studies of sirhak and eventually was succeeded by current Korean historians. In the 1960s he began to research modern and contemporary Korean history in order to expand the platform of nationalist historiography. The study of modern and contemporary Korean history by Hong encompasses the history of invasion and domination by the Japanese Empire, the history of struggle for independence, the psychological history of the colonial period, contemporary post-liberation history, and the history of Christianity. His nationalist historiography has characteristics that differ from that of nationalist historiography during Japanese colonial occupation era. Hong took a very close and stressed concepts, especially the importance of socioeconomic basis behind history. He attempted to resolve the actual problems of his time and incorporated this into his historical studies. Since the early 1950s, Hong supported unified nationalism in pursuit of reconciliation, peace, and unification of North and South Korea. He was deeply interested in Korea’s issues of overcoming backwardness and attaining modernization. Hong Yi-Sup was a practical nationalist historian who held a scholarly position that espoused nationalist, modern, and pro-unification views. He was a pioneer of the popular nationalist historiography which came into full bloom after the 1960s.

      • Hexapod robot의 시뮬레이션 기반 동역학 및 제어 설계

        In order to test a camera stabilizer system mounted on a unmanned vehicle or a mobile robot in the laboratory environment, a hexapod robot that can generate vehicle motion is being developed. Simulation based design procedure has been employed for the development of the hexapod robot system. A virtual model of the hexapod robot has been created using 3D CAD modeler ProE and multibody dynamics program ADAMS. The required motor capacity has been estimated by inverse dynamics analysis of the virtual model to select motors. Motor modeling of the selected motor has been carried out with actual motor test. Transfer function of the motor has been obtained for the virtaul model. Dynamics and control co-simulations using ADAMS and Matlab/Simulink have been carried out to evaluate the control performances. Gain tuning process has been carried out with this virtual model to show the effectiveness of the simulation based design.
