스마트미디어 이용이 멀티플랫폼 미디어교차소비에 기반한 매체 가치에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 멀티플랫폼 미디어 교차소비 구조에서 나타나는 플랫폼(플랫폼 유형 및 이용 시간대)별 가치를 연결망 분석에서 등장하는 중심성(centrality)의 개념을 적용한 3 가지 지표로서 진단하고, 스마트미 디어의 이용여부가 멀티플랫폼 미디어 교차소비 구조상의 플랫폼별 가치에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 이를 통해 멀티플랫폼 미디어에 의한 마케팅커뮤니케이션 활동에서 스마트미디어 이용이 고려된 멀티 플랫폼 미디어믹스의 최적화에 필요한 기초자료를 제안하고자 하였다. 연구결과 스마트미디어 이용으로 기존 멀티플랫폼 미디어의 경우 ``정보공유가치``와 ``효율적 정보전달가치``는 약화될 것으로 보이지만 ``의사소통이나 정보의 흐름``을 제어하는 역할은 꾸준히 지속될 것으로 나타나고 있다. 따라서 스마트미 디어의 확산을 반영하는 멀티플랫폼 미디어믹스시에는 스마트미디어는 ``정보의 공유`` 및 ``정보전달의 효율성``을 높이는 역할을 담당하도록 하고 기존의 멀티플랫폼 미디어는 ``의사소통이나 정보의 흐름``을 제어하는 역할을 담당하도록 마케팅커뮤니케이션 활동을 수행함이 광고효과를 높이는 방안이 될 것으로 판단된다. This study investigates the values of media platforms such as type of platform, time band of media usage by 3 kinds of index of the centrality which is generated in the process of network analysis. And examines the differences of the values of media platforms between the user and the non-user of smart media based on the structures of multimedia cross-consumption of them, Practically this study contributes to optimize the media-mix for multi-platform in the activities of marketing communication as the usages of smart media increase. According to the analysis, the values of sharing for information and the values of efficiency for information decrease as the usages of smart media increase. But the values of communication and flows for information increase as the usages of smart media increase. It is necessary to expand the effect of the activities of marketing communication for multi-platform that allocate the roles of the smart media and the existing multi-platform media and fit the values of them.
