In this study, we have fabricated magnetoresistive sensors of 50 μm × 50 μm cross type by trilayer structure of antiferromagnetic/nonmagnetic/ferromagnetic. The magnetic signal and magnetic domain of this sensor is measured. The sensor hysteresis loop is not in symmetrical at 0 Oe. This is may be due to the exchange coupling between ferromagnetic layer and anti ferromagnetic layer. This exchange bias value is 20 Oe. The sensor signal is measured at between the applied magnetic field and current. The sensor signal is measured between the applied magnetic field and current at 20˚ and 90˚ angles. The sensitivity of sensor signals is 20 μV/Oe and 7 μV/Oe at 20˚ and 90˚ angles, respectively. In addition, this sensor is also applied for the detection of magnetic bacteria at 20˚ angle. From these results, we calculate the stray field of single bacteria is to be 5 × 10<SUP>?5</SUP>Oe.

폐쇄 쐐기 절골술 및 골이식술을 이용한 상완골 외과 골절의 불유합에 대한 수술적 치료

목적: 상완골 외과 골절 후 발생한 불유합과 외반 주 변형에 대하여 폐쇄 쐐기 절골술과 자가 골이식을 동시에 시행하고 그 결과를 보고하고자 한다. 대상 및 방법: 1994년부터 1999년까지 외반 주 변형이 동반된 상완골 외과 골절 불유합 환자 중 추시 관찰이 가능하였던 6예를 대상으로 하였으며 평균 연령은 23세 (10~29세)였다. 평균 추시 기간은 32개월 (9~52개월)이었으며 임상 증상과 술전, 술후 및 최종 추시상의 방사선적인 관찰을 시행하여 그 결과를 Oppenheim 등의 기준에 따라 판정하였다. 결과: 치료 결과는 우수가 3예, 양호가 2예, 불량이 1예였다. 운반각은 술전 평균 외반 31. 2도 (25~40도), 수술 직후 외반 12.7도 (11.2~13.7도), 최종 추시상 외반 10.2도 (9.26~11.8도)로 교정되었다. 주관절 운동 범위는 술전 운동 범위에 비해 평균 9도 (0~20도) 감소되었다. 술전에 보였던 근력 약화 및 동통은 전례에서 호전되었다. 결론: 상완골 외과 골절 후 발생한 증상이 있는 불유합과 외반 주 변형에 대한 치료는 절골술과 골이식술을 시행하여 기능과 미용상 만족스러운 결과를 얻을 수 있으리라 사료된다. Purpose: To evaluate the clinical results of the surgical treatment for established nonunion of lateral humeral condyle fracture using closing wedge osteotomy and bone graft. Materials and Methods: Six patients diagnosed as symptomatic established nonunion of lateral humeral condyle fracture and cubitus valgus deformity were reviewed retrospectively. The average age was 23 years old and mean follow up period was 32 months. We investigate the changes of the symptoms and radiographic findings, and determine the results by Oppenheim's criteria. Results: According to Oppenheim's criteria, 3 patients showed excellent, 2 good, 1 poor. Carrying angle is improved to 10.2° and range of motion was decreased by mean 9°. All of the patients' muscle weakness and pain were improved, and was achieved solid union at the last follow up. Conclusion: In the treatment of symptomatic established lateral humeral fracture and cubitus valgus deformity, better functional and cosmetic results are anticipated by a closing wedge osteotomy and bone graft.
