UML을 이용한 Web기반 객체지향 사용자 인터페이스 시스템 설계 방법론

Object-oriented methodologies have been applied to developing internet applications for increase reuse and expandability, However, supports of object-oriented methodologies for web-based user interface system are insufficient. This paper provides an object-oriented user interface system design methodology for reducing time and effort required to design and develop user interface system of web-based application and for increase reuse of it. In this study, UML, a standard object-oriented modeling language is used for the object-oriented design. The proposed methodology is that user interface objects are extracted at object modeling phase and usecase description is presented for user interface system design. After preparing of usecase diagram from the usecase description, user interface class diagrams are presented which are integrated web-based user interface objects and user interface usecases on the usecase diagram. The merits of the method are that user interface objects can be reused for the View model of MVC model on similar web-based application at first, and it would be more easier to correct user interface system after design or development a system since standard object-oriented modeling concepts are used. Therefore, the efforts for user interface design, development and maintenance could be reduced with the proposed method.

Bacillus megaterium이 생산하는 ${\gamma}-cyclodextrinase$의 정제와 특성에 관한 연구

Bacillus megaterium이 생산하는 ${\gamma}-cyclodextrinase({\gamma}-CDase)$ 염석, DEAE-trisacryl, Ultrogel AcA 24 및 Ultrogel HA column chromatography 등의 방법으로 부분정제한 결과 specific activity는 120.4 units/mg protein으로 조효소액에 비하여 125.4배 정제되었다. 부분정제한 ${\gamma}-CDase$는 SDS-ployacrylamide gel 전기영동에 의해 2개의 band로 나타났으며 band I과 band II의 분자량은 각각 64,000과 50,000이었다. ${\gamma}-CDase$의 최적 pH는 6.0, 최적 온도는 $60^{\circ}C$이었고, $45^{\circ}C$ 이하의 온도와 pH $6.0{\sim}9.0$에서 안정하였으며, ${\gamma}-CD$에 대한 Km값은 0.903 mM이었다. $Mg^{2+}$와 $Mn^{2+}$ 이온에 의해 활성이 증가한 반면, $Hg^{2+}$와 $Cu^{2+}$에 의해서는 활성이 현저하게 감소되었다. ${\gamma}-CDase$는 ${\alpha}-CD$와 ${\beta}-CD$에는 거의 활성이 없었고, ${\gamma}-CD$에는 매우 높은 활성이 나타내었으며, 이의 분해 생성물은 주로 glucose와 maltose이었다. The experiment was carried out to purify and to investigate the properties of the cyclodextrinase produced from Bacillus megaterium KFCC 11855. The enzyme was partially purified with $(NH_4)_2SO_4$ and chromatography on DEAE-trisacryl, Ultrogel AcA 34, DEAE-trisacryl and Ultrogel HA. The optimum temperature and pH of the purified enzyme were $60^{\circ}C$ and 6.0, respectively. The enzyme was stable at the temperature of $45^{\circ}C$ below and at the pH range of $6.0{\sim}9.0$, respectively. The Km value for ${\gamma}-cyclodextrin$ was 0.903 mM. The enzyme activity was increased by $Mg^{2+}$ and $Mn^{2+}$, but decreased by $Hg^{2+}$ and $Cu^{2+}$. The enzyme degraded ${\gamma}-cyclodextrin$ but not ${\alpha}-cyclodextrin$. The degree of ${\beta}-CD$ degradation by the enzyme was very low. The decomposed products of ${\gamma}-cyclodextrin$ by the enzyme were mainly glucose, maltose and a little amount of maltotriose.

LNG demand has been rapidly increasing in Korea for a variety of reasons including stable supply, non-polluting, and high combustion efficiency characteristics. As a result the construction and expansion of LNG storage facilities have been continuing at a vigorous pace. Korea Gas Corp. (KOGAS) has developed the design technology of the LNG storage tank. One of the most important structural core element of the LNG storage tank is the membrane, made by stainless steel. The membrane to be applied inside of LNG storage tank is provided with corrugations to absorb thermal contraction and expansion caused by LNG temperature. Analytical results have been performed to investigate the strength of the membrane and the reaction farce at the anchor point. Experimental studies are performed to investigate the deformation and strength of the membrane which is designed by Kogas. All experiments are conducted on the basis of RPIS, and we found the results are fully satisfied with the RPIS.
