      • 전문가 시스템의 효율적 탐색방법에 관한 연구

        Two search methods, depth-first search and breadth-first search being employed in expert system have a problem such that they require large memory size and high cost. In this study, the search methods are investigated and two modified methods are proposed to overcome such a problem. One is to Constrain the nodes and the other is to constrain the depth. We design an expert system inference engine using these methods running in Turbo pascal 4.0 on IBMPC XT/AT.

        It is usually required the complete measurement of the plant state in order to design an optimal control systems. However, in practice one often has available only a small number of states. Therefore, in this paper, it is derived a design procedure of the suboptimal control system using dynamic controller and open loop signal to solve the serious restriction of optimal control theory. This suboptimal control law is applied to a second order system and then the deviation in response characteristics between suboptimal system and optimal one is compared. As a result, it was assured that the proposed scheme was acceptable.

        절연파괴 예측을 위한 트리방전의 영상처리에 관한 연구

        The proposed system was composed of pre-processor which was executing binary/high-pass filtering and post-processor which ranged from statistic data to prediction. In post-processor work, step one was filter process of image, step two was image recognition, and step three was destruction degree/time prediction. After these processing, we could predict image of the last destruction timestamp. This research was produced variation value according to growth of tree pattern. This result showed improved correction, when this research was applied image Processing. Pre-processing step of original image had good result binary work after high pas- filter execution. In the case of using partial discharge of the image, our research could predict the last destruction timestamp. By means of experimental data, this prediction system was acquired $\pm$3.2% error range.

        Using the physical parameters recently reported we have calculated electron drift velocity in Ga_(0.47) In_(0.53)As by Monte Carlo method. The results show that the ionized impurity scattering has a large effect on the low-field velocity. The calculated velocityfield characteristics is in good agreement with the available experimental data.

      • 수리형태학적 필터를 이용한 이진 영상 분할에 관한 연구

        Image segmentation is to separate areas that satisfy homogeneity and connecting ability of images simultaneously. It is an essential technique in applications in which images are treated as entities as area-based encoding. It has a long history, but it has been considered as a problem which is difficult to solve. In image processing and image recognition, removal of noise from images is very important. The presence of noise in image processing techniques may not only the functional area, but bring a different result as expected and decrease performance and rate of image recognition later. This study suggests a segmentation of images as preprocess for removal of noise in gray image, in which effective critical value is given for binary of images and the edge detection from the binary images using mathematical morphology filter.

        영상분할 통신을 이용한 원격진료시스템의 설계에 관한 연구

        일반적으로 현재 많은 보급이 되어 있는 인터넷을 이용하여 의료 영상을 전송하기에는 영상의 Size가 너무 크다는 문제점을 가지고 있다. 그러므로 이러한 저속 전송의 문제점을 해결 하고자 본 논문에서는 영상분할 전송에 대하여 연구하였다. 현재의 인터넷을 이용하여 빠른 전송을 수행하기 위하여 5∼10회의 전송 방법을 채택하였으며, 또한 인터넷이 연결되어 있는 경우 허가된 사용자들이 사용할 수 있도록 하기 위하여 웹을 기반으로 하는 원격진료 시스템을 구축하였다. 연구된 영상분할 통신은 기존 영상전송에서 사용되었던 단일통신 기법의 문제점인 통신속도 불균형에 의한 영상의 불규칙적인 전송에 다른 영상품질 저하의 문제를 보안하여 불규칙적인 통신속도 에서도 일정한 영상의 품질 상태를 유지 할 수 있었다. 원격진료 시스템은 Visual Basic 과 C++, ASP를 이용하여 개발되었으며, 일반적인 인터넷 익스플로어를 이용하여 사용될 수 있도록 설계되었다. 원격진료 시스템의 주된 자료인 영상 자료의 고속 전송을 위하여 무손실 JPEG 압축 방법이 채택되어 개발되었다. 본 연구에서 개발된 원격진료시스템을 이용할 경우 현재 많이 보급되어 있는 사설 인터넷을 이용하여 원활한 원격진료를 수행 할 수 있었으며, 병원 내부의 진료에 머물러 있던 진료 시스템을 원거리의 환자들 가지 사용할 수 있도록 확대 할 수 있었다. In general cases, the conventional internet connected to a terrestrial network is transmit too large medical images. To overcome this low speed transmitting rate problem of the interned, we have studied about an image division communication system as a fast telemedicine system. The image division communication system was 5-10 times faster than the conventional terrestrial internet link. Also we have developed a Web-based telemedicine system that can access every permitted server of hospitals via the internet. Studied image division communication corrected problem of other reflex quality decline in erratic transmission of reflex by transmission speed imbalance that is problem of single communication techniques that used in existing reflex transmission. Also, could keep quality state of fixed reflex gouge abnormal transmission speed. Visual Basic and C++, ASP programming techniques were used to make our system and it can access and retrieve medical information and image through only public web browse such as internet explorer without additional specific tools. To increase the transmitting speed of our telemedicine system, JPEG method was used. In conclusion, we were able to develop a fast and public telemedicine system using the proposed image division communication system and Web technology. Image division communication system technology increased the speed of the conventional internet and Web technology extended the scope of use for telemedicine system from intrahospital to public use.

        This paper suggested WBADIS (Web Based Agricultural Distributive Information System) integrating the Database system of the wholesale market with the open and versatile WWW. It is possible that WBADIS presents the opening and wide-ranging service by using WWW. And it can provides users with the various and useful information due to the integration of database. Also it is possible to provide the fast and precise service by regulating the delay of the service by presenting the related information directly. In addition to this, it provides customers with a high quality service due to the ON-LINE of producers' management in a whole-sale market. Therefore, as WBADIS provides consumers with the fast and precise circulative information service, it want to help the easy decision-making about the market sending and sale of products and want to apply the harmonious circulation of products.

        동영상의 저작권 보호를 위한 키 프레임 기반의 워터마킹에 관한 연구

        컴퓨터의 발전과 정보통신의 급속한 발달로 인하여 사회 전반에 네트워크 기반의 멀티미디어 기술 확산과 다양한 디지털 이미지 기술의 사용이 대폭 늘어나면서 멀티미디어 컨텐츠의 보호에 대한 필요성이 대두되었다. 이러한 멀티미디어 데이터에 대한 저작권 보호(copyright protection)를 위해서는 이미지의 내용 인증(content authentication)과 소유권 인증(ownership authentication), 불법 복제(illegal copy) 등을 확인할 수 있는 인증 기술(authentication techniques)이 요구된다. 기존의 워터마킹 기술에 대한 많은 연구들은 정지영상에 대한 것이 대부분이다. 본 논문에서는 멀티미디어 컨텐츠인 동영상 데이터를 훼손하지 않고 저작권 정보를 삽입하여 소유권을 보호하며, 인간 중심의 시각 시스템의 관점에서 주파수 기반의 워터마크인 웨이브릿 변환을 통한 저작권 보호와 인증과 위조 방지에 대한 워터마킹 기법을 제안한다. With the advancement which development and information communication of the computer is quick about lower with multimedia technical diffusion of network base the necessity the use of the digital image technique which is various regarding the protection of sharp increasing multimedia contents raised its head in the social whole. the copyright protection against a multimedia data hazard the authentication techniques it will be able to confirm the content authentication, ownership authentication, illegal copy of the image which stands is demanded. confronts to the water marking technique of existing and the researches the fact that against a picture is most. In this paper, It does not damage the video data which is a multimedia contents not to be, it inserts copyright information and it protects the right of ownership. It is with a copyright protection which leads the wavelet transform which is a watermark of frequency base from visual system viewpoint in the human being center with it proposes the watermarking technique against a forgery prevention.
