        공공기술이전 성과의 영향요인 분석

        It is desirable to concentrate efforts on the areas where impacts on performances are great by searching out the factors affecting performances in order to enhance policy effectiveness concerned with technology commercialization, of which importance gradually increases. This paper researched domestic and foreign literature in relation to technology transfer performances and analyzed the factors affecting Korea's public sector technology transfer performances from the perspectives of organization, manpower, technology and system. In this study, the analysis of the two results identified that operation of technology licensing organizations, reward system for the relevant manpower's capabilities and performance management-related regulations contribute to technology transfer activation. Moreover, this study proposed the measures to activate technology transfer relevant to fostering of organizations exclusively taking charge of technology transfer, cultivation of relevant professionals and expansion of the reward system. This study has a great meaning in that an analysis was carried out, based on the data of unspecific and multiple public sector research institutes, unlike the existing studies. This study is considered to be a good reference to devise measures to activate technology transfer in the future.       • 지연시간의 변화를 고려한 연속미디어 표현 메카니즘의 설계 및 분석

        본 논문에서는 광디스크, 디지탈 테이프 등과 같은 제3의 저장 장치의 활용을 높 이기 위하여 다중의 디스크와 CD-ROM으로 구성된 저장구조를 제안하고, 이 구조에서 CD-ROM에 저장된 연속미디어 객체들을 효율적으로 표현하는 메카니즘을 설계한다. 본 논문에서는 제안한 연속미디어 저장 구조는 대역폭이 높은 SCSI 버스를 다중의 디스크 가 공유하여 데이타를 전송함으로써 정보의 검색 능력을 향상시킨다. 그리고 연속미디 어 표현 메카니즘은 CD-ROM의 연속미디어 객체의 인출과 표현을 병렬로 수행시켜 연속 미디어 표현의 불연속을 감소시킬 뿐만 아니라 자주 참조되는 객체를 디스크에 존재케 함으로써 재참조 요청에 대한 실기율과 서비스 시간의 변화를 최소화한다. In this paper, a mechanism to enhance the utilization of the tertiary storage devices such as optical disk, digital tape and so on is proposed. For this purpose, we suggest a storage structure with a CD-ROM and multiple disk and design an efficient mechanism to represent the continuous media stored in CD-ROM. The continuous media storage structure proposed in this pater can enhanced the retrieval capability of information by sending data using a shared bus with high bandwidth. And a continuous media representation mechanism not only can reduce the discontinuity of representation using parallel operation of fetch and representation but also minimize the variance of service time and the missing ratio of re-reference requirement by residing frequently accessed object on the disk.

        This research analyzes factors that affect commercialization of transferred technology, based on literature review and empirical analysis. Unlike previous studies, the research emphasizes standpoint of technology adopters instead of technology providers, and focuses on commercialization outcome of transferred technology rather than success of technology transfer itself. According to the analysis result, successful commercialization of transferred technology relied on provider's development of excellent technology and capacity for transfer, adopter's business relevance and adopting capacity, as well as on interaction and collaboration between the two parties. In terms of nature of transferred technology, its level of perfection, complexity, scope of application, and location in life-cycle turned out to be influential factors. Therefore, to facilitate technology transfer and its commercialization, it is important to develop technology that caters to market needs, and to adopt technology that is compatible with the technology level and business strategy of the adopting business. This research is expected to contribute to establishing effective technology transfer system for universities and research institutes, and to setting successful technology commercialization strategies for corporations.       • 시공간 동기화 관리기를 이용한 멀티미디어 저작 시스템의 설계 및 구현

        In this paper, a multimedia authoring system using temporal/spatial synchronization manager is designed and implemented to support easy and efficient generation of multimedia title. For this goal, a flowchart-oriented logic generator which represents a title author's design intent into a practical title composition logic without extra translation process, and a logic interpreter which translate and implement the generated title logic, are designed. Furthermore, a temporal/spatial synchronization manager which manages temporal/spatial synchronization information between media data for multimedia representation, is designed. Especially, a temporal specification model and MRL, a formal language for the model, are designed to synchronize the temporal relation between media objects. The MRL represents a complex temporal relation by simple and clear form, and synchronizes efficiently multimedia representation according to the author's intent. A presentation frame editor which makes coincidence between visible size of representation media and attachment point, is implemented for spatial synchronization.
