        호텔종사원의 직무스트레스가 우울에 미치는 영향: 긍정심리자본의 조절효과를 중심으로

        본 연구는 호텔종사원을 대상으로 직무스트레스와 우울과의 관계에서 긍정심리자본이 조절역할을 할 수 있는지 살펴보기 위하여 실시하였다. 연구대상자는 서울 경기지역의 특급호텔과 특1급 호텔 중 6개 호텔을 선정하여 호텔에서 근무하는 직원으로 선정하였다. 자료 수집은 2017년 11월 7일부터 11월 27일까지 3주간 실시하였다. 총 330부를 배포하여 최종 유효한 설문지 308부를 분석에 사용하였다. 연구결과, 직무스트레스의 요인 중 업무환경, 시간제약, 의사소통의 3개 하부요인이 우울에 미치는 영향관계에서 공통적으로 희망을 제외한 긍정심리자본의 나머지 3개 하부요인(자기효능감, 복원력, 낙관주의)은 조절작용을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 직무스트레스의 요인 중 직무불안정에서는 긍정심리자본 요인 네 개의 요인들 모두가 조절작용을 하고 있지 않는 것으로 나타났다. This study investigates moderating effects of positive psychological capital between job stress and depression focusing on hotel employees. Data were collected for 3 weeks from November 7 to November 27, 2017. 6 five-star and deluxe hotels in Seoul and Gyeonggi province were chosen for this study and samples were collected from employees working the hotel. A total of 330 employees were attended in this research and finally 308 samples were used for the empirical analysis. The result of this study showed that 3 factors(self-efficacy, restoration ability, optimism) of positive psychological capital but hope factor moderated the relationship between job stress(working environment, time pressure constraint, communication factors among them) and depression. However, all factors of positive psychological capital did not moderated between job instability and depression.

        지속가능한 미래전략으로서 생태관광의 전망

        Ecotourism operations occasionally fail despite of becoming one of the fastest growing sectors of the tourism industry. The purpose of this study is to explore an ecotourism experience to examine both positive and negative impacts on local economy and environments from a local perspective. In order to do this, Suncheon Bay Reeds Festival has been examined using SWOT analysis and the findings show that effective strategic tools are needed in place to minimize the negative impacts of overusing natural resources. The paper also reveals that the strengths and opportunities of the festival are believed to create a competent environment for a more successful tourism destination. In addition, several strategies have been developped through the SWOT matrix to practice sustainability in ecotoruism for the long-term benefits as follows. First, the city of Suncheon should segment its tourism market in order to promote representative ecotourism image. Second, in order to minimize the congestion at the event, the operation of multiple locations at the festival, which highlight the diversity in culinary experience and other extra touristic activities such as daily excursions and shopping, should be considered. Third, improvement in an appropriate accomodation system for family groups is needed. Finally, the introduction of an entry charge can provide extra funds for environmental protection programmes. The paper also highlights the role of tourism in helping to protect the fragile ecological resources and educate tourists to promote continuous support. Furthermore, this study suggests future managerial and policy implications for practitioners.

        생태관광으로서의 고래관광에 대한 탐색적 연구

        본 연구는 생태축제로서의 울산고래축제가 현재 직면하고 있는 문제점 중 오랫동안 논쟁이 되고 있는 동물자원 이용과정과 동물 활용 방식에 따른 관광객의 태도를 살펴보고자 시도되었다. 이러한 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 현장 관찰과 심층면접, 문헌연구를 통하여 수집한 자료를 근거이론 방법으로 분석하여 다음과 같은 연구 결과를 도출하였다. 울산고래축제는 생태축제를 표방하고 있음에도 불구하고 고래고기 식문화에 대한 옹호와 반대를 둘러싼 ‘갈등과 대립’이 끊이질 않고 있으며 이러한 갈등과 대립은 축제와 연관되는 ‘이해 집단의 복잡한 역학관계’에서 비롯됨을 알 수 있었다. 이는 고래자원을 경제적 이익과 연계한 ‘활용’의 대상으로 보는 집단과 ‘보호’해야 하는 대상으로 보는 집단 간의 대립적인 구조를 가지고 있는 고래관광의 특수성 때문인 것으로 파악되었다. 뿐만 아니라 울산고래축제는 고래생태관광이 아닌 일반고래관광의 관점을 바탕으로 생태축제에 접근함으로써 "축제의 정체성 혼란"을 야기하고 생태관광을 대량관광의 형태로 실현하고자 하는 문제점들을 출현시킨 것으로 파악되었다. 따라서 울산고래축제는 무엇보다도 축제와 연관되는 이해집단간의 ‘조정과 협상을 통한 공감대를 형성’하고 ‘고래축제에 대한 공통된 인식 및 비전을 설정’하여야 할 것으로 판단된다. This study aims to explore a major controversial issue on Ulsan whale festival as an eco festival regarding how animals are perceived and the tourists’ attitude toward the way animals are presented at the festival which has long been argued. In order to do this, grounded theory has been used. A number of different data collection methods were applied such as participant observation, depth interview, secondary data and the findings are as follows. Despite the festival is presented as an eco festival, there have been ‘conflicts and confrontations’ between the supporters and opposed groups to the whale-eating tradition which has been caused by the dynamics between stakeholders of the festival. The paper also reveals distinct characteristics of whale tourism which has the structure of conflict with contrast perspectives of using whales to create economical value or preserve whales as a nature resource. Moreover, few problems has occurred with Ulsan whale festival such as ‘identity confusion of the festival’ and practicing ecotourism with a form of mass tourism by applying whale tourism perspective rather than whale ecotourism. Therefore, Ulsan whale festival should develop a bond of sympathy by focusing on ‘negotiation and mediation’ and build a common perception and prospect.

        관광경험이 장소애착과 정서적 연대에 미치는 영향 : 실존주의적 관점을 중심으로

        This study was to examine the effects of tourist experience on place attachment and emotional solidarity by approaching tourist experience from an existential perspective. To achieve the purpose of this study, an online survey was conducted for 21 days from September8 to September28 in 2020 and 307 samples were finally used for the empirical analysis. The results of this study are as follows. All tourist experience factors (local hospitality, self-reflection, non-dailyness, interaction, new experience) were found to affect place attachment and emotional solidarity. Especially, when they had positive experiences in new experiences, knowledge, and interaction with local residents during their trip, they were found to have high place attachment formation. Moreover, in the relationship between tourist experience and emotional solidarity for visiting areas, it was found that the self-reflection experience of travelers had the highest influence, and in place attachment, self-reflection was found to be a high influence as well with the experience of hospitality of local residents. Therefore, this study showed that the experience of existential authenticity through tourist experience is important in the process of giving meaning to the place, and future studies should show more interest in the role of tourists as the main agent of tourism activities in tourist experience.

        일과 삶의 갈등이 주관적 행복감에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 : 연결되지 않을 권리를 중심으로

        The objective of this study is to investigate the conflict factors between work and life from working environment such as being on-call or messages after work hours using smart communication devices. It also explores its effects on subjective well-being. In order to achieve the objectives, as a conceptual framework of the study, the literature on conflict between work and life, subjective well-being, and right to disconnect were reviewed, and the empirical study was conducted. Employees’ working in the IT relative industry were chosen for the study. Data were collected for 20 days from June 10 to June 30, 2019. A total of 700 employees’ working in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province were attended in this research and finally 512 samples were used for the empirical analysis. The results of the study showed that ‘the level of awareness on right to disconnect’ closely related with socio-demographic characteristic such as gender, age, role of work and work intensity. Moreover, the group of high awareness on right to disconnect concerned more with ‘work-self development factor’ than ‘work-leisure factor’ among conflict factors between work and life. Furthermore, ‘work-self development factor’ influenced on subjective well-being from both groups with high or low awareness on right to disconnect.

        IT업계 종사자들의 업무시간 외 상시연결성이 일과 삶의 갈등에 미치는 영향: 직무불안정성의 매개효과

        The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between always being on call and the conflict factors between work and life balance among employees' in the IT relative industry. The results are as follows: always being on call factor perceived by employees' in the IT relative industry influences to conflict factor between work and life balance. Moreover, always being on call factor negatively effects on all factors of job insecurity which are impotent feeling and possibility of job loss. From the analysis of relation between job insecurity and conflict between life and work balance showed that the factor of impotent feeling influence on conflict between life and work balance while the factor of job loss does not. In addition, job insecurity(impotent feeling and possibility of job loss) partially mediated between always being on call and the conflict factors between work and life balance among employees' in the IT relative industry. 본 연구는 IT업계 종사자들을 대상으로 업무시간 외 상시연결성이 일과 삶의 갈등에 미치는 영향관계를 살펴보기 위해 시도되었다. 분석 결과, IT업계 종사자들이 지각하고 있는 업무시간 외 상시연결성은 일과 삶의 갈등에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 업무시간 외 상시연결성은 IT분야 종사자들이 지각하는 직무불안정성의 모든 하위요인인 무력감, 직무상실 가능성에도 부정적 영향을 미친것으로 파악되었다. 직무불안정성요인이 일과 삶의 갈등에 미치는 영향 분석에서는 무력감 요인은 일과 삶의 갈등에 유의한 영향을 미치고 있었으나 직무상실 가능성 요인은 일과 삶의 갈등에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 아울러 직무불안정성(무력감, 직무상실 가능성)은 IT업계 종사자들이 지각하고 있는 업무시간 외 상시연결성과 일과 삶의 갈등의 영향관계에서 부분적 매개역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다.

        지역축제의 경제적 파급효과에 관한 연구

        This study surveys of the previous studies on Hampyeong Butterfly Festival to find out factors that brings great success to the festival. Then, the study estimate regional economic impacts of 2007 Hampyeong Butterfly Festival by adopting a regional input-output model, which is derived by a location-quotient approach. The 9th Hampyeong Butterfly Festival induced increased visitors and their spending in Hampyeong County, and this initial direct impact caused backward and forward indirect effects to various industries linked with the service production industry. This study can assess these direct and indirect effects of the Festival by using an input-output model of Hampyeong. Contrary to the previous studies that used provincial- or national-level input-output model to estimate economic impact of the festival, the study is expected to isolate the economic impacts on the county itself. The empirical results of the study can be summarized as follows: (1) the Hampyeong Butterfly Festival increased city outputs approximately by 84.7 billion Won, increased employment by 5,331 people, and increased total income of the province by 18.1 billion Won. (2) Economic impacts were mostly concentrated in service related industries, except several manufacturing industries that took small impacts.
