        리드믹, 음악생리학과 음악인의학, 행위예술과학을 중심으로 본 디지털 융복합 교육의 방향성 연구

        움직임은 삶의 모든 것이며 음악은 우리의 전반적인 삶과 함께하고 있다. 움직임과 소리를 바탕으로 탄생한 예술은 기술과 밀접한 관계를 가지고 발전하며 시대를 반영해 왔으며 디지털 시대에 새로운 문화콘텐츠를 만들어가고 있다. 융합 예술과 교육에 있어 음악과 신체의 움직임이 접목되는 빈도에 비해 다양한 분야의 학문적 지식과 경험을 가진 전문가와 연구기관의 부재는 현실적 문제이다. 외국 대학의 선례를 통해 음악, 움직임을 구성하는 가장 기초적인 원리인 '리듬'을 연구하는 학문인 리드믹을 소개하고 함께 연구되는 분야인 음악생리학과 음악인의학 그리고 행위예술과학에 대해 살펴보며 국내 도입의 필요성을 제기한다. 격변하는 디지털 시대에 유일하게 '나 자신'이 주체가 되는 움직임을 생리학과 의학을 통해 체계적으로 인지하고 음악을 매개체로 과학적으로 움직이고 표현하는 연구 분야를 개척해 융합시대와 교육에 새로운 방향을 제시한다. Movement is everything in life and music is with our whole lives. Based on movement and sound, art has developed and reflected the times with close ties to technology and is creating new cultural content in the digital age. The absence of experts and research institutes with academic knowledge and experience in various fields compared to the frequency with which music and body movements are interwoven in the intermedia art and education of convergence is a real problem. Introducing the Rhythmik that studied the most basic principles of music and exercise through the precedent of foreign universities, we raise the need to introduce music physiology, musicians' Medicine and music performance science, the areas we studied together. It presents a new direction in the convergence era and education in pioneering research areas in which the only "I myself" systematically recognizes the movement to become the subject through physiology and medicine and scientifically moves and expresses music as a medium.

      • IKEv2 설계 및 구현

        인터넷을 이용한 생활 패턴의 변화와 정보의 공유가 점차 이동 망과 무선망을 통해 확장되어, 이제는 유?무선의 경계가 없는 통신환경에서 살게 되었다. 이와 같은 접속환경의 변화와 확장은 더욱 네트워크 계층에서의 보안을 필요 하게 만들었고, 이를 제공하는 IPSec은 네트워크 계층에서 IP 데이터 그램에 대한 인증, 무결성, 기밀성을 제공해 주는 표준 프로토콜로써 AH(Authentication Header), ESP(Encapsulation Security Payload), IKE(Internet Key Exchange)로 구성되며, 향후 통신의 발달과 함께 연구의 중요성이 부각되고 있다. 이 중에서 IKE는 IPSec에서 사용하는 보안연계(SA)를 자동으로 설정하는 기능을 가지고 있으며, 상호 인증 및 키 교환을 하는 하이브리드 프로토콜이다. IKEv1은 ISAKMP, DOI, SKEME등으로 구성되어 있다. 그러나 IKEv1은 상호호환성이 부족하기 때문에 구현이 용이하지 않으며, 서비스 거부 공격에 취약한 구조로 되어있다. IKEv2는 이러한 단점을 보안하기 위해 출현하였다. 본 논문에서는 IKEv2 설계시 요구사항에 대하여 알아보고, 그 설계를 기반으로 구현하였다.

        비건김치의 저장조건에 따른 유기산 및 휘발성염기질소의 변화

        Kimchi is a traditional Korean probiotic food prepared through fermenting vegetables with probiotic lactic acid bacteria. With an increase in the consumer needs for the vegan products, the field of Kimchi industry has been attempting to develop vegan Kimchi products. However, differences between vegan and non-vegan Kimchi in terms of manufacturing production and processes are unclear. In this study, we investigated the components of organic acids and volatile basic nitrogen (VBN) during (non)-vegan kimchi production depending on the fermentation period and temperature condition. At first, the profiling of organic acids was quantified during fermentation at low (4℃) and room (25℃) temperatures, respectively, using HPLC-UV. The contents of organic acids in both types of Kimchi contained latic, acetic, citric, succinic, malic, oxalic, and fumaric acids at the first day of fermentation. At twenty days of fermentation, all contents of organic acids in vegan Kimchi had higher level than those in non-vegan Kimchi. In the next study, we investigated the content of VBN of vegan Kimchi compared with that of non-vegan Kimchi. The level of VBN in both increased depending on the fermentation period. Interestingly, the level of VBN in vegan Kimchi was lower than that of non-vegan Kimchi during fermentation. Conclusively, these results indicate increased contents of organic acids and decreased level of VBN in vegan Kimchi compared with non-vegan Kimchi, and thus, vegan Kimchi products could be competitive enough compared to the non-vegan Kimchi products.

        QD-LED(Quantum Dot) 식물조명 활용 새싹삼 생육에 따른 진세노사이드 함량의 변화

        Several reports have previously suggested that quantum dot (QD) display, which is a display device that uses QDs to produce pure monochromatic red, green, and blue light, have a potential for plant, algal and photosynthetic bacterial growth compared to the light-emitting diode (LED). We hypothesized that the QD-LED (Quantum Dot) system can provide desirable physiological benefits in Ginseng by improving its growth, viability, and active materials such as the ginsenoside family compounds. Therefore, this study focused on whether the total amount of ginsenoside family compounds can be increased during ginseng sprout growth under QD-LED system. Results showed that the amount of Rg1 and Rg3, the most abundant ginsenosides present in ginseng sprout, significantly increased in the root of ginseng sprouts but not in the leaves under the QD-LED system compared to the LED system. Furthermore, these findings suggest that ginseng sprout cultivation under the QD-LED system can lead to the development of high-productivity products.

        Bioactivity evaluations of betulin identified from the bark of Betula platyphylla var. japonica for cancer therapy

        Identification of bioactive natural products withanticancer activity as well as alleviating effects onchemotherapy-induced side effects has significant implicationsfor cancer treatment. Betula platyphylla var. japonica, commonly known as Asian white birch, has beenused in Chinese traditional medicine for a variety of purposes. In this study, the medicinal properties of betulinfrom B. platyphylla var. japonica useful for cancer managementwere investigated. LC/MS analysis revealed thatbetulin is a main chemical component of the EtOH extractof B. platyphylla var. japonica bark, and betulin was isolatedfrom EtOH extract using an LC/MS-guided isolationmethod. Its structure was identified with 1H and 13C NMRspectroscopic data and LC/MS analysis and then comparedto the previously reported spectroscopic and physical data. We first verified the cytotoxicity of betulin against threehuman lung adenocarcinoma cell lines, A549, H1264, andCalu-6, with IC50 values ranging from 18.7 to 39.6 lM. Regarding alleviation of side effects associated with anticancerchemotherapy, betulin ameliorated cisplatin-inducedrenal cell damage to 80% of the control value fromthe concentration of 5 lM. In addition, betulin showedanti-gastritis activity against ethanol-induced gastric damagein rats and notably reduced the gastric damage indexcompared to control in a concentration-dependent manner. These findings provide the first experimental evidence forpotential use of B. platyphylla var. japonica as a functionalfood for cancer treatment that simultaneously alleviates theside effects of chemotherapy.

        Protective Effect of Decursinol on Mouse Models of Sepsis: Enhancement of Interleukin-10

        The effects of decursinol on various models of sepsis were investigated. Intra-peritoneal pretreatment of mice with various doses of decursinol (1∼100 mg/kg) effectively suppressed lethality induced in three mouse models of experimental sepsis, i.e., lipopolysaccharide (LPS)/D-galactosamine (GalN), high-dose LPS (20 mg/kg), and cecal ligation and puncture (CLP). Intra-peritoneal pretreatment of mice with decursinol (50 mg/kg) markedly enhanced the LPS/GalN-induced increase of plasma interleukin-10 (IL-10) levels, without affecting plasma TNF-α , IL-6 and IL-12 levels. These results suggest that decursinol could be effective for prevention or treatment of sepsis. The effects of decursinol on various models of sepsis were investigated.         Assessing of exercise intensity for a rhythmik exercise program based on cardiopulmonary functions

        This study investigated the determination of exercise intensity for a rhythmik exercise program based on cardiopulmonary functions. Nine female participants in their 20s to 40s performed a rhythmik exercise program for 60 min per session, three sessions weekly, for 8 weeks. All participants underwent a grade exercise test to measure their minute ventilation (VE), oxygen uptake (VO2), maximal volume of minute oxygen consumption (VO2max), heart rate (HR), and oxygen pulse (O2 pulse) at the time of anaerobic threshold (AT) and maximal exercise time (ETmax). To determine the exercise intensity of the rhythmik exercise program, the Polar Heart Monitor was used for quantification, and the Borg Scale was used to measure the rating of perceived exertion (RPE). We did not observe any significant effects on the reaching time of AT, VE, VO2, VO2max, HR, and O2 pulse at either AT or ETmax. However, maximal value of VE (VEmax) was significantly enhanced at ETmax. The exercise intensity of the rhythmik exercise program was found to be low at 62.85% of HRmax with an RPE of 12.22. Our results suggest that the rhythmik exercise program did not directly improve cardiopulmonary functions; however, considering the unstructured nature of the rhythmik exercise program, anticipated positive effects on cardiopulmonary fitness are achievable through changes in the program contents and exercise time according to the goals of the participants.

        영과잉-포아송분포에서 추정량 비교

        This research proposed the three kinds of estimators for the two parameters of Zero-Inflated Poisson distribution which is important count data with excess zeros. Two parameters of the Zero-Inflated distribution are p, which is the perfect probability of zero and λ, which is the mean of Poisson distribution. Maximum likelihood estimator, method of moment estimator and zero frequency estimator were compared by the unbiasedness and mean squared error by the simulations. 본 연구는 이산형 확률분포에서 정상적인 포아송 확률분포보다 영의 값이 과잉 관측되는 영과잉-포아송 분포에 대하여 두 모수, 즉 영에 관한 확률 p와 포아송분포 평균 λ의 추정량을 제시하였다. 그 추정량들은 적률추정량, 최우추정량 그리고 영빈도추정량이고 이들을 모의실험을 통하여 비편향성과 평균제곱오차를 구하고 비교 분석해보았다.

        PVC 제품에서의 염화비닐 단량체 정량분석 방법에 관한 연구

        This study presents a method for the quantitative analysis of residual vinyl chloride monomer (VCM)in PVC products. In elution solvent, the extraction efficiency was similar by ethanol, THF, and acetone, but using n-hexane, it indicated relatively low extraction efficiency. Measuring VCM in the pulverized PVC samples, it showed reasonable results in both the direct injection method and headspace method with GC/MS. Regarding analysis of VCM in the intermediate sponge samples, five laboratories showed good results, and from the results, it was considered that VCM quantitative method in this study was reliable.
