한식 식이패턴 평가지표(Kdiet-index)와 대사성질환과의 상관관계- 2017 국민건강영양조사(KNHANES) -

This study was performed to develop a Kdiet-index based on the definitions and characteristics of traditional Korean food. The Korean Food Pattern Index (Kdiet-index) for diseases was applied using dietary data from the 2017 National Health andNutrition Examination Survey (KNHANES) and the association between Kdiet-index and metabolic disease was confirmed. The study subjects were 1,971 Korean adults aged >40, and the components were classified according to 14 criteria usedto establish the Kdiet-index. Main ingredients up to the top 3 were designated using dish names, ingredients, and contentsusing KNHANES dietary data. Kdiet-index was classified using scores of ≤3 points, 4-7 points, and ≥8 points and total Kdietindexwere calculated by summing dietary scores. Correlations between Kdiet-index and obesity, hypertension,hyperlipidemia, and diabetes were analyzed. The odds ratio (OR) and 95% confidence interval (CI) for obesity were 0.531,0.385~0.732 and for elevated cholesterol (≥240 mg/dL) indices were 0.471, 0.282~0.788, respectively, which showed asignificant decreased in the risk for each disease for Kdiet-index of ≥8 points. This study confirms that metabolically relatedclinical results improved significantly as Kdiet-index increased and that higher Korean food pattern indices are associated withlower risks of metabolic disease

The purpose of this study is to analyze the distribution and change of child care time allocation to the socioeconomic status of dual-career couples. For this study, data from 2,451 full-time dual-career couples from the 2004-2019 the Korea time use survey were extracted and used, and differences between groups were analyzed to determine whether changes and differences in caring labor were significant over time. The main results of this study are as follows. There is a statistically significant difference in care allocation and care time between couples with a bachelor's degree degree or less and those with a bachelor's degree degree degree or more, and the higher the female income, the higher the male care time. In conclusion, the increase in care time in groups with high educational background can be interpreted as a result of supporting the role ideology theory and follow-up studies are needed to include variables such as housework hours in the analysis to verify the stratification hypothesis.

최근 해상교량을 비롯한 다양한 형태의 해상시설물이 건설 중에 있으며, 선박과 시설물의 충돌 등 안전사고도 또한 급증하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 해상에 새로운 시설을 설치할 때 해상교통을 고려한 적정항로폭 및 안전수역에 대하여 분석 하였다. 목포대교 인근수역을 대상으로 통계적 분석을 통해 교통 흐름을 재현하고, 환경스트레스 모델을 이용하여 수역안전성을 평가하였다.

꽃마리를 80% MeOH로 추출하고, 얻어진 추출물을 EtOAc, n-BuOH 및 $H_2O$로 용매 분획하였다. EtOAc와 n-BuOH 분획에 대하여 column chromatography를 반복하여 4종의 flavonol 배당체를 분리하였다. 각각에 대하여 2D-NMR을 포함한 스펙트럼 데이터의 해석과 문헌 자료를 조사하여 $kaempferol-3-O-{\beta}-{D}-glucopyranoside(astragalin),\;kaempferol-3-O-{\alpha}-{L}-rhamnopyranosyl(1{\rightarrow}6)-{\beta}-{D}-glucopyranoside(nicotiflorin),\;quercetin-3-O-{\alpha}-{L}-rhamnopyranosyl(1{\rightarrow}6)-{\beta}-{D}-glucopyranoside(rutin),\;quercetin-3-O-{\beta}-{D}-glucopyranoside(isoquercitrin)$로 구조를 결정하였다. 이 화합물들은 꽃마리에서는 이번에 처음 분리, 보고되었다. 또한 $nicotiflorin(100\;{\mu}g/ml)$은 hACAT1에 대하여 $68.3{\pm}1.2%$ 저해활성을 나타내었다. The MeOH extracts obtained from whole plant of Trigonotis peduncularis Benth. were solvent fractionated using EtOAc, n-BuOH and water, successively. The EtOAc and n-BuOH fractions gave four flavonol glycosides through application of silica gel and octadecyl silica gel (ODS) column chromatographies. The chemical structures of the flavonol glycosides were determined by the interpretation of several spectral data including 2D-NMR as $kaempferol-3-O-{\beta}-{D}-glucopyranoside\;(astragalin,\;1),\;kaempferol-3-O-{\alpha}-{L}-rhamnopyranosyl\;(1{\rightarrow}6)-{\beta}-{D}-glucopyranoside\;(nicotiflorin,\;2),\;quercetin-3-O-{\alpha}-{L}-rhamnopyranosyl(1{\rightarrow}6)-{\beta}-{D}-glucopyranoside\;(rutin,\;3),\;quercetin-3-O-{\beta}-{D}-glucopyranoside\;(isoquercitrin,\;4)$. The flavonoids have been first isolated from this plant. Nicotiflorin $(100\;{\mu}g/ml)$ showed $68.3{\pm}1.2%$ of the inhibitory effect on hACAT1(human Acyl CoA: cholesterol transferase 1) activity.
