As the curriculum and educational environment change, university facilities are remodeled into an educational environment that satisfies the value-seeking form of university members and various needs. VEs JOB PLAN often has problems in the preparation stage and functional analysis stage, and this study aims to present a value improvement area to select the optimal target by analyzing previous studies and cases to supplement this. As a result of the survey of experts, managers, and users, the most common areas were design elements to improve appearance, construction elements to relocate space, facility elements to improve comfort through facility performance, and management elements to improve functions using space.
공사계약 종합심사낙찰제도의 안전관리 평가지표 개선에 관한 연구

Although safety has become important in recent years, it can be seen that safety-related deliberations in the comprehensive screening bidding system, one of the winning bid systems, are insufficient. In addition, despite the fact that safety is strengthened as an important issue due to the enforcement of the Severe Disaster Penalty Act, the construction safety items of the comprehensive screening bidding system are not classified as major items and the allocation points are relatively low. Therefore, construction safety items become major items so that discrimination can be increased. In order to reduce the incidence of safety accidents in construction sites, the analysis of construction safety items of the comprehensive screening bidding system will be conducted and measures to improve screening standards for efficient management and operation in the future are proposed.
품질기능전개(QFD) 기법을 적용한 건설프로젝트 설계VE 준비단계 업무 개선 및 체계화

건설 프로젝트의 설계VE는 비용 절감 및 품질 향상을 위한 주요 수단이며 최근 그 중요성이 부각되고 있다. 특히 올 하반기부터는 건설공사비 100억원 이상 프로젝트까지 VE검토가 확대 적용되어 더욱 더 활성화될 것으로 예측된다. 따라서 설계VE를 체계적이고 효율적으로 수행할 수 있는 방법이 요구되지만 국내에선 아직까지는 이에 미치지 못하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 설계단계 YE를 효율적으로 실시할 수 있는 방법을 모색하고자 한다. 그 방법은 설계YE 준비단계 업무에 QFB(Quality Function Deployment)를 적용하는 것으로 이는 발주자 요구사항을 체계적으로 반영하고 기능분석을 효과적으로 실시하는데 기여할 것으로 판단된다. The importance of design value engineering in construction projects recently is rising, which deal about in reduction of cost and improvement of quality. Especially, From half of this year 2005, It is predicted that the value engineering is necessary to be carried out in the projects having project cost more than 10 billion won. In increasing importance of value engineering, we require a way by which we accomplish value engineering systemically and effectively though it is not common in domestic situation. So, this case study shows a way in carrying out value engineering effectively. As the way is to apply QFD(Quality Function Deployment) in pre-study work of design value engineering, this is expected to contribute as function analysis and reflect the requirement of users or owners.
건설사업관리자(CMr) 측면에서 건설기술용역 평가의 CSFs 추출 및 AHP 중요도 분석

The current evaluation time period for the construction management service is the project completion or after project completion. Therefore, the construction manager has the following problems. First, it is difficult to prepare the evaluation due to the new field movement of the existing participating engineer. Next, the CM work is complex as well as extensive. Therefore, the critical success factors of the construction technology services evaluation are required as a systematic performance standard of CM work. In this study, we extracted the critical success factors that can systematically prepare the evaluation from the early stage of the project through in - depth interviews with experts. And, this study was analyze the priority of each factor by using AHP technique. As a result, the most important factors were related to the systemization of the preparation process, the construction manager work capabilities and practical construction management. And the priorities of all factors were analyzed high in the factors suggested by the owner groups. The results of this analysis are expected to provide the standards that construction management service performer carry out structured management of construction management throughout the project.

Inter-floor noise in an apartment building is a serious problem that causes conflicts between tenants. Accordingly, there are various attempts to solve this problem, but it is not easy to find a clear solution. Therefore, in this study, a soundproofing material between floors was developed that can improve the sagging that occurs after construction. And as a result of testing the developed interlayer soundproofing material, both light weight and weight were grade 1. And it was analyzed that maintenance performance could be improved with integrated structural characteristics.
소규모 가로주택 정비사업의 위험요인 분류체계 구축에 관한 연구

A street house maintenance project was suggested as an alternative to supplement the problems of large-scale maintenance projects. In this paper, risk factors are analyzed through previous studies, case analysis, and interview analysis on street housing improvement projects. The street housing maintenance project is implemented to improve the residential environment on a small scale while maintaining the existing street network system and the urban structure of low-rise housing while maintaining old and defective buildings. As a result of previous studies, case analysis, and interview analysis, location problems, legal problems, project progress problems, union cost sharing problems, union establishment problems, initial project problems, and construction company problems were extracted as major risk factors.
임대형 민자사업(BTL) 적격성 조사의 정성적 VFM 평가항목 설정 및 중요도 분석

민간투자사업은 민간의 참여를 통해 사회기반시설을 효율적으로 확충하기 위하여 시행되고 있다. 2005년도부터는 기존의 도로, 항만 등을 비롯한 산업기반시설 뿐만 아니라 학교시설, 환경시설 등을 포함한 생활기반시설까지 그 범위가 확대되게 되었다. 따라서 사업의 추진방식도 기존에는 BTO 방식이 주로 이용되었지만 새로이 추가된 민간투자사업에서는 BTL 방식이 도입되게 되었다. BTL 방식은 민간투자 적합 여부를 판단하기 위하여 민간투자 적격성 조사를 실시하며 이는 정량적 VFM과 정성적 VFM으로 구분된다. 본 연구에서는 명확한 결과 도출이 어려운 정성적 VFM의 평가항목을 설정하고 전문가를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시한 후 AHP 기법을 활용하여 상대적 중요도와 가중치를 산정하였다. 이상의 내용은 정량적 VFM과 더불어 정성적 측면의 효율성 및 발생편익을 효과적으로 평가 가능하게 함으로써 BTL 시행여부에 대한 합리적 의사결정을 지원할 것으로 판단된다. PFI(Private Finance Initiative) Project is carried to expand infrastructure effectively through participation of private investment. From the year 2005, the range is expanded not only industrial infrastructure such as made road, harbors and so on but living infrastructure such as school facilities, environmental facilities. For this reason BTL(Build-Transfer-Lease) system is mainly used in new private finance initiative project but in existing private finance initiative project BTO(Build-Transfer-Operate) system was used. BTL system is operated to judge fitness of private investment and classified into quantitative VFM(Value for Money) and qualitative VFM. In this research the estimation item of qualitative VFM which is hard to deduce the effect is created and after surveying of questionnaire in target of experts, relative importance and weight is established with AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process). By estimating efficiency and benefit of quantitative VFM and qualitative VFM aspect effectively it is expected to support a rational making decision for operating BTL.

In recent complex and large-scale construction projects, management of various information is an important factor. Accordingly, BIM technology is attracting attention in the field. If this technology is used by construction project manager who manages the overall construction project, it is expected that a positive effect will occur. Therefore, this study aims to analyze key management factors for the efficient use of BIM by construction project manages. The analysis was based on the results of previous studies and interviews with experts, and the importance of key management factors was verified according to the result of the survey.

The interlayer noise of the apartment house is a typical problem that reduces the quality of the residential environment. Therefore, many researchers have developed soundproofing materials that blocks noise between floors. However, most development technologies do not have the noise cut-off effect felt by residents, and may also have a defect in long-term deflection. In this respect, this study developed high-performance interlayer soundproofing material that can overcome existing problems. The developed technology has the noise reduction effect experienced by the residents and it has high durability without long-term deflection. Therefore, high-performance interlayer soundproofing material is expected to contribute to reducing disputes over noise between floors of apartment residents.
