본 연구에서는 산업폐기물 소각비산재를 2차자원으로 이용하기 위하여 침출법으로 금속의 존재와 그 양을 확인하여 분리·회수에 대한 기초자료를 제시하였다. 소각 비산재의 침출액에서는 다량의 Cu, Pb, Zn과 다양한 유해 중금속이 미량 함유되어 있었으며, 이들 소각재에 함유된 성분의 농도는 소각로에 도입되는 폐기물의 종류에 따라 차이가 있음을 알 수 있었다. 침출제로서 물, 황산, 탄산암모늄의 수산화나트륨을 이용하여 여러단계의 침출조작을 시도하여 하였다. 물 침출에 의하여 구리를, 수산화나트륨의 침출액에 의하여 아연과 납을 분리하고, 3차 침출제인 탄산암모늄의 침출액에 의하여 물에 미용해된 구리를 착이온 형태로 선택적으로 침출할 수 있었다. 각 단계별에 의한 무게 감량율은 물, 황산, 탄산암모늄에 의한 각 단계의 침출에 의하여 77%의 감량을 확인하였으며, 그 외의 각 방법에서는 60%이상의 무게 감량을 나타내었다. In order to utilize incineration fly ash of industrial wastes as resources, we present the recovery and separation of metals included in the fly ash by leaching with aqueous solution A great quantity of Cu, Pb, and Zn as well as a small amount oftoxic heavy metals are contained in the leach liquor of the fly ash, and the concentration of the ingredients of the fly ash depends on the industrial wastes which are fed into incinerators. In this paper, sequential Ieachiog operations are conducted using $H_2O$, $H_2SO_4$, $(NH_4)_2CO_3$ and NaOH as Icachants. Water soluble copper salt was leached by $H_2O$, Zn and Pb were separated by the NaOH leach liquor, and water insoluble copper was selectively leached as chelate ion with the $(NH_4)_2CO_3$ leach liquor of the third Ieaehant. Results show that the reduction percent of the fly ash in the leaching steps using $H_2O$, $H_2SO_4$, and $(NH_4)_2CO_3$ is 77%, and the other leaching procedures lose the weight of fly ash by above 60%.
산 침출액에서 EHPNA 에 의한 코발트와 니켈 금속 이온의 추출평형

산 전해질 용액에 침출된 코발트와 니켈 이온의 추출평형을 구하기 위하여 산 추출제인 EHPNA로써 Co(NO₃)₂-Acids(HCl, H₂SO₄)-H₂O, Ni(NO₃)₂-Acids(HCl, H₂SO₄)H₂O계의 추출평형을 실험하여 총괄추출평형식과 추출평형 상수를 구하였으며 각 금속 이온과 추출제의 복합체는 (CoR₂·2HR) ̄, (NiR₄·4HR) ̄이었다. 금속 추출공정에서 산용액의 열역학적 특성인 활동도를 고려하기 위하여 3성분 전해질 용액으로부터 실험적으로 얻은 equi-a(-H₂O) data로써 용질의 평균활동도 계수값인 γ_±[Co(NO₃)₂], γ_±[Ni(NO₃)₂], γ_±(HCl), γ_±(H₂SO₄)를 Mckay-Perring method로써 구하였다. 평균활동도 계수값은 LogD_M/γ_(±HCl) 와 LogD_M/γ_(±H₂SO₄)의 추출 분배계수 곡선에 영향을 미쳤으며, 산용액의 낮은 농도를 제외하고는 Modified Mckay-perring method에 의한 이론값과 실험값이 가장 잘 일치하였다. Extraction equilibrium formulations were studied for the distribution coefficient of cobalt and nickel ions from acidic leach solutions by using 2-Ethylhexylphosphonic Acid Mono-2-Ethylhexyl Ester(EHPNA) dissolved in n-heptane at 298。K. The extration equilibrium constants, K_(ex) of cobalt and nickel by EHPNA were investigated and they were different from each other that by DEHPA. Complex form of cobalt and nickel in the organic phase was CoR₂·2HR, NiR₂·4HR. With metal extraction processes, considering that the activity is one of the basic parameters in characterizing the solution itself, the mean activity coefficients of solutes, γ_±[Co(NO₃)₂], γ_±[Ni(NO₃)₂], γ_±(HCl), γ_±(H₂SO₄) in aqueous mixed electrolyte solutions were calculated by Mckay-Perring method and its modified form using the equi-water activity data of those solutions experimentally determined. The mean activity coefficients had an effect on extraction curve and experimental results agreed with well those calculated by Modified Mckay-Perring method on extraction profiles except at low acid concentrations.

Iatrogenically developed immunosuppression-associated Kaposis sarcoma is the result of immunosuppressive therapy after an organ transplantation, particularly after a renal transplantation. Since the advent of powerful immunosuppressive agents such as cyclosporine, recently the incidence of Kaposis sarcoma has been increased. In addition to immunosuppression, other factors, such as genetic predisposition, environmental and geographic factors, and oncogenic viruses, may play a role in the pathogenesis of this tumor. Ilerein we report a case of Keposis sarcoma with multiple organ involvement of the skin, lung, small intestine and mesenteric lymph node in a renal allograft recipient who received cyclosporine and prednisolone. Reduction of the dosage of immunosuppressant for 1 month resulted in improvement of the cutaneous lesions. (Kor J Dermatol 1997;35(3): 551-555)
