병원 브랜드 증거가 브랜드 가치, 고객만족 및 브랜드 판단에 미치는 영향

The objective of this study is to identify the effect of brand evidence on brand value and customer satisfaction, and the effect of brand value and customer satisfaction on brand verdict in case of hospital management. To achieve this objective, 250 hospital customers were surveyed in Busan and Gyeongnam province. Of these, 220 respondents were used for the analysis. The research results show that brand name, employee service, core service and feelings have a positive effect on customer satisfaction. However, servicescape failed to affect customer satisfaction. Employee service has a positive effect on brand value. However, brand name, core service, feelings and servicescape failed to affect brand value.

The role of the acoustic radiation force in color Doppler twinkling artifacts

Purpose: The aim of this experimental study was to evaluate whether the acoustic radiation force(ARF) is a potential source of twinkling artifacts in color Doppler images. Methods: Color Doppler images were obtained using a clinical ultrasonic scanner (Voluson e,GE Healthcare) for a high contrast (+15 dB) circular scattering phantom at pulse repetitionfrequencies (PRFs) ranging from 0.1 to 13 kHz. Ultrasound transmissions resulting in ARF weremeasured using a hydrophone at the various PRFs considered. The influence of ARF on theappearance of twinkling colors was examined via the common parameter PRF. This methodologyis based on the fact that alternating positive and negative Doppler shifts induced by the ARF arecentered at a PRF twice the maximum Doppler frequency on the color scale bar, whereas thetwinkling color aliasing is expected to remain similar regardless of PRF. Results: Color twinkling artifacts were observed to be most conspicuous at the lowest PRF of0.1 kHz. The extent of twinkling rapidly decreased as the PRF increased, eventually disappearingwhen the PRF ≥0.6 kHz. The measured ultrasound transmissions, however, were found to beinsensitive to the PRF, and therefore it can be inferred that the PRF was insensitive to the ARF. Conclusion: Based on our experimental observations, the ARF may not be a source of colorDoppler twinkling artifacts.

습지와 그 생물다양성보전은 환경정책기본법을 비롯하여 10여개이상의 개별법에서 그 근거를 찾을 수 있다. 습지의 보전과 관리를 위한 제도로는 현행 습지보전법상 습지보전기본계획(제5조), 습지보호지역지정(제8조) 및 토지이용규제(제13조) 등을 들 수 있다. 그러나 습지의 보전과 관리 측면에서의 조사, 계획 등 그 대부분이 행정의 역할에 치중된 반면에 주민의 참여와 지원에 관한 근거조항 부재 등은 습지의 적극적인 보전에 어려움이 많을 뿐만 아니라, 다른 법률에 대하여 중요성이 간과되기 쉬웠다. 특히 습지보전을 위한 토지이용규제에 있어, 주민들은 습지보전법외에 각개별법들에 의하여 보호지역2)의 중복지정, 예를 들면 자연환경보전지역이 자연공원법에 의한 공원구역, 수도법에 의한 상수원보호구역 등으로 지정되는 경우, 지정 근거 법률에 의한 제한이 동시에 중복적으로 이루어져 오히려 적극적인 보전이 어려울 뿐만 아니라, 어업권이나 영농 등의 생활권침해 등 으로 이중삼중의 불이익을 받기도 한다.

서비스 진정성이 명성, 신뢰, 고객만족, 충성도에 미치는 영향 : 치과 서비스를 중심으로

본 연구는 표준화되기 어려운 치과 서비스를 중심으로 서비스 진정성의 하위구성개념인 서비스 전문성, 서비스 일관성, 광고 진정성, 커뮤니케이션 개방성, 윤리적 책임감, 자선적 책임감이 치과 의료기관의 명성에 미치는 영향을 살펴보았다. 수도권지역의 치과병의원의 고객을 대상으로 300명을 조사한 실증연구를 통하여 얻은 연구결론은 치과병원의 경우 서비스 전문성, 서비스 일관성, 광고 진실성, 커뮤니케이션 개방성 그리고 윤리적 책임과 같은 서비스 진정성의 하위차원들은 치과병원의 명성에 모두 유의적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 하지만 자선적 책임감은 명성에 영향을 미치지 못하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구에서 살펴본 명성과 신뢰 고객만족 그리고 충성도와의 관계는 서로 유의적 영향을 미치는 관계로 나타났다. This study investigated the effect of service authenticity on dental service reputation. Sub-components of service authenticity; service expertise, service consistency, advertising authenticity, communication openness, ethical responsibility, and charitable responsibility were analyzed using AMOS. The survey results of three hundred dental customers in the metropolitan area show that except for the sub-component of charitable responsibility, all the other sub-components had positive effect on the reputation of dental service.

This paper understands that the exile Gasa of the 19th century continue to expand the enjoyment of the enjoyed class by reproducing and expanding the discourse of ‘Nim.’ The characteristics of the exile Gasa were reviewed. To this end, it was noted that the exilated Gasa were embodied in various socio-cultural practices and functioned as a “discourse formation.” As a result, the aspect of the ‘Nim’ discourse was connected with a special context, and the text was popularized, and the level of the ‘nim’ discourse was expanded and expanded into the private and public domains. Through this process, it is possible to understand the intention and cultural bias of the author who chose the Gasa genre in the history of Literary. 본고는 19세기의 유배가사가 ‘님’ 담론의 재생산과 확대를 통해 향유계층의 폭을 넓히며 유배가사의 명맥을 잇고 있다고 파악하고, 텍스트가 향유된 문화권의 변화에 따라 담론화 양상을 달리하는 19세기 유배가사의 특징적인 면모를 검토하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 유배가사가 다양한 사회문화적 실천행위로 구체화됐으며, 하나의 ‘담론체’로 기능하였다는 점에 주목하였다. 그 결과 ‘님’ 담론의 양상이 특수한 상황맥락과 결부되어 텍스트의 대중화가 이루어지면서 사적 영역과 공적 영역으로 ‘님’ 담론의 층위가 확대・확장되었음을 살폈다. 이러한 과정을 통해 가사 장르를 선택한 작자의 의도와 텍스트의 문화적 편폭을 다각도로 이해할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.
