The purpose of this study was to find out the relationship between leisure activity of workers (Body Specialists) in Beauty Industry and the quality of their lives. To achieve this study, literature review was made as an exploratory research as well as a survey was done as a positive investigation. The subjects of this study were 300 people living in the metropolitan area and Seoul who were working at selected companies except unfaithful answers. And cluster random sampling method was used in the study. The data from this study were analyzed using F-test, T-test, correlation and multiple regression analysis. Structural equation was also used in statistical dealing. Upon obtaining above results through the data analysis methods, the following conclusive statements were made. First, the degree of leisure activities and satisfaction of leisure participation had a statistically significant effect on euphoria as well as the quality of life (+) and a feeling of helplessness (-). Second, as a results of structural equation, euphoria had a statistically significant effect on the quality of life through the medium of degree of the participation, the types of participation, and the satisfaction of leisure Activities (+). A feeling of helplessness had a statistically significant effect on the quality of life through the medium of degree of the participation, the types of participation, and the satisfaction of leisure Activities (-).

어린이집 유아신체활동에 대한 학부모 인식 연구 1

This research was done with help from 313 parents who have toddler and early children going to child care center in Seoul. Here are the results of the parents` recognition and requests about the early childhood physical activities in the child care center by using the "Self-Administration Method." In order to analyze the data, this study used a SPSSWIN ver. 10.0 program for statical analysis, and was completed using frequency analysis and one-way ANOVA analysis. The results of this study were as fallow. 1) The parents were aware of the necessity of the children`s physical activities and they were satisfied with the outcome of the new form of early childhood physical activities. 2) According to the result of the parents` recognition of the early children`s physical activities, they thought these activities were needed for the early children`s physical development and the most important thing was to improve this program and spread it out as much as possible. 3) The parents want the children to do these activities 2 or 3 times a week, 20 to 30 minutes at a time. Also they prefer to do this during the morning in the hall of the children educational department.

This paper focuses on A. R. Ammons`s vision of plants and fungi in the light of ecology and post-modernism. Ammons incorporated ecological and post-modern symbol of plants and fungi including lichen, moss, weed and grass into his poetry. He also recognizes values in the seemingly insignificant, and finds the hidden meanings of the common, the little, the small, the unnoticed, and the lowly, Ammons already disclosed the importance and values of these little things in the ecosystem of nature. While looking at what is lowly. he found the absolute and symbiotic relationship among the lowly, the hidden, and the unnoticed. In general, three kingdoms of classification consist of fungi, plants and animals in scientific terms. In this paper, I chose two kingdoms, which have the symbolic meanings. Ammons values the periphery and the dark over the beautiful, which man prefers. To deconstruct the opposites, he ventures to overturn the artificial or man-made hierarchy is indicated in that he valued those that are common, unnoticed, lowly, and insignificant in his poetry. This ecological vision of Ammons coincides with the deconstructive strategy of Derrida, in that they both resist aqainst the violent unity by which human reason controls in nature.

BSC와 AHP를 활용한 IoT 인프라 도입 의사결정에 관한 연구

전자가격라벨(ESL)은 상품진열대에 부착되어 있는 종이가격라벨의 대체재로서 오프라인 소매매장의 혁신을 선도할 유통 IoT 인프라로 주목받고 있다. 일반적으로 대체재 성격의 제품도입 시 기업은 기존 제품 대비 투자비용의 효율성이나 운영비용 절감 등의 재무적 요인을 우선적으로 고려하는 경향이 있다. 그러나 의사결정과정에서 재무적 요인만 고려할 경우 기업전략과 연결된 다양한 가치와 이해관계자들의 요구사항을 제대로 반영하지 못할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 전자가격라벨과 같은 IoT 인프라의 도입 의사결정과정에서 고려해야 할 평가요인들에 관해 BSC의 4대 관점(재무, 고객, 프로세스, 성장)을 기반으로 8개 평가항목(투자비용, 운영비용, 품질수준, 고객관리, 업무효율성, 유지보수, 기능확장성, 매장이미지)을 선정하고, AHP(분석적 계층 프로세스)를 사용하여 국내 중소형 슈퍼마켓의 직원들을 대상으로 평가항목의 우선도를 측정하였다. 연구의 결과로 가격라벨의 대안 채택을 위한 평가항목 중에서 고객, 학습과 성장, 내부 비즈니스 프로세스, 재무관점 순으로 우선도가 산출되었고, 전자가격라벨이 종이가격라벨보다 높은 중요도로 지지되었다. 대부분의 선행연구에서 재무관점의 평가항목들의 우선도가 높았던 것과 달리 학습과 성장, 고객관점의 평가항목들이 상대적으로 높게 나타났고, 특히 직군별, 가격라벨 교체업무 연관 여부에 의해 구분된 응답자 그룹들 간에 8개 세부평가 항목들의 우선도가 다르게 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 ESL의 도입을 고려하는 기업(유통매장)과 ESL을 공급하는 기업(제조사 및 서비스 사업자) 모두에게 시사점을 제공해 줄 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. The Electronic Shelf Label (ESL) is an alternative to the paper price label attached to merchandise shelves and is attracting attention as a retail IoT infrastructure that will lead the innovation of offline retail outlets. In general, when introducing a substitute product, the company tends to consider the financial factors such as the efficiency of the investment cost compared to the existing product or the reduction of the operating cost. However, considering only financial factors in the decision-making process, it may not properly reflect the various values associated with corporate strategy and the requirements of stakeholders. In this study, 8 evaluation items (Investment Cost, Operating Cost, Quality Level, Customer Management, Job Efficiency, Maintenance, Functional Expandability, and Store Image) based on BSC’s 4 perspectives (Financial, Customer, Internal Business Process, Learning & Growth), and using AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) to measure the priorities of evaluation items for domestic small supermarket employees. As a result of the research, priority was given in order of Customer, Learning & Growth, Internal Business Process, and Financial aspects among the evaluation items for adopting the price label, and the electronic price label was supported with higher importance than the paper price label. In contrast to the priorities of the financial aspects of most prior studies, the items of Learning & growth and customer perspectives have relatively high priorities. In particular, respondents classified by job group, The priorities of the 8 evaluation items were different among the groups. These results are expected to provide implications for both companies (retail outlets) and ESL providers (manufacturers and service providers) who are considering the introduction of ESL.

Developing Evaluation Indicators for Selecting Suppliers based on IoT Business Model in Servitization Using Delphi Method

The flow of the 4th Industrial Revolution calls for the innovation of the traditional business models of the manufacturers. Servitization is a corporate strategy to respond to changes in the business environment. These days, the value that the market demands can be created on the basis of the product-service integration. Thus the manufacturers must pursue the fundamental innovation of the current strategy and business models. It is necessary to create common values with customers through providing product-service integrated offerings beyond the development, production, and delivery. The purpose of this study is to develop the evaluation indicators for selecting suppliers when the manufacturer who offers the value of product-service integration needs to obtain the resources from outside. The case company in this study is the manufacture firm conducting the retail IoT business as a new business. The Delphi method is used to develop the evaluation indicators for selecting suppliers. This study suggests the academic implications providing the perspective of Servitizaiton by using Delphi method, and the practical implications applying the creating value method of Servitization by collecting the opinions from both value providers and value consumers in the process of developing the evaluation indicators.

웨이블렛 필터링을 이용한 정적 절삭력 분석연구

There are many dynamic property and weak signal in measured end-milling force. So, it is difficult to predict the real static property of end-milling force. Also the end-milling force behaviour is very complex to predict using the measured force. In this paper, by comparing the measured end-milling force and its wavelet filtering one, the fundamental property of force after wavelet transform is well reviewed and analyzed. This result of wavelet filtering using filter bank shows the static trend without severe dynamic properties which inevitably occurs in entry and exit state of edge immersion into the workpiece in end-milling.
