        SNS 특성이 공공기관 이미지와 정책 참여도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

        SNS has the characteristic of helping users freely exchange opinions with each other and form active mutual relationships, which can enhance understanding of policy messages of public institutions. In order to secure the competitiveness of public institutions and promote them positively, interactive communication and efficient strategies using SNS are needed. This study sought to find ways to improve the public institution's image and increase policy participation by finding efficient SNS characteristics of public institutions and suggesting implications. As a result of the empirical analysis of this study, the image of public institutions is positively influenced by information, reliability and ease of understanding that are characteristic factors of SNS characteristics. The participation is positively influenced by information and reliability. In addition, organization-public relations mediated the characteristics of public institution SNS (playability, ease of understanding and sharing) and public institution image and policy participation. Meanshile, the policy involvement moderated the relationship between the sharing and the organization-public relation. 최근 공공기관에서 SNS를 통한 스마트사회를 지향하면서 시민과의 원활한 소통수단, 행정서비스의 전달과 정책홍보, 재난관리 대응 등 다양한 목적으로 SNS를 도입하고 있다. 페이스북, 블로그와 트위터 등을 포함한 다양한 SNS를 개설하고 정책홍보와 정책 의견수렴을 수행하거나 민원응대를 하는 등 홍보 및 소통채널로 활용하고 있다. 본 연구는 공공기관 홍보시 SNS특성이 조직-공중 관계성을 매개하고, 공공기관 이미지와 정책 참여도를 향상시키는 점을 확인하여 공공기관 홍보를 위한 방안과 시사점을 제안하고자 하였다. 본 연구의 실증 분석 결과 SNS 특성 요인인 정보성, 신뢰성, 이해용이성은 공공기관 이미지에 유의한 영향을 미치지만, SNS 특성 요인인 상호작용성, 유희성, 공유성은 공공기관 이미지에 직접적으로 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 확인되었다. SNS 특성 요인 중 정보성과 신뢰성은 공공기관의 정책 참여도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 반면, SNS 특성요인 중 이해용이성, 상호작용성, 유희성, 공유성은 공공기관의 정책 참여도에 직접적으로 유의한 영향을 미치지 않았다. 한편, SNS 특성 중 이해용이성, 유희성, 공유성은 조직-공중관계성을 매개로 공공기관 이미지 및 정책참여도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 이에 따라 조직-공중관계성은 공공기관의 효율적인 SNS 홍보 전략에서 중요한 매개변수임을 확인할 수 있었다. 정책관여도는 공유성이 조직-공중 관계성에 미치는 영향을 정(+)적으로 조절하였다.

        Three fern taxa in Korea ; Polystichum hancockii(Hance) Diels, Pyrrosia davidii (Gies.) Ching and Pyrrosia mollis (Kunze.) Ching are newly recorded. Short descriptions and illustrations for these taxa are provided. The Korean names of three taxa of Ploystichum hancockii (Hance) Diels, Pyrrosia davidii(Gies.)       • 중국 장백산 자연보호구역의 양치식물 자원

        Changbai Mountain Natural Reserve Area in China contains the pteri- dophyta which is classified into 23 families. 46 genera, llltaxa(l03species 7 varieties and 1 forma(hwang, 2001). The pinus pentaphylla forest occupies widest area and has great variety of vegetation which includes pteridophyta 80 at 185 different locations. in 37 districts. The pteridophyta grows well in moist acid soil with less sunlight. 70 kinds of pentaphylla sprout out from the surface of land , representing 63% of the total species .Recently. because of the over-harvesting for food and medicinal purpose the natural process of the growth of the threa- tened plants urgently requires a reasonable approach for protection and sustainable use of them.

      • 제주도의 귀화식물에 관한 재검토

        This study was conducted to know about the distribution of naturalized plants growing in Jejudo. A field survey and flora lists of relevant literatures were also investigated. The results obtained from this study were as follows: 1. Definition of naturalized plants was determined in this study as “non-native species in Korea which have been introduced anthropogenically or naturally and can reproduce and survive in wild habitats by themselves.” 2. It was suggested that the number of naturalized plants in Jejudo were 31 families, 110 genera, 183 taxa including 174 species, 9 varieties. Family Compositae and Gramineae covered 23% and 15% of naturalized plants, respectively. 3. The number of naturalized plants in Jejudo were 183 taxa : 96 taxa in the whole south Korea, 37 taxa in the southern part of Korea, 13 taxa in the central part of Korea, and 36 taxa only in Jeju.

        大衆消費社會의 女性商品에 대한 商品價値 小考

        We are now in the beginning of the mass consumption society. Mass consumption society should be undoubtedly accompanied by the change of marketing method. In a mass consumption society, elevation and equalization of technical skill obviously bring about oversupply caused by mass production and equalization of quality of products. Many significant market changes are also caused by changes in the size of income. Thus is not only the trend toward large income, but consumers spending relatively more on for so-called discritionary spending. There is also a trend toward an evening out of income level among consumers, and trend which is resulting in mass market for many items. Accordingly, marketing should be changed from the producer intention to the consumer design. Appraised standard of the commodity couldn't be now based on the intrinsic value such as quality, faculty, price, and etc., but on the annexed value which is gratifying the psychological desire to the consumers. That is to say, the standard of commodity value is now divert from the first value to the second value. And the marketing point is also diverting from the technician who is only treating the first value of commodity to the marketing man who is fully aware of consumers. There are closely related with each other between commodities and consumers. The commodity is inseparably linked up with consumers, being interact upon with each other. The impact of consumers on the commodity is that making the commodity has to conate psychological value in itself, and thus of on consumer is that many potential desires of consumers have to be actualized and to make a change of consumers' behaviour. The commodity has to be discovered by psychology and to be well developed by the meaning. The commodity value is not a special quality itself, but to be a consumers' value. The commodity value of the mass consumption society is a reflected light which has being reverberated by consumers. Finally, a case study is influenced, especially in regard to such feminine items as textiles, cosmetics, electric appliances, foods, and automobiles, by the relationship of Commodity and consumer value.
