본고는 현대 한국화에서 담묵(淡墨)과 채색(彩色)이 구조화를 통해서 어떠한 공간을 드러내고 있는지 채(彩)와 묵(墨)의 구조화 절차를 고찰하는 데 목적이 있다. 현대한국화에서 담묵 및 채색공간은 유교문화를 바탕으로 현대에 이르기까지 그 세를 강화해 왔다. 그리고 새로운 시대양식을 창출하는 과정에서 전통방식과 현대회화의 절충으로 어떠한 공간체제를 구축했는지가 의문의 대상이 될 수 있다.이를 고찰하기 위해 연구자의 연구 작품을 중심으로 현대 한국화의 담묵 및 채색공간을 고찰 하였다. 고찰을 위한 적절한 방법적 도구로 메이틀랜드 그레이브스(Maitland Graves,1902~1978)의 모형을 도입하였다. 검증결과 연구작은 명도면에서 단명도(m)구조와 중간명도(m-M) 구조가가 지배적이라는 결과를 얻을 수 있었다. 색상면에서는 단색상(m)구조, 면적안배면 에서는 가장 밝은 A면이 지배적이었다. 또한 채도면에서는 장채도(M) 구조가 우세함을 보였다. 이와 같은 분석은 다음과 같이 해석할 수 있다. 담묵에 있어 본연구자는 담묵을 사용하되 중간명도를 유지하므로 한국미의 조형요소 중 소박함을 표현하였다. 색상면에서는 유사색상 또는 동일색상 사용의 절제된 색의 사용을 보였고, 가장 밝은 A면이 화면을 지배하는 것은 여백과 관련되어 간소한 색상과 여백을 통해 간결성이 표현됐음을 확인 할 수 있었다. 채색에 있어서는 현대사회가 품고 있는 시대성을 반영하고 한국미를 표현하는데 중첩을 통한 깊고 오묘한 색의 표현이 선호 되었다고 볼 수 있다. The purpose of this study is to consider the structured procedure in Chae(彩) and Muk(墨) as for which space the light ink(淡墨) and coloring(彩色)in contemporary Korean paintings are revealing through structuration. In contemporary Korean paintings, and light ink and chromatic space have intensified its power up to modern times based on confucian culture. And in the process of creating new historical mode, what was implemented which spatial system with compromise in traditional method and contemporary painting may be subject of a question. To consider this, it considered light ink and chromic space of contemporary Korean paintings focusing on researcher’s research work. As a proper methodological tool for consideration, a model in Maitland Graves(1902?1978) was adopted. As a result of verification, the researcher could obtain the outcome as saying that minor brightness(m) structure and medium brightness(m-M)structure in the surface of brightness are dominant. It was dominated by minor color(m) structure in the surface of color and by the brightest A area in the surface of the area arrangement. Also, in the surface of chroma, the major chroma(M) structure was shown to be predominant. This analysis can be analyzed as follows. In light ink, this researcher maintained medium brightness with using light ink, there by having expressed simpleness among formative elements of Korean beauty. In the surface of color, the use of the moderate color with the use of similar color or same color was indicated. What the brightest A surface dominates canvas was related to a blank space, thereby having been able to be confirmed to have been expressed terseness through simple color and blank space. haloring can be observed to have been preferred the expression of deep and delicate color through overlapping in reflecting the times and expressing Korean beauty that modern society embraces.
고지방식이 비만마우스에서 월비가출탕(越婢加朮湯)이 식이효율과 내장지방에 미치는 영향

Objectives: This study was undertaken to verify the effects of Wolbigachul-tang 1(WBCEx1) on obesity using high fat diet-induced male mice and to investigate the molecular mechanisms involved. Methods: 8-week old C57BL/6 mice were divided into 5 groups; lean control, obese control, WBCEx1, 2, 3. After mice were treated with WBCE x1(water extract), 2(30% ethanol extract), 3(water extract; Ephedra sinica Stapf., Gypsum fibrosum) for 12 weeks, body weight gain, feeding efficiency ratio, plasma lipid and glucose metabolism, the messenger RNA(mRNA) expression of peroxisome proliferator activated receptor(PPAR)α target genes were measured. In addition, PPARα target gene expression was examined in liver, white adipose tissue and skeletal muscle. Results :1. WBCEx1-treated mice had significantly lower body weight gain and feeding efficiency ratio. 2. Consistent with the effects on body weight gain, WBCEx1 decreased the weights of epididymal and retroperitoneal white adipose tissue, inguinal subcutaneous adipose tissue, and brown adipose tissue. 3. WBCEx1 significantly decreased plasma triglyceride and total cholesterol levels. 4. The size of adipocytes were significantly decreased by WBCEx1, whereas the adipocyte number per unit area was increased. Hepatic lipid accumulation was decreased by WBCEx1. 5. WBCEx1 did not affect the mRNA expression of PPARα target genes in liver, adipose tissue, and skeletal muscle. 6. Plasma asparate aminotransferase(AST), alanine aminotransferase(ALT), blood urea nitrogen(BUN) and creatine concentrations were in the physiological range. Liver and kidney weights were significantly lower following WBCEx treatment compared with obese controls, indicating that WBCEx does not show any toxic effects on liver and kidney. Conclusions: These results suggest that WBCEx1-induced body weight reduction is associated with appetite control and mediated by a mechanism other than the activation of PPARα.
