정천화담항기탕(定喘化痰降氣湯)이 ovalbumin으로 유발된 천식(喘息)에 미치는 영향(影響)

Objectives: In order to evaluate the effect of jungcheonwhadamgangki-tang on Balb/c mouse of allergy-sensitive to bronchial asthma induced by ovalbumin. Methods: The changes of diameter lumen of trachea which was upper respiratory organ, weight and gross appearance of lung, histology of lung and trachea, numbers of inflammatory cells in the bronchoalveolar lavage fluld(BALF) were observed. Results : The results are obtained as follows. 1. The diameters of trachea lumen were significantly increased in Jungcheonwhadam gangki-tang treated group as compared with control group. 2. Inflammatory cells including neutrophil and eosinophil in BALF were significantly. in Jungcheonwhadamgangki-tang treated group as compared with control group. 3. Weight of lung and black spots, which resulted from infiltration of inflammatory were significantly decreased in Jungcheonwhadamgangki-tang treated group as compared with control group.4. Hypertrophy of mucous membrane of trachea and bronchus and bronchioles in the lung, peritracheal, peribronchus and peribronchiolar inflammatory cell infiltration, and mucoid exudate deposit in the lumen were significantly decreased in Jungcheonwhadamgangki-tang treated group as compared with control group. Conclusions : It is considered that Jungcheonwhadamgangki-tang has somewhat favorable effect on the bronchial asthma because the bronchial asthma specific series of abnormalities in respiratory system were decreased after oral administration of Jungcheonwhadamgangki-tang in this study. In future, it is needed that the toxicological and dosage specific study of Jungcheonwhadamgangki-tang to use against bronchial asthma with safe.
Notes on the Genus Asiacentistes Belokobylskij (Hymenoptera: Braconidae: Euphorinae) from Korea

본 연구를 통해 2종의 Asiacentistes Belokobylskij(아시아넓은칼고치벌속: 신칭)(벌목: 고치벌과)를 보고한다. 그 중 Asiacentistes sinica Chen and Belokobylskij(긴칼집아시아넓은칼고치벌: 신칭)는 한국 미기록종으로 보고한다. 식별형질과 동아시아내 분포 정보를 포함하였다. Two species of the genus Asiacentistes (Hymenoptera: Braconidae) are reported in this study. One of them, Asiacentistes sinica Chen and Belokobylskij is new to Korea. Diagnosis and distribution data in East Asia are included.

본 연구를 통해 2종의 큰턱고치벌속(벌목, 고치벌과)을 보고한다. 수원큰턱나무좀고치벌 Cosmophorus (Cosmophorus) klugii Ratzeburg 1종은 한국미기록종으로 보고한다. 식별형질과 분포 등의 정보를 포함하였다. Two species of the genus Cosmophorus (Hymenoptera: Braconidae) are reported in this study. Among them, Cosmophorus (Cosmophorus) klugii Ratzeburg is new to Korea. Diagnosis and distribution data are included.

Two species of the subgenus Exosyntretus (Hymenoptera: Braconidae: Euphorinae) in the genus Syntretus are reported from Korea in this study. Among them, Syntretus (Exosyntretus) nevelskoii Belokobylskij is new to Korea. The world checklist, diagnosis and distribution data are included.

The effects of Al-substitution on thermoelectric and charge transport properties of BiCuOSe compounds were investigated. The compounds were prepared by a solid-state reaction and consolidated by SPS (spark plasma sintering). In spite of the increase in the hole concentration with increasing Al amounts in BiCuOSe compound, the electrical conductivity at room temperature was kept constant due to the reduction of mobility. However, electrical conductivities of Al-substituted BiCuOSe compounds at elevated temperature (> 600 K) were higher than those of BiCuOSe, and this result was discussed in terms of it's the band gap energy. The Seebeck coefficient was drastically reduced when Al was substituted in Bi site, which indicated that the electronic structure was influenced by the Al-substitution into Bi-site.
