직장인의 배드민턴 동호인활동 참여 동기와 직무만족의 관계

The workers who live in the mechanized and specialized modern society suffer from lack of excercise, competition with co-workers, increase of stress, and decrease of affinity to the work. Also their life style has a negative influence on the quality of their daily lives. To solve these problems, it is important to encourage the workers to participate in club sports and to understand the significance of club sports. Based on the fact that participation in club sports improves the quality of human life, this study suggests remarkable information. First, Participatory motivation varied statistically according to the specific factors of socio-demography, such as gender, age, educational level, monthly salary, occupation, and marital status. They were health fitness motivation, social motivation, external showing off motivation, technical development motivation, and interest pleasure motivation. Second, Satisfaction in work varied statistically according to the specific factors of socio-demograhpy, such as age, educational level, monthly salary, occupation and marital status. They were specific satisfaction in work, tendency to change occupation, self-valuation, devotion to the work and internal work motivation. However, satisfaction in work did not vary according to gender. Third, In respect of the relation between workers` participatory motivation in badminton as a club sport and satisfaction in their work, self-valuation, a subordinate factor of satisfaction in work, is connected with technical development motivation, interest pleasure motivation and health fitness motivation. Also, specific satisfaction in work, is related to the interest pleasure motivation, health fitness motivation and social motivation. Tendency to change occupation has something to do with interest pleasure motivation and health fitness motivation. Internal work motivation is connected with interest pleasure motivation and health fitness motivation.

스포츠시설 경영자의 변혁적 리더십이 조직시민행동에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this thesis is to choose leaders working in the Sports center now in Busan as a sample group and to analysis the effect of manager`s transformational leadership on the member`s organizational commitment. For this, I made a multiple regression analysis of the vaid 354 datas collected by purposeful sampling method from the chosen sample group with SPSS WIN 11.0 Ver Program. The result are as follows. First, among Sports facility Managers Transformational leadership, charisma and intellectual stimulation has an positive effect on altruism. Second, among sports facility Managers Transformational leadership, individualized consideration has an positive effect and Intellectual stimulation has an negative effect on sportsmanship. Third, among sports facility Managers Transformational leadership, Intellectual stimulation has an positive effect on courtesy. Fourth, among sports facility Managers Transformational leadership, charisma and intellectual stimulation has an positive effect on civic virtue.

상업 스포츠시설 관리자의 변혁적 리더십이 구성원의 조직몰입에 미치는 영향

청소년의 미디어 스포츠 접촉 동기가 스포츠 가치관에 미치는 영향

The research was performed to verify by essence the connection between contact motive to media sports of juveniles and their sports-values. A sbject in the study was sampled by stratified cluster random sampling method from established a group of high school students in Busan, 2007.The result conducted from effective 527 data using SPSS Version 12.0 statistical analysis package brought to a conclusion as follows. First, acquirement of information among factors concerned with contact motive to media sports of juveniles had an influence on theoretical value. Second, acquirement of information and amusement among factors concerned with contact motive to media sports of juveniles had an influence on social value. Third, social relation among factors concerned with contact motive to media sports of juveniles had an influence on economical value. Fourth, detente and amusement among factors concerned with contact motive to media sports of juveniles had an influence on aesthetic value. Fifth, time consumption and detente, acquirement of information among factors concerned with contact motive to media sports of juveniles had an influence on religious value. Sixth, social relation and amusement among factors concerned with contact motive to media sports of juveniles had an influence on political value.

교사의 여가스포츠 활동 참여 동기와 교직만족도의 관계

The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between teaching profession satisfaction and participation motivation of leisure sports activity among school teachers. The subjects in this study were the teachers who were working in high school in Busan and then we chose data of 367 persons from it by a purposeful sampling. Statistical analytic methods, used in this study, for our analyzing data collected, are exploratory factor analysis, t-test, One-way ANOVA, correlation analysis and multiple regression wiht SPSS 12.0 Program. The conclusions which were derived from the data analysis are as follows. First, there is the difference according to gender from society, fitness, pleasure and accomplishment, according to marriage from skill, and accomplishment, according to from skill, ostentation, fitness and society and according to income from society, fitness, pleasure, skill, ostentation and accomplishment.. Second, there is the difference according to gender from adminstrational suport, according to marriage from social state and according to career from affair, adminstrational suport and social state. Third, among the satifactions, the correlation influences skill and pleasure, affair influences pleasure and ostentation, adminstrational suport influences skill and social suport influences skill and fitness.

학원 운동선수의 운동만족과 운동지속의 관계 분석

The object of this is to establish three events(ground event, gymnastics event, swimming event) elite athletics group of elementary school and middle school under Busan Metropolitan City Office of Education as an exauple group and to analyze the relationship between exercise satisfaction and adherence of school athletics. Among answered date, 216 date except insincere data are used by SPSS WIN 12.0 program. The main analysis methods are factor analysis reliability analysis, correlation analysis and multiple regression and the results are as follows. First, game achievement degree, event satisfaction degree and team satisfaction degree have meaningful effect on exercise competece of athletics. Second, School course preference and event achievement degree have a meaningful effect on exercise environment of athletics. Third, School course preference and event achievement degree have a meaningful effect on exercise habits of athletics. Fourth, School course preference, event achievement degree and event satisfaction degree have a meaningful effect on exercise interests of athletics. Fifth, all athletics satisfaction doesn't have a meaningful effect on exercise friends of athletics.
