        남자간호사의 성 고정관념과 직무만족에 관한 연구

        Purpose: This study was conducted to investigate gender stereotype and job satisfaction, and to identify the relationship between gender stereotype and job satisfaction in male nurses. Method: The participants were 165 male nurses who worked in the Seoul, Gyeonggi and Daejeon areas. Data were collected from August 31th, 2009 to October 15th, 2009. A survey questionnaire was used to measure demographics, gender-role identity, gender stereotype and job satisfaction. Data were analyzed using SPSS/Win 12.0 version. Results: The mean score for gender stereotype was 2.81 points out of a possible 5. There were statistically significant differences in gender stereotype by general characteristics such as career in the current department (F=5.249, p=.007) and position (t=2.547, p=.012). The scores for gender stereotype were significantly higher in the group with less than five years in the current department and in the staff nurse group. The mean score for job satisfaction was 2.95 out of a possible 5. There was a significant negative correlation between gender stereotype and job satisfaction. Conclusions: Development of educational programs is required to improve the gender stereotype.

        탄소나노튜브를 알루미늄이 첨가된 산화아연으로 코팅한 층상 복합체의 일산화질소 가스 감지 특성

        We investigated the NO gas sensing characteristics of ZnO-carbon nanotube (ZnO-CNT) layered composites fabricated by coaxial coating of single-walled CNTs with a thin layer of 1 wt% Al-doped ZnO using rf magnetron sputtering deposition. Morphological studies clearly revealed that the ZnO appeared to form beadshaped crystalline nanoparticles with an average diameter as small as 30 nm, attaching to the surface of the nanotubes. It was found that the NO gas sensing properties of the ZnO-CNT layered composites were dramatically improved over Al-doped ZnO thin films. It is reasoned from these observations that an increase in the surface-to-volume ratio associated with the numerous ZnO “nanobeads” on the surface of the CNTs results in the enhancement of the NO gas sensing properties. The ZnO-CNT layered composite sensors exhibited a maximum sensitivity of 13.7 to 2 ppm NO gas at a temperature of 200${^{\circ}C}$ and a low NO gas detection limit of 0.2 ppm in dry air.

        연결망 분석을 활용한 우리나라 금연연구 동향분석

        Background: The purpose of this study is supposed to figure out the keyword network from 2009 to 2018 with social network analysis and provide the research data that can help the Korea government’s policy making on smoking cessation. Methods: First, frequency analysis on the keyword was performed. After, in this study, I applied three classic centrality measures (degree centrality, betweenness centrality, and eigenvector centrality) with R 3.5.1. Moreover, I visualized the results as the word cloud and keyword network. Results: As a result of network analysis, ‘smoking’ and ‘smoking cessation’ were key words with high frequency, high degree centrality, and betweenness centrality. As a result of looking at trends in keyword, many study had been done on the keyword ‘secondhand smoke’ and ‘adolescent’ from 2009 to 2013, and ‘cigarette graphic warning’ and ‘electronic cigarette’ from 2014 to 2018. Conclusion: This study contributes to understand trends on smoking cessation study and seek further study with the keyword network analysis.

      • 한국 씨그랜트 프로그램 평가제도의 발전방안 모색

        This study aims at presenting development ways on the evaluation system of the Korea Sea Grant Program(KSGP). It is important to conduct proper and effective evaluation in order to contribute to develop management and direction of the program and to enhance it. Accordingly, this study is to suggest its improving directions pointing out the fact that evaluation on the KSGP have been never performed and having comprehensive examination the current evaluation system. In order to accomplish the goal, the evaluation system of the KSGP was theoretically studied by reviewing related theories, case studies and literatures. And based on its results, an analysis frame of the research for comprehensive examination on positive and interpretative evaluation system were made with two perspectives: the evaluation system's contents and its management. According to the analysis frame of the research, the examination results on the evaluation system of the KSGP have characteristics as follows. First, in perspective of its contents, the problem on its comprehensive validity was raised as the evaluation didn't reflect understanding and consideration on the program and it is required to seek measurements to solve it. Second, in regard of its management, even though it was considered most important in communication and participation by related parties, its practice required more efforts to improve. While the evaluation itself was proceeded in somewhat transparent way, making public of selecting evaluation committees, the results and sharing information on evaluations in various levels were not smoothly done. For fairness and clearness of the evaluation, there were no problem on itself but it tended to be affected by political power and structure. Third, in perspective of application of the evaluation results, both feedback on the evaluation results and its application were not sufficiently performed. Throughout the results of research analysis, this study suggests the following development ways for proper and effective evaluation to improve the program, based on examination results of the evaluation system of the KSGP. First, with regard to contents of the evaluation system of the KSGP, we present the followings: ① differential and customized evaluation considering characteristics including types and size of the project, ② establishment of strategic evaluation plan linking the entire process of the plan, execution and evaluation and ③ supplement of index and criteria of the evaluation according to its paradigm. And then, second, in terms with management and operation of the program, our suggestions are as follows: ① preparation of participative evaluation system and foundation of its communication system, ② securing of transparency and publicity on the evaluation process and results for its appropriateness, ③ guaranteeing of fairness and clearness of the evaluation for reflecting the parties' needs and increasing reliability of the evaluation and ④ making decisions on policies by applying the evaluation results, improving the program, enhancing its responsibilities, applying its structural management, organizing education and generating new knowledge.

        에코 화장품 브랜드의 시각적 디자인 유형

        Growing interest for environment, modern society is changing the green business and green consumption patterns and eco―cosmetics market is developing. Eco-brands pursuit differentiation of logo and package designs because of brand's personality as well as the quality of their products. Becasue visual design elements impact forming brand image, this study typed about brand image as color, logo, typography, package design and store atmosphere for the construction of a brand identity. It was analyzed through literature research and examples. And 13 barands which have off-line store and homepage individually were selected. There are ORIGINS, BODYSHOP, L'OCCITANE, LUSH, BURT'S BEE, KIEHL ‘S, AVEDA, JURLIQUE and FRESH out of Korea. Also, in Korea, There are INNISFREE, BEYOND, SKINFOOD and THE FACE SHOP. As a result, They were classified under 3 types. First-group is Natural image type and using plants patterns or naturalism directly. Also, Korea brands belong this type. Second-group is decorative type and illustration of geometric patterns or unique use and unique design utilizing. Moreover, they used over 3 colors, especailly, cotrast of yellow and black colors. Third-group is pureness type and reduce the use of matirials. Also, the colors are used only black and white without decorations. It need diverse strategy and design's use for brand identity of eco-cosmetics. I expect this study is useful design marketing data of eco-industry.

        산화아연-탄소나노튜브 복합체의 일산화질소 가스 감지 특성에 미치는 코발트 첨가 효과

        We investigated the effects of Co doping on the NO gas sensing characteristics of ZnO-carbon nanotube (ZnO-CNT) layered composites fabricated by coaxial coating of single-walled CNTs with ZnO using pulsed laser deposition. Structural examinations clearly confirmed a distinct nanostructure of the CNTs coated with ZnO nanoparticles of an average diameter as small as 10 nm and showed little influence of doping 1 at.% Co into ZnO on the morphology of the ZnO-CNT composites. It was found from the gas sensing measurements that 1 at.% Co doping into ZnO gave rise to a significant improvement in the response of the ZnO-CNT composite sensor to NO gas exposure. In particular, the Co-doped ZnO-CNT composite sensor shows a highly sensitive and fast response to NO gas at relatively low temperatures and even at low NO concentrations. The observed significant improvement of the NO gas sensing properties is attributed to an increase in the specific surface area and the role as a catalyst of the doped Co elements. These results suggest that Co-doped ZnOCNT composites are suitable for use as practical high-performance NO gas sensors.
