본 연구의 목적은 2023년 정부의 AI 디지털 교과서 도입발표 이후 국내 현직교사의 AI 디지털 교과서에 대한 주관성 구조를 탐구하는 데 있다. 이를 위해 국내 초·중·고교 현직 교사 22명을 대상으로 Q 분석을 실시하였다. 분석 결과 AI 디지털 교과서에 대한 국내 현직 교사의 인식은 ‘방향성 제시’, ‘부작용 우려’, ‘수용’ 3개 요인으로 구성되었다. ‘방향성 제시’ 유형에는 AI 디지털 교과서의 도입 과정과 기능구축에 대한 우려와 함께 이를 개선하기 위한 도입 및 개발 방향성을 제시하는 응답자들이 포함되었다. 다음으로 ‘부작용 우려’ 유형에는 AI 디지털 교과서를 교육 현장에 도입했을 때 나타날 수 있는 부작용에 대해 우려하는 응답자가 포함되었으며, ‘부작용 우려’ 유형에 포함된 응답자는 모두 초등학교 교사로 나타났다. 마지막으로 ‘수용’ 유형에는 AI 디지털 교과서의 순기능에 동의하며 AI 디지털 교과서 개발과정에서 학생과 교사에 대한 디지털 능력 정보 파악이 선행된다면 비교적 수용의도가 높게 나타날 것으로 예상되는 응답자가 포함되었다. The purpose of this study is to explore the subjectivity structure of AI digital textbooks according to the government's announcement of the introduction with the AI digital textbooks in 2023 among in-service teachers in Korea. To this end, Q analysis was conducted on 22 in-service teachers from elementary, middle, and high schools in Korea. The analysis results showed that domestic in-service teachers' perceptions toward AI digital textbooks consisted of three factors: 'Provide direction', 'Concern about side effects', and 'Acceptance'. The 'Providing Direction' factor included respondents who are concerned about the introduction process and function establishment of AI digital textbooks and provide directions for introduction and development to improve it. Next, the ‘Concerned about side effects’ factor includes respondents who are concerned about the possible side effects of implementing AI digital textbooks in education, and all of the respondents in the concerned about side effects factor are elementary school teachers. Finally, the 'Acceptance' factor includes respondents who agree with the net function of AI digital textbooks and are expected to have a relatively high acceptance intention given that the process of developing AI digital textbooks is accompanied by the identification and consideration of digital competence of students and teachers.
