        Thermitomyces albuminosus powder의 랫드를 이용한 90일 경구투여독성시험

        계종버섯(Thermitomyces albuminosus)의 안정성을 입증하기 위하여 사료에 계종버섯의 분말을 5%, 2.5%, 1.25%, 0%를 혼합하여 90일 동안 랫드에 자유 급이 시켜 실험동물의 일반증상, 체중변화, 혈액학적 검사, 부검소견, 임상병리, 조직병리학적 검사의 결과를 토대로 독성을 평가하였다. 독성판정기준은 독성의 정도와 양상에 따라 weight-based classification (독성 강도에 따른 분류)로 분류 하였는데 비시험물질-유래 변화인 NOEL, 시험물질-유래 경미한 변화는 NOAEL, 시험물질-유래 중요한 변화는 LOAEL을 기준으로 나누었다. 시험결과, 수컷 좌, 우측 신장 중량이 용량의존적으로 증가하여 고용량군에서는 12%, 8% 증가 하였다. 하지만 임상, 조직병리학적 결과 독성으로 판단되는 소견이 관찰되지 않아 시험물질-유래 경미한 변화로 판단으로 분류하였다. 따라서 판정기준에 따라 수컷은 NOAEL 암컷은 NOEL이 식이함량 5%로 추정되지만 식약처고시에 따라 암수 모두 NOAEL이 식이함량의 5%로 추정할 수 있다. 따라서 계종버섯은 식품 또는 기능성식품으로의 개발에 문제가 없을 것으로 사료된다. Termitomyces albuminosus (Berk.) Heim is a well-known wild edible mushroom in the southern region of China. Novel cerebrosides, termed termitomycesphins, isolated from EtOH extract of T. albuminosus have shown significant neuritogenic activity. Neurotrophic factors have been targeted as potential therapeutic drugs for the treatment of neurodegenerative disorders. However, before expanding their applications to include food or therapeutic agents in Korea, a safety evaluation of T. albuminosus is needed. Herein, in a repeated-dose 90-day oral toxicity study, rats were exposed to a basal diet of powder ground from dried T. albuminosus at dose levels of 5%, 2.5%, 1.25%, and 0%. The following endpoints were evaluated: clinical observation, body weight, gross and microscopic pathology, clinical chemistry, and hematology. Significant dose-dependent increases in the weight of the left kidney were observed, possibly due to the test substance. Based on toxicity-decision criteria for minor compound-related changes (no observed adverse effect level [NOAEL] and no observed effect level [NOEL]), NOAEL was observed in male rats at a dose of 5% of dried T. albuminosus powder, and NOEl was observed in female rats at the same dose. The results point to the safety and potential use of T. albuminosus as a nontoxic neurotrophic factor.

        요가명상을 병행한 케이팝 댄스 프로그램이 여중생의 뇌유래신경영양인자와 주의력에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study is to provide basic data for the development of K-pop dance program that incorporates diverse activities, so that K-pop dance activities, which has currently received great attention from adolescent is helpful to students in growth stages from multiple aspect by investigating the effect of the 8-week K-pop dance program with yoga meditation on brain-derived neurotrophic factor and attention in female middle school students. In order to achieve the purpose of this study, 30 female students in the second year of H middle school were randomly selected and 10 students each were assigned to Yoga meditation+K-pop dance group(YKG), K-pop dance group(KG), and control group(CG). Brain-derived neurotrophic factor and attention were measured before and after 8 weeks of program intervention. The program was conducted for 70 minutes of 2 times a week for 8 weeks. Because the data were nor normally distributed, the Kruskal-Wallis test was used to verify the difference between the groups and the Mann-Whitney U test was used to post hoc test when there is significance between groups. The results were as follows; First, the changes of brain-derived neurotrophic factor by program intervention for 8 weeks were not significantly different between the three groups, but the width of decrease in the mean value showed large in the order Yoga meditation+K-pop dance group(YKG), K-pop dance group(KG) and control group(CG). Second, as a result of analyzing the attention difference between the groups by program intervention for 8 weeks, Yoga meditation+K-pop dance group(YKG) were significantly higher than K-pop dance group(KG) in the performance value P and continuity value C. In conclusion, compared to single K-pop dance activities, it was confirmed that K-pop dance program with yoga meditation had a more excellent effect on the development of brain functions and cognitive functions of adolescents.

        The Impact of HIIT Program on Self-control and Attention in Middle School Boys

        이 연구는 HIIT 프로그램이 남자 중학생의 자기통제력과 주의집중력에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 규명하여, 효율적인 HIIT 프로그램 개발에 필요한 기초 자료를 제공하는데 목적이 있다. 연구 참여자는 J도 H군 소재 H중학교 3학년 남학생 22명으로, 실험집단과 통제집단에 각각 11명씩 무선 배정하였다. HIIT 프로그램은 주 3회 20분씩, 8주 동안 수행하였으며, SPSS 통계 프로그램을 활용하여 t-test를 실시하여 집단 내 및 집단 간 차이를 분석하였다. 8주간 HIIT 프로그램 적용 후 실험집단 내 전‧후 비교에서 자기통제력 하위 6가지 항목 중 충동성, 모험추구, 자기중심, 화 기질 4가지 항목에서 유의차가 나타났다. 집단 간 사후 비교에서는 충동성과 화 기질 2가지 항목에서 유의차가 나타났다. 집단 내 사전·사후 주의집중력 변화에서는 실험집단에서 선택적 주의력, 지속적 주의력은 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 나타났고, 자기통제력/분산주의력은 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 나타나지 않았다. 실험 후 집단 간 비교에서는 모든 변인에서 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 나타나지 않았다. This study was to analyze the influence of HIIT on self-control and attention in middle school boys. The participants of This study were 22 3rd grade male students at H middle school. They were divided into 2 groups randomly(Exercise Group-EG:11, Control Group-CG: 11). The program was performed for 20 minutes, 3 times each week for 8 weeks from April to June in 2017. The t-test was used to analyze the differences within and between two groups. After 8 weeks, there were significant differences statistically in impulsiveness, adventure seeking, self-centering, anger temperament(self-control). There was significant difference between two groups in impulsiveness and anger temperament. In the changes of attention before and after the experiment, there was significant difference statistically in selective attention and sustained attention but there was no difference in self-control/distributed attention of EG. There was no significant difference statistically between two groups after the experiment.

        크로스핏 트레이닝이 초등학생 건강체력 및 골밀도에 미치는 영향

        본 연구의 목적은 크로스핏 트레이닝이 초등학생 건강체력 및 골밀도에 미치는 영향을 알아보고, 크로스핏 트레이닝 프로그램을 통한 건강체력 향상 및 골밀도 증진을 위한 기초 자료를 제공하는 데 있다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 초등학생을 대상으로 운동집단 14명과 비교집단 14명을 선정하여 크로스핏 트레이닝 처치 전·후의 건강체력과 골밀도를 측정하였다. 자료분석은 집단 내 운동처치 유무에 따른 평균 차이 검증과 집단 간 평균 차이를 검증 하기위해 SPSS 18.0 통계 프로그램을 활용하여 t-검증으로 분석하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다 음과 같다. 첫째, 12주 간 크로스핏 트레이닝은 초등학생들의 근력, 근지구력, 심폐지구력, 유연성, 체지방률의 개선에 많은 도움이 되었다. 둘째, 12주 동안의 크로스핏 트레이닝 후 골밀도 측정결과 운동집단에서 통계적으로 유의하게 증가하였다. 결론적으로, 12주간의 크로스핏 트레이닝은 초등학생의 건강체력 향상 및 골밀도 증진에 도움을 주었다. This study was to investigate the effect of Crossfit training on the health related physical fitness and bone mineral density in the Elementary School Students and to provide information for improvement on physical fitness in health and bone density through Crossfit training program. To achieve this purpose, subjects of study were divide into exercise group(n=14) and control group(n=14) measuring their health related physical fitness and bone mineral density before and after Crossfit training. To find out the difference in the average according to the motion treatment presence using SPSS 18.0 statistical program, the difference of before and after training within the group analyzed paired t-test whereas the difference between the groups was analyzed independent t-test through the change of before and after the results. The results of the study were as follows. First, 12-week Crossfit training was a good help in improvement on muscular strength, muscular endurance, cardiovascular endurance, flexibility and percentage of body fat of student. Second, the results of measure bone density measuring after Crossfit training showed significant changes statistically for exercise. In conclusion, the 12-week Crossfit training significantly improved the health related physical fitness and bone density of elementary students. Taking into consideration the various effects on growing children by doing Crossfit training, the training can be developed for suitable shape and intense for children in the future.

        농촌 원주민과 귀농ㆍ귀촌인 간 갈등요인과 인식차이 분석

        최근 농촌사회에서 귀농․귀촌인이 빠른 속도로 증가함에 따라 귀농ㆍ귀촌인과 농촌 원주민 간 갈등이 새로운 문제로 대두되고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 농촌 원주민과 귀농ㆍ귀촌인 사이에 발생하는 갈등에 초점을 두고 연구를 수행했다. 두 집단 간 갈등 요인을 도출하여, 갈등 요인에 대한 인식 차이를 밝힘으로써 향후 갈등관리에 대한 방향성을 고찰하였다. 조사방법으로서 선행연구와 심층 인터뷰를 통해 측정 변수를 도출하고, 농촌 원주민과 귀농ㆍ귀촌인을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 분석 결과, 농촌 원주민이 유발하는 갈등 요인으로는 ‘농촌 원주민의 전통적ㆍ보수적 성향 및 귀농ㆍ귀촌인과의 문화 차이’, ‘농촌 원주민의 배타적 성향’, ‘농촌 원주민의 지나친 공동체 생활 특성’, 귀농ㆍ귀촌인이 유발하는 갈등 요인으로는 ‘귀농ㆍ귀촌인의 개인중심적 성향’, ‘귀농ㆍ귀촌인의 기존 농촌문화에 대한 무시’, ‘농촌사회 특성에 대한 이해 부족’ 요인으로 분류되었다. 갈등 요인에 대한 인식차이 중 농촌 원주민 유발 요인에 대해서 총 4개의 갈등 요인에 있어 농촌 원주민과 귀농ㆍ귀촌인 간 통계적으로 유의한 인식차이가 나타났다. 이를 통해 농촌사회 문화에 대한 귀농ㆍ귀촌인의 이해의 폭을 넓힐 수 있는 방안이 필요하며, 귀농ㆍ귀촌인이 농촌문화에 적응할 수 있는 발판이 필요함을 고찰하였다. 본 연구는 지금까지의 선행연구가 대부분 귀농ㆍ귀촌인을 중심으로 드러나는 갈등 요인과 현상을 다루고 있는 한계를 극복하기 위해 농촌 원주민과 귀농ㆍ귀촌인 간의 역동적인 관계로서 갈등 요인을 풀어나 갔다는 점에서 의의가 있다고 볼 수 있다. Recently, the conflict between the locals and the migrants (returnees and newcomers) to the countryside has arisen as a new problem with the rapidly increasing number of the migrants settling in the rural areas. This research focuses on the conflict between these two groups, examining the causes of the conflict as well as their different perceptions for a solution to the dispute. As for the research method, preliminary research was conducted and in-depth interviews were carried out to draw out the measuring variables, and surveys were done on both locals and migrants. It was discovered through the research that the causes of conflict created by the locals were their “cultural differences with the newcomers,” “adherence to the traditional values and conservatism,” “exclusiveness” and “overwhelming community spirit.” On the other hand, the causes from the migrants were their “self-centeredness,” “disdainful attitudes towards the rural community’s tradition,” and “lack of understanding of local culture.” For the causes of conflict created by the locals, both groups showed perceptual differences on four of the causes that were statistically meaningful. Through this, it was considered and concluded that a measure was required to help the migrants expand their understanding of the local society and culture and successfully blend into the community. This research is meaningful in that it explored the causes of the conflict to solve the problem by looking particularly at the dynamic relationship between the two groups which most previous research has missed out.

        리듬 점프 트레이닝이 여중생의 체력과 스트레스 및 자율신경계 활성도에 미치는 영향

        목적 이 연구는 12주간의 리듬 점프 트레이닝이 여중생의 체력과 스트레스 및 자율신경계 활성도에 미치는 영향을 규명하였다. 방법 이를 위하여 여자중학생 45명을 대상으로 리듬 점프 트레이닝 집단(RJG), 점프 트레이닝 집단(JG), 통제집단(CG)에 각각 15명씩 무선 배정하여 리듬 점프 트레이닝 전⋅후 체력과 스트레스, 자율신경계 활성도를 측정하였다. 리듬 점프 트레이닝 프로그램은 주 3회, 1일 45분, 총 12주간 실시하였으며, 연구 수행을 통해 얻어진 자료는 SPSS 20.0 통계 프로그램을 이용, 반복측정이원변량분석을 실시하였다. 결과 첫째, 체력 변인은 심폐지구력과 순발력에서 상호작용 효과가 나타났으며, RJG는 모든 변인에서 유의하게 증가하였고, JG는 심폐지구력과 유연성에서 유의한 증가가 나타났다. 둘째, 스트레스 변인은 누적 스트레스 지수, 신체적 스트레스, 심리적 스트레스 모든 변인에서 상호작용 효과가 나타났으며, RJG는 세 가지 변인 모두에서 유의하게 개선되었고, JG는 누적 스트레스 지수와 신체적 스트레스에서 유의하게 개선되었다. 셋째, 자율신경계 활성도 변인은 SDNN과 HRV index에서 상호작용 효과가 나타났으며, RJG는 HF, SDNN, HRV index에서 유의하게 증가하였고, JG는 SDNN에서 유의하게 증가하였다. 결론 점프 트레이닝은 여중생은 체력, 스트레스, 자율신경계 활성도에 부분적으로 긍정적인 영향이 있었으며, 리듬을 적용한 리듬 점프 트레이닝의 경우 그 효과가 더욱 크다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. Objectives The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of 12-week rhythm jump training on physical fitness, stress and autonomic nervous system activity in middle school girls. Methods The subjects were 45 middle school girls were selected at random and the allocated 15 students each for the rhythm jump training group(RJG), jump training group(JG) and control group(CG) and measured physical fitness, stress and autonomic nervous system activity before and after rhythm jump training. The program of rhythm jump training is implemented for 45 minutes of 3 times each week for 12 weeks. The data obtained from this study were analyzed using the SPSS 20.0 statistical program and two-way repeated ANOVA was used. Results First, physical fitness variables showed an interaction effect on cardiovascular endurance and power, RJG significantly increased in all variables, and JG showed significant increases in cardiovascular endurance and flexibility. Second, the stress variable showed an interactive effect in all variables of cumulative stress index, physical stress, and psychological stress, RJG was significantly improved in all three variables, and JG was significantly improved in cumulative stress index and physical stress. Third, autonomic nervous system activity variables showed an interactive effect in SDNN and HRV index, and RJG significantly increased in HF, SDNN and HRV index, and JG significantly increased in SDNN. Conclusions Jump training had a partial positive effect on physical fitness, stress, and autonomic nervous system activity in middle school girls, and it was confirmed that the effect was greater in the case of rhythm jump training to which rhythm was applied.

        Effects of Barefoot Walking Exercise on Female Hormone, Brain Nerve Growth Factors and Immunoglobulins in Postmenopausal Women

        This study investigate the effects of a 12-week barefoot walking exercise on female hormone, brain nerve growth factors and immunoglobulins in postmenopausal women. It aimed to provide the fundamental data for developing an effective exercise program to help postmenopausal women maintain a physically, psychologically, and socially healthy life in senescence. Postmenopausal women in C-city, Chungcheongbuk-do, were recruited and randomized between the barefoot walking group(n=11) and the shoes walking group(n=11) for subsequent analyses. The walking exercise program consisted of three 60-minute sessions per week for 12 weeks. The levels of estrogen, brain nerve growth factors and immunoglobulins were measured before and after the exercise. Two-way repeated measure ANOVA was performed to analyze the before-after difference between the barefoot walking group and the shoes walking group. The results acquired from this study are as follows. First, the estrogen levels during the 12-week walking exercise intervention were not influenced by the group or duration. However, the duration of the exercise significantly affected the barefoot walking group. Second, the brain nerve growth factors, namely, brain-derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF), insulin-like growth factor-I(IGF-I) and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) were not significantly influenced by the group or duration during the 12-week exercise intervention. However, the barefoot and shoes groups significantly affected BDNF and VEGF. The duration of the exercise did not affect IGF-I in both groups. Third, IgG was significantly influenced by the group and duration during the 12-week exercise intervention. However, IgA and IgM were not significantly affected by the exercise group or duration. Exercise duration significantly affected the IgG of the shoes walking group and IgM of the barefoot walking group.

        스텝박스 운동이 비만 여중생의 건강 관련 체력, 골밀도 및 신체적 자기개념에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study is to provide basic data necessary for the development of an exercise program for the prevention and management of obese female students at school by investigating the effect of the participation in Step Box Exercise for 12 weeks on the Health Related Fitness, Bone Mineral Density and Physical self-concept of obese female middle school students. In order to accomplish the purpose of this study, 24 1st and 2nd grade obese female students at H Middle School located in C City, Chungcheongnam-do, were selected at random and the allocated 10 students each for the exercise group and comparison group and measured Health Related Fitness, Bone Mineral Density and Physical self-concept before and after the participation in Step Box Exercise. The data obtained from this study were analyzed using the SPSS 20.0 statistical program and Two-way repeated ANOVA was used to measure the interaction effect of each variable. The conclusions obtained through this study are as follows. First, flexibility showed significant differences in group, cardiovascular endurance showed significant differences in timing, and muscle endurance, cardiovascular endurance, body fat percentage showed interaction effects in the group and time. Second, in Bone Mineral Density, there was improvement of average value in exercise group, but no significant difference in group, timing and interaction effects. Third, in physical self-concept, health, physical activity, self-esteem and endurance showed significant differences in group, body fat, physical activity, self esteem, body overall showed significant differences in timing, and sports competence, body fat, health, physical activity, self esteem, endurance, body overall showed interaction effects in the group and time.

        간헐적 운동이 초등학교 저체력 학생의 건강관련체력과 신체적 자기효능감에 미치는 영향

        이 연구의 목적은 12주간의 간헐적인 운동이 초등학교 저체력 학생의 건강관련체력 및 신체적 자기효능감에 미치는 영향을 분석하여, 학교에서의 신체활동시간을 확보하는 것을 연구의 주요 목적으로 하였다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 G시에 소재한 J초등학교 11-12세 여학생 40명을 운동집단 20명, 비교집단 20명으로 임의로 선정한 후 간헐적 운동 전․후 건강관련체력과 신체적 자기효능감을 측정하였다. 간헐적 운동은 유산소 운동(플래그 풋볼)으로 주 3회, 일 3회 15분씩, 12주간 실시하였으며, t검증을 이용해 집단 내, 집단 간 변화량 및 차이를 분석하였다. WIN SPSS Ver. 18.0 통계프로그램을 대응표본 t검증과 독립표본 t검증으로 통계 처리한 결과 아래와 같은 결과를 도출하였다. 12주간의 간헐적 운동을 통해 운동집단의 심폐지구력, 유연성, 근력, 체질량지수에서 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 나타났다. 12주간의 간헐적 운동을 통해 운동집단의 인지된 신체 능력과 신체적 자기표현 자신감에서 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 나타났다. The main object of this study is to secure the physical activity time in the school by researching the effect of 12 week intermittent exercise to the low physical fitness students’ health related fitness and physical self-efficacy. In order to accomplish the purpose of this study, 40 female students in the age of 11 to 12 from J elementary school located in G city, After the students were selected into 2 groups randomly as 20 persons in the comparison group and the health group, health related fitness and physical self-efficacy were measured before and after intermittent exercise. Intermittent exercise was carried out as aerobic exercise(flag football) for three times a week with 3 sets of 15 minutes each day for 12 weeks. The t-test was used to analyze the changes and differences between the groups. The result of the preliminary and postmortem results through the WIN SPSS Ver. 18.0 statistical program by analyzing with the corresponding sample t-test and the independent sample t-test revealed the following results in the health related fitness and physical self-efficacy of elementary school low physical fitness students. The 12 week intermittent exercise showed statistically significant differences in cardiorespiratory endurance, flexibility, strength, and body mass index(BMI) of the exercise group. The 12 week intermittent exercise showed a statistically significant difference in perceived physical ability and physical self-confidence in the exercise group.

        본 연구의 목적은 시니어로빅 운동 시 고농도 산소수 섭취가 만성관절염 여성노인의 슬관절 움직임 및 통증 변인에 미치는 영향을 규명함으로써, 노인 만성질환의 예방과 삶의 질 향상에 도움을 주고자 하였다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 C지역 N소재 여성노인 49명을 고농도 산소수+시니어로빅 운동 집단(HAEG) 13명, 시니어로빅 운동 집단(EG) 13명, 통제 집단(CG) 13명으로 무선 할당하여 실험 전과 후 슬관절 움직임 및 통증 변인을 측정하였다. 시어로빅 운동 프로그램은 16주간 진행하였으며, 연구 수행을 통해 얻어진 자료는 SPSS 20.0 통계 프로그램을 이용, 반복측정이원변량분석을 실시하였다. 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 시니어로빅 운동 시 고농도 산소수 섭취에 따른 슬관절 움직임의 변화를 분석한 결과, HAEG가 EG, CG에 비해 유의하게 향상된 것으로 나타났으며, EG가 CG에 비해 유의하게 향상된 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 시니어로빅 운동 시 고농도 산소수 섭취에 따른 통증 변인의 변화를 분석한 결과, HAEG가 EG, CG에 비해 유의하게 향상된 것으로 나타났으며, EG가 CG에 비해 유의하게 향상된 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of this study is to help prevent chronic diseases of the elderly and improve their quality of life by investigating the effects of high oxygen intake during seniorobic exercise on knee joint motions and pain variables in elderly women with chronic arthritis. In order to achieve the purpose of this study, 49 elderly women at D located in C city, Chungcheongnam-do, were selected at random and allocated 13 elderly women each for the High concentration oxygen water+seniorobic exercise group(HAEG), seniorobic exercise group(EG), control group(CG) and measured knee joint motions and pain variables before and after the experiment. The program of aerobic exercise is ~. The data obtained from this study were analyzed using the SPSS 20.0 statistical program and two-way repeated ANOVA was used. The conclusions obtained through this study are as follows. First, as a result of analyzing the change of knee joint motions according to high concentration oxygen intake during aerobic exercise, HAEG was significantly improved compared to EG and CG, and EG was significantly improved compared to CG. Second, as a result of analyzing the change of pain variable according to high concentration oxygen intake during aerobic exercise, HAEG was significantly improved compared to EG and CG, and EG was significantly improved compared to CG.
