        라인댄스가 여성노인의 보행패턴과 낙상 위험도에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to verify the effect of 12weeks line dance on walking patterns and fall index(FI) in elderly women. The subjects were divided into two groups; exercise group(n=13), control group(n=15). In exercise group, line dance were performed 60minutes a day, 3 times a week during the 12weeks program. This study were measured a stride width(SW), stride length(SL), right foot front step variance(RFFSV), left foot front step variance(LFFSV), step-step variance(SSV) for walking patterns, and normal basic position eyes open weight distribution index(NC-WDI), normal basic position eyes closed weight distribution index(NC-WDI) and fall index(FI). The results were as follows; First, in the exercise group, tendency of decreased SW and increased SL showed but no significant differences on it, however, significant increased on RFFSV, LFFSV and decreased on SSV after the training, also, significant differences found on LFFSV and SV compared to those of control group. Second, there are significant decreased on NO-WDI, NC-WDI and FI in exercise groups, and NO-WDI and NC-WDI were decreased compared to those of control group. Consequently, line dance was effect on improvement of walking patterns and balance, so that it decreased falling risk in elderly women.

        남자 초등학교 저학년(1-3학년)생의 심폐기능 평가표 고안

        The purpose of this study was to make the basic data of cardiovascular function evaluation tables for 1-3 grade boy students of elementary school by Oxygen Uptake, Heart Rate, O₂Pulse and Ventilation, and to devise Cardiovascular Function Evaluation Tables in the anaerobic threshold level(AT) and the maximal level(max) for them Subjects were selected 51 students of 180 students from accidental sampling and they voluntarily participated in this experiment. Exercise load method was Bluce Treadmill Exercise Protocol. The mean and the standard deviation were calculated by dependent variables of this study from SPSS/PC+ statistic package. The significant difference in dependent variables according to ages was calculated from one-way ANOVA and post hoc was calculated from DUNCAN Method. The significant level was 5%. Evaluation tables about cardiovascular function were devised 5 point scales. Superior and poor was 15% each, good and below average was 20% each, and average was 30%. 1. Basic data about Oxygen Uptake(VO₂), Heart Rate(HR), O₂Pulse and Ventilation(VE) in anaerobic threshold level(AT) and maximum level(max). 1) AT-VO₂/㎏ and VO₂max/㎏ were not the significant difference among 8-10 years old and the significant level was 5%. 2) AT-Heart Rate and maximal Heart Rate were not the significant difference among 8-10 years old and the significant level was 5%. 3) AT-O₂pulse and O₂pulse-max were the significant difference among 8-10 years old and the significant level was 1%. 4) AT-VE and VEmax were not. the significant difference among 8-10 years old and the significant level was 5%.

        복지관 운동 프로그램유형이 노인의 신체조성 및 건강체력에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the differences the body composition and health-related fitness by the type of exercise program in community-dwelling senior welfare center. Participants were divided into four groups according to program type; CG(control group, n=8), AEG(aerobic exercise group, n=8), REG(resistance exercise group, n=10), CEG(combined exercise group, n=7). The exercise program was consisted of 2 times a week for 16 weeks. We measured body composition, health-related fitness before and after 16 weeks. As the result, there were no significant differences on body composition among groups. However, there were significant improvement on grip strength, arm curl and knee extension in REG; on grip strength and knee extension in AEG; on knee extension in CEG compared by CG. However there were no significant differences on flexibility, agility, balance, cardio-fitness among groups. Therefore, the resistance exercise program was more effective for elderly, thus exercise programs in community-dwelling senior centre should be considered to include the resistance exercise program for elderly.

        유산소운동이 비만여성의 심전도 변화에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study were to verify the effect of 12weeks aerobic exercise on ST level, ST slope and ST/HR slope(rest, peak, recovery 1min of V₂ and V? in each variables) in obese women with over 30% body fat. The subjects were randomly divided into two groups; the exercise group(n=12) and the control group(n=12). In the exercise group performed 50~60% VO₂ max of walking, 50minutes a day, 3~5 times a week during the 12weeks program. The results were as follow; First, in the exercise group, ST level increased on peak of V₂ and V? after the training, and significant increment found on peak of V? compared to that of the control group. Second, there were significant decreased ST slope showed on peak, recovery 1min of V₂ in the exercise group, and decreased ST slope showed on compared to those of the control group. Also, significant decreased ST slope showed on rest, peak and recovery 1min of V? in the exercise group, and all items were decreased compared to those of the control group. Third, in the exercise group, ST/HR slope increased on peak of V₂ and V? after the training, and significant increment found on peak of V? compared to that of the control group. Consequently, aerobic exercise was effect on improvement of electrocardiogram factors, so that it can be reduce the Coronary Artery Disease(CAD)-related risk in obese women.

        연근 추출물 섭취와 트레드밀 운동의 병행이 비만여대생의 심전도, 심혈관질환 위험(DTS)과 사망 가능성(CVM)에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to verify the effect of 8 weeks aerobic exercise with lotus root extract supplementation on ST level(rest, peak, recovery 1min), ST slope(rest, peak, recovery 1min), ST/HR slope(rest, peak, recovery 1min), Duke Treadmill Score(DTS), and annual cardiovascular mortality(CVM) of V2 and V5 in obese college women. The subjects were divided into two groups; exercise + lotus root group(EL, n=10),exercise + placebo group(EP, n=10). All group performed walking with 70% of VT, consumed 200 Cal at a time, 3 times a week for 8 weeks training. The results were as follow; First, ST level increased in EP(peak) at N% and in EL(rest, peak) and EP(peak) at V5. Second, ST slope decreased in EL(rest) and EP(peak) at V2,and in EL(rest) and EP(rest, peak, recovery 1min) at V5. Third, ST/HR slope increased in EP(rest, peak) at V2,and in EL(rest, peak) and EP(peak) at V5. Fourth, DTS increased in EL and EP at V5,and significant increment showed in EL compared to that of EP after the training. Fifth, CVM decreased in EP at V2. Also, CVM decreased in EL and EP at V5, and significant decrement showed in EL compared to that of EP after the training. Consequently, aerobic exercise were effective in improvement of electrocardiogram factors, DTS and CVM. Moreover, to exercise with lotus root extract supplementation were more effective against CVM.

        스트레칭을 병행한 저항운동이 만성적 견관절 질환을 가진 중년여성의 관절가동범위, 악력 및 통증완화에 미치는 효과

        The purpose of this study was to examine how type of combined resistance exercise affects the range of motion(ROM), grip strength and pain. Subjects were 22 middle-aged women with shoulder disorder. The subjects were divided into stretching+elastic band exercise group(SB) and stretching-dumbbell exercise group(SD), who have trained in 6 weeks, respectively. And pain were measured by means of visual analogue scale(VAS). The results were as followed; First, in SD group, the significant improvement was founded on ROM of flexion, internal rotation in left and right shoulder, increase in right hand grip strength, and decrease in pain. Second, in SD group, the significant improvement was founded on flexion, extension in right shoulder, internal rotation in left shoulder, and internal rotation of dorsal trunk in left and right shoulder. Third, SB group has more improved on internal rotation of right shoulder, external rotation in left and right shoulder, and increase in left hand grip strength compared to SD group. The results suggested that it depend on type of exercise, to applying weight or non-weight should be concerned, especially early stage of rehabilitation.

        항고혈압제 복용 유ㆍ무에 따른 12주간 유산소운동이 고혈압 중년 여성의 혈압, 혈관탄성 및 혈중지질에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to verify the effect of 12weeks aerobic exercise on blood pressure, vascular compliance and blood lipids in hypertensive middle-aged women(age 40~60) with or without antihypertensive agents. The subjects were divided into three groups; exercise with antihypertensive agents group(EA, n=10), exercise without antihypertensive agents group(EB, n=10), and exercise control group(EC, n=11). In the all group, aerobic exercise were performed 45minutes a day at 1st week, 60minutes a day from 2nd to 12th week, 5 times a week during a 12weeks program used treadmill with 50%HRR and 60%HRR, respectively. This study were measured a change of weight, heart rate, blood pressure, vascular compliance, and blood lipids in a rest condition. The results were as follows : First, the significant decrement was founded on systolic pressure in all groups, and diastolic pressure in EA and EB group, however, no significant differences found among groups on systolic pressure and diastolic pressure after the 12weeks. Second, EA and EB group has significant improvement on vascular compliance in left, and all groups in right, but, no significant differences reveled among groups in left and right. Third, significant decrement was reveled on heart rate in EA and EC group, and weight in all groups, respectively. However, no significant differences represented among groups in heart rate and weight. Forth, only EA group has significant decreased on TC, and TG, and EA and EB group on glucose, but, no significant differences reveled among groups, respectively. Consequently, results suggested that aerobic exercise is required a both hypertensive middle-aged women with or without antihypertensive agents for improvements of a blood pressure and vascular compliance.

        운동 유형이 비만 청소년의 신체조성, 혈중지질과 인슐린 저항성에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of two types of exercise on body composition, blood lipid and insulin resistance in obese adolescents. Subjects were composed of 20 students(boys; %body fat > 25%, girls; %body fat >30%) and they were divided to 2 groups and exercise was performed for 12 weeks. The aerobic exercise group performed treadmill and the intensity at 60%-70% of HRR and kept increasing it. The resistance exercise group performed program using 10 kinds of weight training machines and the intensity was 70% 1RM, 10-12times, 3sets. Body composition was measured by using inbody 4.0, and insulin resistance was measured by oral glucose tolerance test(OGTT) before and after training. The results obtained through this study are as follows: In body composition, before and after training, weight(p<0.1), Muscle weight(p<.05), Fat free mass(p<.05) were shown significant difference in resistance exercise group. In insulin resistance, blood sugar(p<.05) was significantly decreased in both aerobic and resistance exercise group after 2 hours of oral ingestion, and insulin level(p<.05) was significantly decreased in both groups after 2 hours of oral ingestion. Therefore, resistance exercise is effective in order to enhance body composition and insulin resistance in obese adolescents.

        여자 중학생의 산소섭취량, 심박수 및 환기량에 의한 심폐기능 평가

        The purpose of this study was to support the basic data, predictive regression equations and evaluation tables and to do a related study in girls' middle school students. Subjects selected 81 students of 250 students from accidental sampling. They voluntarily participated in this laboratory and predictive group for validity test was 10 students from accidental sampling. Exercise load method was Bluce Treadmill Exercise Protocol. There calculated mean and standard deviation about dependent variables of this study from SPSS/PC+ statistic program. The significant difference in dependent variables according to years calculated one-way ANOVA, and post hoc was calculated from DUNCAN Method. The significant level was 5%. The predictive regression equations about cardiovascular functione were calculated from correlation, regression analysis and validity test between independent and dependent variables. Predictive regression equation adopted that a coefficent of correlation(R²) of predictive average value and measured average value is over 30%. Evaluation tables about cardiovascular function were devised 5 point scales. Superior and poor was 15% each, good and below average was 20% each, and average was 30%. From the data obtained in this study the following conclusions are made: 1. Basic data of anaerobic threshold, maximal exercise, and percentage of anaerobic threshold level and maximal exercise level. 1) Heart rate was a significant difference in anaerobic threshold level at the fifteen and sixteen year old girls at the .05 level. Percentage of anaerobic threshold level and maximal exercise level was 79%. 2) The ventilation showed a significant difference in anaerobic threshold level and maximal exercise level at fifteen years of age(A) and at fourteen, sixteen years of age(B) at the .01 level. Percentage of anaerobic threshold level and maximal exercise level was 47%. 3) The maximal oxygen uptake appeared a significant difference in anaerobic threshold level at fifteen years of age(A) and at fourteen, sixteen years of age(B) at the .05 level. Percentage of anaerobic threshold level and maximal exercise level was 59%. 2. Predictive regression equation for cardiovascular function based on height, weight and years. The application of the stepwise multiple regression analysis for cardiovascular function based on height, weight and years revealed: 〈표 참조〉 1) The predictive regression equation for anaerobic threshold level of ventilation showed a high correlation coefficient (R² =0.4) between the independent variable and dependent variable at the .001 level. From the data obtained in this study the following conclusions are made: Y = 9.039+0.646*weight. 2) The predictive regression equation for maximal exercise level of ventilation was a correlation coefficient (R² =0.3) between the independent variable and dependent variable at the.001 level. From the data obtained in this study the following conclusions are made: Y = 20.168+0.941*weight. 3. Evaluation tables about cardiovascular function based on the heart rate, ventilation and oxygen uptake of girls' middle school students. 〈표 참조〉 4. Recommendations for further study The results of this study could be applied for evaluable criterion of cardiovascular function. The evaluation tables can not be applied for athletes of girls' middle school because subjects were non-athletes of girls' middle school. As for the recommendations for further study, it is necessary to select many subjects and to do subjects in various groups for the purpose of enhancing confidence of this study.
