고속 무선 근거리 통신망 채널접근제어 프로토콜 성능분석

In this paper, the performance of HIPERLAN(HIgh PErformance Radio Local Area Networks) CAC(Channel Access Control) of ETSI(European Telecommunication StandaTds Institute) in Europe, as High speed wireless LAN, is analyzed and estimated by mathematical approaches. The CAC protocol of HIPERLAN is the EY-NPMA(Elimination Yield-Nonpreemptive Priority Multiple Access) which is transmitted after prioritization, elimination and yield phase. We analyzed channel contention phase composed of elimination and yield phase and then throughput is inspected by simulation. This result is useful to design and implement of HIPERLAN protocol. 본 논문은 현재 유럽의 ETSI(European Telecommunication Standards Institute)의 고속 무선 근거리 통신망인 HIPERLAN(HIgh PErformance Radio Local Area Networks)의 채널접근제어 프로토콜의 성능을 분석하고 평가한다. HIPERLAN의 채널접근제어 프로토콜은 EY-NPMA방식으로 우선 순위 단계, 제거 단계와 양보단계로 구성된 채널 경쟁 기간을 통해 데이터를 전송한다. 제거 단계와 양보 단계로 구성된 채널 경쟁 단계를 해석적 분석을 한 후 이를 이용하여 처리율을 분석하고 시뮬레이션을 통하여 검증하였다. 이는 HIPERLAN 프로토콜 설계 및 구현시 유용하게 사용될 것이다.

D 형 러그의 구조 안전성 평가법 개발

For the block transpotation and loading, the D-type lug is widely used in the heavy industry compaies. Therefore, it is demanded to develop the method of structural safety assessment for lug sysetem. In this study, the strength analyses were performed using elasto-plastic FE model and accomplished a test using the loading actuator. And then, the analysis results and the test results are compared. FE model is composed of lug, welding bead, shackle and shackle pin. FE analyses considering material/geometrical non-linearity and contact conditions were carried out. Following in the field work environments, the ultimate strength were presumed in in-phase and out-phase loading directions. As the loading and unloading test results, elasto-plastic displacements of the lug were measured, and compared with analysis results. From these processes, safety assessment is predictable considering the residual plastic deformation.

농촌지역 여성의 건강수준과 의료이용에 대한 연구

우리나라 20세 이상 성인 37,108명을 대상으로 농촌여성들의 건강수준과 의료이용을 중심으로 분석한 결과, 여성의 만성질환의 유병률과 미치료율이 남성보다 높고, 농촌지역의 유병율과 미치료율이 대도시지역보다 높게 분석되었다. 그리고 만성질환 유병률과 미치료율의 지역별 차이는 남성에서보다 여성에서 더 큰것으로 분석되었다. 의료이용에 대해서도 비슷한 경향을 관찰하였으나 통계적으로 유의한 수준에는 미치지 않았다. 따라서 농촌지역 여성의 건강수준이 낮음에도 불구하고 적절한 의료 이용을 하지 못하는 건강불평등 상태에 있을 가능성을 보여주었다. 그러므로 건강불평등을 해소시키기 위해서는 농촌지역에 대한 정책적 배려 이외에도 농촌여성에 대한 배려가 추가로 고려되어야 할 것으로 보인다. 그러나 이 연구는 성별, 지역별 차이를 분석함에 있어 연령 이외에 건강수준과 의료이용에 영향을 미치는 다양한 환경적, 경제적, 사회적 요인을 통제한 것이 아니기 때문에 해석에 주의가 필요하다. 또한 진료비용 자체가 의료서비스의 질을 대표한다고는 볼 수 없다. 따라서 후속연구에서는 이러한 다양한 변수들이 통제된 성별, 지역간 건강수준과 의료이용의 차이에 대한 분석과 농촌지역의 의료서비스의 질에 대한 연구가 수행되어야 할 것이다. Objectives: This study was conducted to examine health inequality for gender and region in Korea. Especially it focused on health status such as disease prevalence and medical utilization of rural women. Methods: Data from the Korea national health and nutrition survey in 2001 were used. The final sample size was 37,108 individuals with age 20 and over. This study applied the logistic regression for nominal variables such as disease prevalence and unmet care needs and with the regression for continuos variables such as the length and costs of medical services. Results: Rates of disease prevalence and unmet care needs for chronic disease in rural area are higher than those in middle cities and big cities, and regional differences of those for women are more than those for mens with controlling ages. There could be interaction effect with region and sex. Conclusions: This study suggests that health policy maker should take consider of special status of rural women who are in health inequality.

The trend of power consumption of Incheon International Airport is quite different from general facilities but the first phase of power load design could not reflect it and just consider general load density(Lighting, Receptacle, Power). Because of this, installed Power facilities (including Transformer, Power cable, Circuit Breaker etc) are quite different from the real situation. This study shows reasonable design factor in commercial facilities in incheon airport by investigating the electric equipment capacity, peak power consumption, demand factor for the whole commercial facilities in Passenger Terminal, Concourse A and Traffic Center. This work could be used for airport power design compared with initial design.

In this paper, we carried out harmonics measurement, analysis and installed Harmonics eliminating device at the commercial facility of Incheon international airport, so that we improve power quality innovatively. 중등 엘리트 테니스 선수들의 긍정적 정서조절과 코치들의 코칭전략이 자기효능감에 미치는 영향

Purpose: The purpose of this research is to analyze the effects of pylaers’positive emotional regulation and coaches’coaching strategies on the self-efficacy of elite middle and high school tennis players. Ultimately, the study seeks to determine which factor contributes more effectively to enhancing tennis players’ self efficacy. Method: A total of 280 elite middle and high school tennis players (410 males and 140 females) registered with the Korean Tennis Association (KTA) were selected a sthe survey subjects. The study utilized measurement tools to assess positive emotional regulation, coaches’ coaching strategies, and self-efficacy. The questionnaires underwent reliability and validity tests, and the collected data were analyzed using SPSS 26.0 Program. The analysis included frequency analysis, descriptive statistics, t-tests for difference testing, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis, with a significance level of p ≤ .05. Results: The results of this research are as follows. 1) The correlations between positive emotional regulation, coaching strategy, and self-efficacy of tennis playersw ere generally moderate. 2) Among the subfactors of emotional regulation, only cognitive shift and behaivoral response had statistically significant effects on self-efficacy (p<.001). 3) The coaching strategy had a statistically significant effect on self-efficacy (p<.001). 4) The self-efficacy of the elite middle and high schoo tlennis players was more influenced by their own positive emotional regulation than by coaches’coaching strategies (p<.001). Conclusion: While both players’ positive emotional regulation and coaches’ coaching strategies influence their self-efficacy, positive emotional regulation appears to be a more effective factor in enhancing selfefficacy than coaching strategy. Therefore, it is crucial for players to focus on improving their self-directed positive emotional regulation through various training and practice methods to enhance their performance and self-efficacy levels.

This study aims to identify how deluxe hotel employee’s job competency affects service commitment and customer orientation. To accomplish the goal, this study conducted a survey on the service employees working at the deluxe hotels in Seoul, Gyeonggi, and Incheon regions. After the survey, this study analyzed the coded data in the order of frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis with SPSS 18.0 and AMOS 18.0. To accomplish the research goal, this study suggests job competency factors that can be related to service employees at the deluxe hotels. This study also conducted empirical analysis on influential relationship between service commitment and customer orientation. First of all, In the order of relationship competency, professional competency, and personality competency, those competences had a significant positive (+) effect on service value. Also, relationship competency and personality competency had a significant positive (+) effect on service commitment’s subfactor, job commitment. Secondly, job competency had a significant positive (+) effect on customer orientation in the order of personality competency, professional competency, and relationship competency. Thirdly, service commitment had a significant positive (+) effect on customer orientation. By putting together empirical analysis result, the study verified that service employee’s job competency increases service commitment and has excellent role in improving customer orientation.
