이 논문은 우리나라의 해난 사고가 매년 600~700건씩 발생되어 많은 인명과 재산피해가 나타나고 있다. 그러므로 해난 재해시 선박 통신의 역할은 많은 인명과 재산피해를 가져오는 원인을 제거하는 것이라 생각하고 국가적인 차원에서 연구하고자 한다. This thesis is what accident in sea have been produced as lost themselves life and property about 600-700times at every years. Therefore this was induced to experiment on a national basis that the role of communication of ship is to move from lose themselves life and property.

우리나라의 선박통신 운용에 관한 연구 (여객선 세월호 침몰사고를 중심으로)

이 논문은 우리나라의 해난 사고가 매년 600~700건씩 발생되어 많은 인명과 재산피해가 나타나고 있다. 2008년부터 2012년까지 최근 5년간 해양사고 발생현황을 분석해 보면, 해양사고에서 충돌사고가 37%로 가장 높게 나타났으며 이러한 충돌사고에서 어선이 58%로 가장 많이 발생되었는데, 그중에서도 20톤 미만의 소형선박의 충돌사고가 27%로 가장 많은 것으로 확인되었다. 그러므로 해난 재해시 선박 통신의 역할은 많은 인명과 재산피해를 가져오는 원인을 제거하는 것이라 생각하고 국가적인 차원에서 연구하고자 한다. This paper is what accident in sea have been produced as lost themselves life and property about 600~700times at every years. It was analyzed that the collision accident is highest rank by 37% among the marine accidents and the fishing vessel is highest by 58% in these collision accidents and also the small fishing boat under 20tons is highest by 27% on them. Over the half of thecollision accidents by 56% they couldn't find each other to just before the collision situation. Therefore this was induced to experiment on a national basis that the role of communication of ship is to move from lose themselves life and property.

본 논문에서는 지금까지 문헌을 중심으로 한 계량정보분석에서의 단순성을 벗어나는 입체적인 국제 연구의 관계를 마이크로배터리 및 에너지 하비스팅을 중심으로 전개하여 국제 관계 네트워크 구성에 활용할 수 있도록 제시한다. In this paper, we describe the relation of international research of 2 dimensions that deviates the simplification of scientometric analysis focusing on literature. We also present to be able to apply for organization of international relation network centering the micro battery and energy harvesting.

본 논문에서는 논문 문헌을 중심으로 키워드를 선정하여 사용할 때 키워드 간의 상호 연관 관계를 조사한다. 조사 대상은 마이크로 배터리와 에너지 하비스팅을 중심으로 핵심 키워드와 핵심 키워드를 중심으로 한서브 핵심 키워드의 상호 연관이 어떻게 구성되는지를 제안한다. In this paper, we investigate a mutual associative relation between keyword when we used keyword in the papers. We propose how to organize mutual association between the key keyword and sub keyword in the micro battery and energy harvesting.

근래에 이르러 우리나라의 재해, 재난으로 수많은 사상자가 나오고, 동남아 근해의 해일과 지진의 영향으로 우리나라에도 큰 영향을 미쳤다. 이에 따라 재해에 대한 대비와 재난이 발생하였을 때의 신속한 정보전달이 중요한 요인이 되었다. 따라서 재해를 감지한 관측지에서 재난의 영향이 우려되는 지역으로의 신속한 정보 전달체계를 확립하고, 더 나은 재해의 예방 시스템 개발함으로써 재해 피해로 인한 국민의 재산과 생명의 손실을 최소화 하는데 이바지 하고자 한다. In these days, not only many peoples were killed or wounded by seismic sea waves in Indonesia, but also our country is influenced by disasters such as tsunami and earthquake happened in sea areas adjacent to japan. The precaution against disaster and the rapid communication of disaster informations have become important. In order to minimize and prevent citizens' properties and lives from the loss or the damage by natural calamities suas storms, earthquakes and typhoons, the establishment of communication network for rapid information transmission and the development of system for preventing citizens from disasters should be performed.

근래에 우리나라의 태안앞바다의 유조선 기름유출사고, 질산 2000톤 실은 선박 침몰, 국보1호인 숭례문 화재등 많은 재난이 발생하여 수많은 사상자가 발생하였다. 이에 따라 재해에 대한 대비와 재난이 발생하였을 때의 신속한 정보전달이 중요한 요인이 되었다. 따라서 재해를 감지한 관측지에서 재난의 영향이 우려되는 지역으로의 신속한 정보 전달체계를 확립하고, 국가통합무선통신망을 구축시스템 개발함으로써 재해 피해로 인한 국민의 재산과 생명의 손실을 최소화 하는데 이바지 하고자 한다. Consequently establishes the information transmission system which is quick in the area where the effect of misfortune is worried from observation perceives a disaster construction system development the merger of state radio network with under contributing which minimizes the loss of property and life of the citizen who is caused by with disaster damage boil.

This study is focused on the developing of the telecommunication industry for the analysis on the social changes. We predict, the role increase greatly inpotant foundational society structure of coming twenty-one century. In the scope and method of this study there must invalve following five items: constructed global society, developing economic, limit resources, change personal behavior, security of living, This problem to find a solution to the change of telecommunication industry policy in Korea. 이 논문에서는 IT산업의 초기의 인터넷, 통신기기 위주의 산업구조에서 기술의 고도화, 산업간 융합을 통해 양적으로나 질적으로 다양화되고 세분화 되었으며 홈네트워크, 지능형 로봇, RFID등 예전에 없던 새로운 시장이 나타나게 되었다. 이러한 IT산업 환경 변화에 대응하고, 중소기업의 다양한 요구사항을 반영한 맞춤형 정책을 수립하였다. 이러한 변화에 따라서 IT산업 정책도 변화해야 한다고 보며, 연구는 사회변화에 의하여 정보통신 기술이 어떻게 변화를 가져와야 할 것인가를 연구하기 위하여 사회 변화를 독립변수로 하고 IT산업 기술정책변화에 대하여 연구하고자 한다.
