        동전기를 이용한 유수지 오염 퇴적토내 Cd, Pb 및 Cr제거

        본 연구에서는 토양수세법의 적용이 곤란한 낮은 투수성의 중금속오염이 심각한 E 유수지의 퇴적토에 대하여 동전기법의 적용성을 검토하였다. 이를 위하여 퇴적토 내 총 Cr, Pb,Cd농도 및 퇴적토의 물리화학적 특성을 조사하고, 또한 BCR 연속추출법을 통하여 동전기복원 전후 중금속들이 어떤 형태로 존재하는지를 살펴봄으로써 오염 퇴적토 내 중금속의 처리 가능부분에 대한 평가 하였다. 동전기를 적용한 결과, 총 Cr 및Pb는 양극 쪽으로 이동하였으며, 반면 Cd의 경우는, 동전기정화 전 대부분이 이온교환/탄산염 결합태를 차지하고 있어 제거가 용이할 것으로 판단되었지만, 양극 쪽 보다는 토양 체의 중간에 가장 높게 그리고 전체적으로 음극 쪽으로 이동하는 경향을 보이고 있다. 이 때, 양그 쪽의 총 Cr농도는 초기 농도보다 약 3.5배 증가한 반면, 음극 쪽에서는 대부분 제거되고 매우 낮은 경향을 나타냈다. 동전기복원전과 처리 후 퇴적토 내 중금속 결합형태를 각 구간 중 양극부분과 음극부분과 비교한 결과, 총 Cr은 잔류태가 양극과 음극 쪽에서 감소한 반면, 산화물 태는 증가한 경향을 보였다, Pb의 경우도 반응 전에 비해 반응 후 반잔류태 부분이 감소하고 산화물 태 부분이 다소 큰 폭으로 변화된 것을 나타내고 있었으며, 양극 부분 보다는 음극부분에서 분율이 증가되어있다. 그러나 Cd는 반응 전 대부분을 차지하던 이온교환/탄산염 결합 태부분은 양극과 음극부분에서 모두 감소한 것으로 나타난 반면 반응 전 무시할 정도로 낮았던 잔류 태 부분 및 산화물 태가 증가한 경향을 보였다. For the reservoir sediment highly contaminated with total Cr, Pb, and Cd, the applicability of electrokinetic remediation method was evaluated. Also, BCR sequential extraction method was adopted to compare the heavy metal speciation in between before and after electrokinetic reaction that is operated under constant current condition for the sediment. After reaction, total Cr and Pb moved toward the direction of anode, while Cd tended to cathode and stayed highest in the midst of sediment specimen. From the BCR sequential extraction analysis, it was known that for total Cr and Pb the residual fraction that showed high fraction before reaction decreased and changed to the oxidation fraction. On the other hand, for Cd the fraction of exchangeable/carbonate that dominated most fractions before reaction changed to the residual and oxidation fractions.

        장기간의 태권도 수련이 초등학교 남학생의 체격과 체력에 미치는 영향

        The objective of this study was to assess the effects of long term Taekwondo training on pysique and physical fitness in male elementary school students (n=150). The study subjects were classified into two groups based on the their experience of Taekwondo training; the exercise group (EG, n=75) and the none exercise group (NG, n=75). Height, weight, torso length, chest size, %fat, body mass index were measured as physique factor and grip strength, back strength, side step, closed-eyes foot balance, trunk flexion were measured as Taekwondo related fitness factor in this study. In conclusion, the EG exhibited significantly higher weight (35.4±4.7㎏, p<0.05) and body mass index (18.4±0.0㎏/㎡, p<0.05) values than the NG (33.1±1.5㎏, 17.7±0.4㎏/㎡). Additionally, the EG showed significantly higher left hand grip strength (14.02±2.80㎏, p<0.05) and trunk flexion (9.89±3.65cm, p<0.001) than the NG (12.05±13.00㎏, 6.79±4.70㎝). These results suggest that Teakwondo is beneficial to the development of an individual physique and fitness in the male elementary school students. Therefore, it appears that might be necessary to keep long term Taekwondo training for the individual development and physical health in the adolescent stage.

        등속성 근기능 측정시 SEATED POSITION에 따른 무릎관절 근력의 차이

        본 연구의 목적은 운동선수들의 무릎관절의 등속성 근력 측정 시 seated position 의자 등받이 경사각 100°, 120°, 140° 에서 단축성 및 신장성 근력을 측정하여 검사 position이 결과에 미치는 영향을 분석하는데 있다. 또한 등속성 기기를 이용한 운동생리학 연구방법에서 의자 등받이 경사각을 제시해야 하는 이유를 규명하는데 있다. 연구의 대상자는 20대 초반의 남자 12명을 대상으로, 등속성 기기를 이용하여 듣는쪽 60°/s, 120°/s, 180°/s의 각속도에서 검사를 수행하였다. 단축성근력의 측정결과 60°/s의 햄스트링, 대퇴사두근 모두 3종류의 경사각에 따라서 통계적인 유의한 차이를 나타내었고, 120°/s와 180°/s의 햄스트링에서 유의한 차이를 나타내었다. 신장성 근력의 측정결과 120°/s와 180°/s의 햄스트링과 대퇴사두근 모두 3종류의 경사각 사이에 유의한 차이를 나타내었다. 이러한 결과를 종합하여 볼 때 무릎관절의 등속성 운동검사를 수행하는 국내의 연구자들은 연구방법에 의자 등받이 경사각을 제시하여 주는 것이 바람직 할 것으로 사료된다. This study measures concentric and eccentric muscular strength in quadriceps femoris muscles and hamstring at the tilt angles in 100°, 120°, 140° of backrest in the seated position given performing isokinetic exercise test, and then analyzes on position as a test of having influence upon isokinetic exercise test. Thus, the aim is to clarify a reason that needs to suggest tilt angel of backrest in a research method of the exercise physiology with the use of isokinetic system. Research subjects targeted 12 healthy men in their early 20s. Test was performed at angular speed of 60°/s, 120°/s, 180°/s by using isokinetic system(Isomed 2000). As a result of measuring concentric muscular strength, the hamstring of 60°/s showed significant difference between 100˚, 120˚ and 140˚ in tilt angle. Quadriceps femoris muscles showed significant difference between 100˚ and 120˚, 140˚. Hamstring of 120°/s showed significant difference between 120˚ and 100˚. Hamstring of 180°/s showed significant difference between 120˚ and 140˚. As a result of measuring eccentric muscular strength, hamstring of 120°/s showed significant difference between 120˚ and 140˚. Quadriceps femoris muscles showed significant difference between 100˚ and 120˚. Hamstring of 180°/s showed significant difference between 100˚, 120˚ and 140˚. Quadriceps femoris muscles showed significant difference between 100˚ and 140˚. Synthesizing these results, domestic researchers, who carry out isokinetic exercise test on knee joint, are considered to be likely desirable to present tilt angle of backrest to a research method.

        제강전로슬래그를 이용한 도금폐수 내 크롬(VI)의 제거 특성에 관한 연구

        This study was conducted to investigate the removal characteristics of Cr(VI) from metal plating wastewater by converter slag. Approximately 60% of 100 mg/L Cr(VI) was removed by converter slag in strongly alkaline condition over pH 12. The pH<sub>zpc</sub>(zero point of charge) 11.0 of converter slag implies that anionic Cr(VI) species could be adsorbed on the surface of converter slag in acid and neutral pH conditions. Most of Fe species eluted from converter slag was found to be Fe(II), indicating that it could function as a reducing agent for the Cr(VI) in aqueous solution. It was found that the remonal of Cr(VI) by converter slag occurred very fast. The experimental results of this study suggested that converter slag could eliminate the Cr(VI) in aqueous solution through simultaneous reaction of adsorption and/or reduction.

        논토양에서 퇴비시용 및 경운이 토양탄소 축적과 안정화에 미치는 영향

        So far, most studies associated with soil carbon sequestration have been focused on long term aspect. However, information regarding soil carbon sequestration in short term aspect is limited. This study was conducted to determine changes of soil organic carbon content and stability of carbon in response to compost application rate and tillage management during rice growing season(150 days) in short term aspect. Under pot experiment condition, compost was mixed with an arable soil at rates corresponding to 0, 6, 12, and 24 Mg/ha. To determine effect of tillage on soil carbon sequestration, till and no-till treatments were set up in soils amended with application rate of 12 Mg/ha. Compost application and tillage management did not significantly affect soil organic carbon(SOC) content in soil at harvest time. Bulk density of soil was not changed significantly with compost application and tillage management. These might result from short duration of experiment. While hot water extractable organic carbon(HWEOC) content decreased with compost application, humic substances(HS) increased. Below ground biomass of rice increased with application of compost and till operation. From the above results, continuos application of compost and reduce tillage might improve increase in soil organic carbon content and stability of carbon in long term aspect.

        스테인리스 전극을 이용한 절삭유의 암모니아성 질소 제거에 관한 연구

        In modern society, metalworking process is essential to the machinery industry. What is called, cutting fluids has been used in this process and contain a lot of chemical substances, which include high concentration of organics, ammonia nitrogen. Accordingly, the advanced treatment is required for cutting fluids. Recently, electrochemical treatment is expected to be an alternative of conventional processes, and be useful on various wastewater treatments. Moreover it is an efficient elimination technique of contaminants and has a simple composition equipment. In this study, the correlation on operating time, applied voltage, concentration of NaCl and the removal efficiency of ammonia nitrogen in cutting fluids is investigated using electrochemical treatment in a batch type. Under the condition without NaCl, when the voltage was adjusted to 5V, 10V and 15V at 60min, removal efficiency of ammonia nitrogen was 35.2%, 75.0% and 84.5% for 60min of operating time, respectively. The effect of NaCl concentration on the ammonia nitrogen removal efficiency is as follows. With comparison between with and without NaCl, removal efficiency at addition of 10mM of NaCl were 9.9%, 12.6% higher than that of no addition for 60min at 5V and 10V. At 15V, removal efficiency was 11.5% higher than that of no addition for 30min. The results showed that the removal efficiency increased with increasing the applied voltage and NaCl concentration.
