        The airtightness of building is considered to be an important subject in terms of problems caused by infiltration(exfiltration) such as heating and cooling energy, stack effect, and condensation. However, the study on airtightness have been rarely presented in Korea compared to other countries, nor are there no measurement standards and evaluation methods for building airtightness and relative regulations. In addition, it is not applicable to apartment housing because international measurement standards and evaluation methods are based on detached housing. So far, no criteria and evaluation methods for building airtightness has been given in Korea. The airtightness data of residential building and building components such as envelope, partition wall between housing units, and ventilation facilities are the key to achieve the airtightness level of residential buildings and to model the airflow simulation. In this paper, I compared the results of the airtightness performance according to the measurement conditions. Then, I conducted the blower door test for three high-rise residential buildings to obtain the airtightness data of residential units and to investigate the ratio of leakage area building components. The summary of the results are as follows. (1) It is highly probable to use average value from both pressurization and depressurization in order to measure residential units airtightness performance of apartment housing. To know airtightness performance, five times of measurements is needed at 5~10Pa intervals. Measuring range is recommendable in 10 to 75Pa where all the range of low and high pressure is covered to reduce variations resulted from measuring changes in the pressure range and to compare with those of overseas. (2) In airtightness performance of residential units, the range of ACH50 in the building turned out about 1.5 ~ 3.8 times. Residential buildings were estimated 2.4 in the punched window types and 3.1 in the curtain wall types. (3) In Airtightness performance of residential units per area, the floor area increases with decreasing the size of ACH50, which is linked to the increased rate of units volume against the area. (4) When comparison was made between two buildings(building A and B) on airtightness performance of house units per area, the difference was about 0.6 ACH50 which is relatively uniform. This indicates that airtightness performance has not a strong association with building components, floor area, partition wall and penetrations between housing units according to area change of each residential unit. Much of it undoubtedly came from building envelope, the biggest difference between the two buildings (Building A: punched window, B: curtain wall). (5) To measure airtightness of building components, you may use either a blower door to utilize the airtightness performance difference before and after the airtightness of measuring elements or more than 2 units to take a neutralization method. (6) As a result of airtightness performance measurement of building components, 30~58 percentages of air leakage distribution ratio showed up at partition wall between housing units, which is the highest ratio. This is characterized by high rising mixed-use buildings which are mostly constructed with dry wall system and airtightness construction for partition wall between housing units is required. (7) Air leakage distribution ratio of envelope and floor slab showed the second highest for the reason that air leakage through the curtain wall affects adjacent units.

      • 중학교 기계요소 학습을 위한 멀티미디어 CAI 타이틀 개발

        최근 중학교의 기술.가정 교과학습에서 학생들의 개인차가 심하여 개별화 수업체제가 요구된다. 그리고 교과내용이 어렵고 학생들이 흥미를 느끼는 경우가 적어 단원마다 적합한 교재와 수업매체를 활용하여 이를 극복하려 노력하고 있다. 이와 같은 맥락에서 학생들이 컴퓨터에 친근감을 가지게 만들고, 학습의 개별화로 자주적 학습능력을 향상시키기 위한 방안으로 기술.가정 교과에 대한 내용의 CAI 타이틀을 개발을 했다. 이를 현장에 적용시킴으로써 컴퓨터에 대한 기초지식과 조작능력을 제고시키고 컴퓨터를 활용한 기술.가정 교육으로 학습효과를 얻고자 하는데 목적을 두고 있다. 본 연구에서는 중학교 기술.가정과 2학년 교과의 ‘Ⅱ. 기계의 이해’ 단원 중 ‘간단한 기계와 기계요소’를 학습하기 위한 교육용 멀티미디어 CAI 타이틀을 개발하였다. 기.가정 교과 특성상 이해가 어려운 기계요소의 동작과정과 원리를 텍스트, 이미지, 동영상, 애니메이션, 사운드 등을 결합시켜 제시하여 쉽게 학습될 수 있고, 실제 상황과 유사한 학습 환경을 제공하여 의미 있는 학습이 되도록 한다. 교사의 일방적인 강의로는 설명하기 어려운 기계요소 단원의 결합용, 축용, 전동용, 관용, 기타 기계 요소내용을 시.청각을 통하여 더불어 3차원 애니메이션 등의 멀티미디어 요소를 단원의 특성에 따라 가미하여 학습자의 흥미 유발과 함께 기계요소 학습과정을 쉽게 이해할 수 있도록 하였다. 본 멀티미디어 CAI 타이틀을 직접 학습현장에서 적용시켜 본 결과, 학생들이 강의 문답식 수업보다 강한 학습동기를 보였다. 그리고 멀티미디어 자료를 통해서 자연스럽게 기계요소에 대한 개념이 형성됨으로써 교과내용의 이해력이 증진되는 효과를 얻을 수 있었다. 이는 멀티미디어 CAI 타이틀을 이용한 교수.학습이 전통적인 교수.학습 방법에 대한 대안으로서 중요한 역할을 할 수 있음을 암시한다. Because the subject's matters are difficult and have no interest for students, a lot of effort has been put into overcoming those problems through appropriate materials and instructional media. This CAI title is developed to improve the self-directed learning ability by fostering students' interest in the computer and offering them an individualized instruction. The purpose of this study is to uplift basic knowledge and operation skills toward the computer and to get the effects of learning in technology.home economic applying the CAI title to schools. This study is to develop the educational multimedia CAI title to teach students ‘a simple machine and its element’ of ‘an understanding of machine’ in Technology. Home Economics in the second year of middle school. Students can easily learn operations and principles of machine elements by presenting machine elements combined with the text, moving scenes, animations, sounds, etc. Through providing the similar real-environmental education, make the students study the meaningful learning. Teachers have difficulty in teaching many factors such as launching machine elements, the push nuts, transmission and conventional machine elements. Therefore, the purpose of developing CAI title can enable the students to understand the factors mentioned above easily with interest using them two ways. The one is an audio-visual sense and the other is multimedia service including a 3D animation system. The results of the multimedia CAI title applied to the classes could be found as follows. The students have showed more learning motivation than catechism. It has the effect of improving a understanding of the textbook naturally through concepts of the machine elements based on the multimedia materials. This means that the multimedia CAI title-based teaching and learning method can play more important roles as a new alternative one than a traditional teaching and learning method.

      • 대기압 플라즈마를 활용한 철강 표면처리 및 플라즈마 특성 분석

        Experiments for improving hydrophilicity of stainless steel (SUS 304) plate with atmospheric pressure microwave argon plasma jet were carried out and the plasma characteristics for the process are investigated by experimental measurement and plasma kinetic simulations. With low power (under 10 W) and low temperature (under 50˚C), after 30s of treatment the contact angle decreased rapidly to around 10˚ from 80˚ and was maintained under 30˚ after one day (24 h). The surface free energies of the stainless steel plates, which is calculated from water contact angle, were increased. The chemical properties of the surface were examined by X-ray Photoelectron Spectroscopy (XPS) and the surface morphology and roughness were examined by Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) and Atomic Force Microscopy (AFM). The characteristics of plasma sources with several frequencies source (low, RF and microwave) were investigated by Optical Emission Spectroscopy (OES) measurement and one-dimensional Particle-in-Cell (PIC) simulation method.

        The aim of this study is to verify how the sexual knowledge and sexual attitude is effected of elders are effected on their life satisfaction directly, and also to see how coping behavior on sexual desire have its mediating effect on sexual knowledge, attitude and life satisfaction, empirically. The target object was 312 elders who are Long-term care approved male and female aged more than 65 years old living in Busan. The collected references for this thesis is based on IBM SPSS Statistics 21 and prove to know the validity and reliability on the statistic facts and calculate on internal consistency reliability Cronbach'α. Also, analyze on frequency, t-test, one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA), Duncan-test by post-hoc comparison (Post-hoc), and Pearson's correlation analyses proceed to investigate the correlation between factors. In order to analyse theoretical models of the effects on satisfaction through the coping behavior on sexual desire and the knowledge, attitude of elder who are Long-term care approved, mediation regression analysis was used to prove and sobel test was to find out the effects of mediator variable. The result of this study has summarized as this. First of all, the sexual knowledge based on demographical quality of the elders with long-term care approved was appeared to be in higher level when the recipient is male, younger in age, living with their spouse or recently became spouseless, highly educated and have boy/girl friend. On sexual attitude was more positive and opened when the recipient is male, older in age, with their spouse, higher in education and have boy/girl friend. On coping behavior on sexual desire was appeared to have higher expression type when the recipient is male, younger in age, with their spouse, irreligious, educated over the primary school or with boy/girl friend. The life satisfaction was highly satisfied when the recipient is young in age for home care elders but the facility care elders have no affective factor. Secondly, sexual knowledge of Long-term care approved elders effect on life satisfaction positively (+), opened and closed sexual attitude also effected life satisfaction positively (+) and the effects on how coping behaviors of sexual desires can be effective to expressive copying behaviors was profoundly positive (+) but have no affective factor on controlled copying behaviors. Third, expressive coping behaviors of sexual desires was well behaved when Long-term care approved elders awarded well in sexual knowledge and positive and opened for their attitude on sex but controlled coping behaviors of sexual desires was not behaved well. Fourth, the life satisfaction was highly ranked when the Long-term care approved elders have highly educated on sexual knowledge, but the satisfaction factor became less when sexual attitude is closed and negative. Fifth, the sexual knowledge does not effect on living satisfaction directly but exist to have indirect effect through expressive coping behaviors of sexual desires, and the closed sexual attitude direct and indirectly effects living satisfaction through expressive coping behaviors of sexual desires. Also sexual knowledge does not have direct effect on living satisfaction, only exist indirect effect through the controlled coping behaviors of sexual desires, and closed sexual attitude direct and indirectly effects future living satisfaction through controlled coping behaviors of sexual desires. Sixth, the sexual knowledge and attitude of male elders are not carried out by coping behaviors of sexual desires to their living satisfaction, the sexual knowledge and attitude of female elders have no direct effect on future living satisfaction but indirect effect on expressive coping behaviors of sexual desires and controlled coping behaviors of sexual desires was effetely influenced on future living satisfaction. In conclusion, this thesis focused on the effects to living satisfaction through coping behaviors of sexual desires based on sexual knowledge of Long-term care approved elders. And by finalizing the factors from the research, the coping behaviors of sexual desires have its carry out factor on living satisfaction, also to the further more, this research have its significant approval of the organic relationship of how the sexual knowledge, sexual attitude and coping behaviors of sexual desires can effect on living satisfaction.

      • 직업훈련기관의 직업능력개발훈련교사 역할에 대한 IPA 분석

        실업률이 높아지고 경기가 갈수록 어려워지면 많은 실업자들이 직업능력개발훈련을 받아 취업을 하는 국가정책적인 사례가 많아지면서 직업훈련의 중요성이 더욱 중요시 되고 있는 시점이다. 최근 민간직업훈련기관에서는 직종별 업무를 분업화하여 직업훈련을 운영하고 있다. 그 중 직업능력개발훈련교사는 모든 역할의 중심에서 그리고 훈련생과 가장 밀접한 위치에서 중요한 역할을 맡고 있으나 직업능력개발훈련교사에 대한 연구가 나 정책적인 규정이 없는 실정이다. 그러므로 직업능력개발훈련교사의 역할 중 우선적으로 요구되어지는 역할이 무엇인지를 확인하여 직업능력개발훈련교사의 역할과 직무를 정립해 제시함으로써 직업훈련발전에 기여하고자 한다. 이 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 직업훈련기관에서 훈련교사, 훈련생 모두가 중요하게 인식하는 직업능력개발훈련교사역할이 무엇인가? 그리고 훈련생의 인구통계학적 특성과 훈련생의 직업훈련관련 변인별 중요도 인식에 차이가 있는가? 라는 연구문제를 설정하였다. 직업훈련기관의 직업능력개발훈련교사 직무역할에 대한 중요성과 실행도를 연구하여 직업능력개발훈련교사의 역할에 대한 유용한 정보를 제공하고자 하였다. 직업훈련기관에서 직업능력개발훈련교사에 대한 선행연구를 통하여, 다양한 업무 중에서 중요한 역할을 맡고 있는 것이 직업능력개발훈련교사이므로 직업능력개발훈련교사의 직무역할들 중에서 우선적으로 요구되어지는 역할이 무엇인지를 확인하여 직업능력개발훈련교사의 직무역할을 정립해 제시함으로써 직업훈련발전에 기여하고 개선할 수 있도록 한다. 이 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 직업훈련기관에서 직업능력개발훈련교사의 역할과 가장 밀접한 관련이 있는 집단을 훈련생, 훈련교사로 설정했으며, 중요한 세부분의 역할영역 현업에 총 38개의 역할로 설정하였다. 직업훈련기관의 직업능력개발훈련교사의 직무역할에 대한 훈련생의 중요도 인식을 알아보기 위하여 직업훈련의 학급운영, 직업훈련의 강의지도, 직업훈련의 상담지도 영역에 대한 중요도와 실행도의 차이를 알아보았고, 먼저 직업훈련에 대한 학급운영, 강의지도, 상담지도에 대한 중요도와 실행도에 대한 인식수준에 대한 기술통계량을 알아보았다. 그래서 훈련생이 인지하는 직업훈련기관의 훈련교사의 역할의 중요도와 실행도간 차이를 인식에 차이의 훈련생 “인구통계학특성 및 훈련생의 직업훈련관련 변인” 연구문제를 설정하여 연구를 진행하였다. 모든 분석은 각 문항별 평균 인식과 표준편차를 산출하였으며, 탐색적인 요인분석을 통하여 공통요인을 추출하고 탐색적인 요인분석은 주성분분석에 의해 요인을 추출하였으며, 출된 요인을 중심으로 중요도와 실행도에 대해서 인구통계학적 특성과 직업훈련관련 변인에 따른 인식 차이를 통하여 알아보았으며, 통계적으로 유의성이 조사된 경우에는 사후검정을 실시하였다. 또한 직업훈련에 대한 훈련교사의 역할에 대한 중요도와 실행도간의 인식차이는 검정을 통하여 알아보았다. 높은 실업률로 인하여 취업준비생들에게 다양한 분야의 직업훈련 및 관련 교육들을 실시하고 있다. 결과적으로 보면 직업훈련관련 선행연구들은 비교적 다양한 대상으로 연구되어졌으나, 재취업과 취업준비를 위한 연구가 대부분 이고, 직업훈련을 받고 있으나 동일직종으로 취업을 하는지 여부 및 직업훈련이 취업에 대한 활용도간의 관계연구를 통하여 보다 고객지향적인 직업훈련이 가능할 것이다. 이를 검증하기 위하여 본 연구는 취업준비생이 직업훈련에 참여하는 동기와 직업훈련 교육 서비스 만족도가 취업에 미치는지를 조사를 실시하여 실업자직업훈련이 ‘취업’이라는 궁극적인 목표를 달성하기 위한 교육훈련서비스의 개선방안을 모색하고 역할을 정립해 직업훈련발전에 기여하고자 하는데 본 연구의 목적이 직업훈련발전과 성과에 향상이 도모하고자 한다.
