According to the educational statistics and information data, there were 11,317 elementary school, middle school and high school facility as of 2011. During the post decade, 1,256 schools are increased. The school facility maintenance is the important factor for the whole facility life cycle because it determines the useful life of a facility. Current school facility maintenance practices tend to ad-hok kery, namely, repairment is made after a problem is discovered. The purpose of this study is to propose the new maintenance works and management system to improve the process of maintenance. In addition, the authors suggested school facility improvement plan based upon the questionnaire survey of related management officials.

In this essay I tried to present the main thoughts of British social and constitutional history from Renaissance to this day. First, the humanistic influences which contributed to the evolution of western Europe in the age of Renaissance, and the reformation that changed the European old society int o the new one after Renaissance. Second, the infant constitutionalism began century was the firm basis of British national development, and in 18 th century mercantilism in economic system developed into the physiocracy. Third, at the after part of 18 th century, Adam Smith's Wealth of nations was published and its main theory free trade made the British economical power go into the all countries over the world, and the growth of economical power helped the British make their nation modernized to grow from 14 th century in England, and it gradually helped the growth of civic rights, and then as a result of it Magna Charta and parliamentalism were born. Fourth, the Declaration of Right in 16 the century enabled English men to make their nation modernized but the Puritan Revolution kindered the modernizing movement for a time. During the evolutional period of growth of Enlightment, and the rationalization of national system grounded on the nationalism and its development, Germany was bing faced to a turning point toward the establishment of democratic system with her having the succession of reformation and evolution when the traditional interests among all the western nations and confrontation between conservatism and absolutism had yet been tangled with one another through the whole western Europe Society and than Germany gad still the modival and feudal heirlooms during the period mentioned above, but after the second half of middle ages she who had murch in consistency and defect, gote a frightful achievement and established all the democratic reformations through farmers, struggle and peerages democratic resistance and the growth of preussentum and peoples awakening which had been achieved by the western liberalism and German's unifying ideology, and the German unification and the exaggeration of her unifying ideolegy excited the extension of German nationalism and many western societies in nineteen Contury were affected by them and the German nationalism grounded on the Renaissance(the Revival Learning) led the fashion of western liberalism.
