지역산업연관모델을 활용한 춘천국제레저대회의 경제적 파급효과 분석

Purpose – It identifies the structure of the per capita spending of visitors to the 2018 Chuncheon international leisure sports festival and estimates the total expenditure. In addition, the regional input-output model is used to derive the multiplier of the Gangwon region, and this multiplier is divided into intra and inter region to analyze the net economic impact of the Chuncheon area. Design, data, and methodology –First, we conducted on-site surveys to estimate visitor expenditures. Second, we derived the tourism multiplier by using the Gangwon regional input-output statistics published by the Bank of Korea(2015). Especially, to divide the leakage effect, each multiplier is divided into intra and inter region. Third, the total expenditure is estimated by considering the number of visitors, and net direct and indirect economic impact is calculated by reflecting the tourism multiplier. Result – The output impact of the 2018 Chuncheon international leisure sports festival is 8.4 billion won (5.3 billion won in intra region, 3.1 billion won in inter region), 1.7 billion won in income impact (1.2 billion won in intra region, 500 million won in inter region). The indirect tax impact is 80 million won (60 million won in intra region, 20 million won in inter region), and the employment impact is 138 persons (34 in intra region, 104 in inter region). Conclusions – This study has improved the accuracy by analyzing the economic impact considering leakage effect to inter regions. These results can be used as objective data to verify the feasibility of the economic impact of the 2018 Chuncheon international leisure sports festival. In order to increase the accuracy of the number of visitors in the future, it is necessary to study the objective and practical methods.

기술혁신의 원천으로써 전시회 기능에 관한 연구

무역전시회는 기업의 제품 및 서비스를 판매하기 위한 효과적인 마케팅 수단이다. 전 시회의 참가는 제품의 판매는 물론 잠재고객을 확보하고 기업의 이미지를 제고시킬 수 있으며 고객의 욕구와 경쟁업체에 대한 정보를 획득할 수 있기 때문이다. 그러나 기존 의 전시회 참가목적과 기능에 관한 선행연구를 살펴보면, 전시회 참가의 목적으로 고 객 반응수집, 경쟁업체 정보수집, 기술 동향의 파악 등과 같이 연구개발과 기술혁신을 위한 정보 획득의 장소로써 전시회를 다루고 있음에도 불구하고, 기술혁신의 원천으로 써 전시회 기능에 관한 연구는 미흡한 실정이다. 이에 본 연구는 기업의 기술혁신을 촉진하는 전시회의 기능에 관한 탐색적 연구로 기술혁신의 원천으로써의 전시회 기능 을 실증적으로 분석하였다. 분석대상은 KIS 2016 조사에 참여한 제조기업 중 결측치를 제외한 1,698개 기업 데이터이며, 전시회 활용과 R&D투자의 관계는 OLS 회귀분석을 사용하였으며, 전시회 활용과 기술혁신의 관계는 로지스틱 회귀분석을 사용하였다. 전 시회가 기술혁신에 미치는 효과는 직접효과와 간접효과로 구분하고 2 SLS 분석을 실시 하였다. 분석결과, 전시회 활용이 기술혁신을 촉진하는 기능을 하는 것으로 나타났으 나, R&D투자를 증가시키는 기능으로써의 영향은 나타나지 않았다. 따라서 무역전시회 는 기업의 기술혁신을 직접적으로 촉진하는 기능이 확인되었다. Technology innovation is the core of competitive advantage in modern companies. Therefore, firms are actively engaged in various activities for innovation. This study aims to identify the exhibition’s function as an source of technology innovation that has not been discussed in the previous studies. For research, the impact of the exhibition on the innovation is divided into indirect effect and direct effect through R&D investment and conducted an empirical analysis. Among the companies participating in the KIS 2016 survey, 1,698 companies remaining except for the missing figures are analyzed. The relationship between exhibition and R&D investment is based on OLS regression analysis, and the relationship between exhibition and innovation is based on logistic regression analysis. The results shows that the exhibition has the ability to improve technological innovation, but it has not affected R&D investment.

공연 랜드마크에 대한 인식 차이에 관한 연구

Based on preceding studies by researcher, this paper is about to establish the concept of landmarks of performing arts and examine the conceptual differences in line with demographic features on some issues such as killer contents which are yet developed; policies for performing arts; and tourist infrastructure. The conclusion can be summarized as follow; Statistical analysis on the hypothesis established based on preceding studies illustrates that a cause analysis on the killer-contents draws two factors which have more than one in eigen value and occupy 64.6% in amount of explained variance. Operational definition of factors is set as for expected effects and development-impediment so as for Cronbach’s α of two factors to get priced over 0.6, favorable figure in reliability. ; A cause analysis on tourist infrastructure draws three factors, occupying 56.8% in amount of explained variance. Operational definition of factors is set as for destination choice; tourist activities in Seoul; and favored accommodation facilities so as for Cronbach’s α of three factors to get priced over 0.8, substantially favorable figure in reliability. The author of this study expects this study to intrigue active following studies so as to facilitate the development not only in business field but also academics. 이 논문에서는 공연 랜드마크의 개념을 정립한 후, 공연 랜드마크를 형성에 있어 킬러콘텐츠, 관광인프라, 공연예술정책의 3가지 요인을 대상으로 연구자별 선행연구들을 근거로 인구통계학적 특성에 따른 인식차이를 연구하였다. 결과를 요약해 보면, 통계 분석을 실시한 결과 선행연구를 토대로 설정한 가설은 킬러콘텐츠에 대한 요인분석 결과 고유값이 1이상인 2개의 요인이 추출되었으며, 전체 설명량의64.6%를 설명하고 있다. 요인의 대한 조작적 정의는 기대효과, 성장 장애요인으로 설정하여 두 요인에 대한 크론바하 알파값은 0.6이상으로 신뢰도는 양호하였다. 관광인프라에 대한 요인분석결과 총 3개의 요인이 추출되어 전체 설명량의 56.8%를 설명하고 있다. 요인의 대한 조작적 정의는 목적지선택, 서울관광활동, 선호 숙박시설로 설정하여 각 요인에 대한 크론바하 알파값은 모두 0.6이상으로 나타나 신뢰도는 양호하였다. 마지막으로 공연예술정책에 대한 요인분석결과 3개 요인에 대한 조작적 정의는 활성화·행정조직, 재정, 법제로 설정하여 각 요인에 대한 크론바하 알파값은 모두 0.8이상으로 나타나 신뢰도는 매우 양호하였다. 향후 후속연구가 활발히 이루어져 논문의 연구결과가 학문분야는 물론 현업에서의 발전적 도움이 되기를 기대한다.

정부 용역계약의 불가항력 조항에 대한 개선방안 : MICE 산업을 중심으로

Purpose – The purpose of this study is to provide a plan for improving the scope of force majeure that MICE-related events may result in cancellation and to make a reasonable compensation for the force majeure clause of the government service contract. Design, data and research methods - A qualitative study was conducted to review and analyze the concept of risk, the concept and prior study of force majeure, the contract conditions and insurance for force majeure, and cases resulting from force majeure. Results - As a rational improvement plan of the force majeure clause, the introduction of insurance obligatory provisions, the specific specification of the reasons for force majeure, the rational compensation due to force majeure reasons, and the development and implementation of standard contracts were suggested. Conclusion - A policy for improving the existing regulations on the clause of force majeure caused by infectious diseases, livestock epidemics and social issues, and collecting and disseminating cases related to force majeure should be prepared

The Effects of Donepezil, an Acetylcholinesterase Inhibitor, on Impaired Learning and Memory in Rodents

A previous study in humans demonstrated the sustained inhibitory effects of donepezil on acetylcholinesterase (AChE) activity; however, the effective concentration of donepezil in humans and animals is unclear. This study aimed to characterize the effective concentration of donepezil on AChE inhibition and impaired learning and memory in rodents. A pharmacokinetic study of donepezil showed a mean peak plasma concentration of donepezil after oral treatment (3 and 10 mg/kg) of approximately 1.2 ± 0.4 h and 1.4 ± 0.5 h, respectively; absolute bioavailability was calculated as 3.6%. Further, AChE activity was inhibited by increasing plasma concentrations of donepezil, and a maximum inhibition of 31.5 ± 5.7% was observed after donepezil treatment in hairless rats. Plasma AChE activity was negatively correlated with plasma donepezil concentration. The pharmacological effects of donepezil are dependent upon its concentration and AChE activity; therefore, we assessed the effects of donepezil on learning and memory using a Y-maze in mice. Donepezil treatment (3 mg/kg) significantly prevented the progression of scopolamine-induced memory impairment in mice. As the concentration of donepezil in the brain increased, the recovery of spontaneous alternations also improved; maximal improvement was observed at 46.5 ± 3.5 ng/g in the brain. In conclusion, our findings suggest that the AChE inhibitory activity and pharmacological effects of donepezil can be predicted by the concentration of donepezil. Further, 46.5 ± 3.5 ng/g donepezil is an efficacious target concentration in the brain for treating learning and memory impairment in rodents.

축제품질, 축제주제 인식, 지각된 가치, 만족도 간 구조관계 연구

본 연구에서는 2010 제천국제한방엑스포를 대상으로 축제분야에서 연구될 필요가 있는 중요 이슈 중 하나인 축제주제 인식(perception of festival theme)을 추가하여 축제품질-가치, 축제주제인식-만족 간 구조관계를 살펴보고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 한방엑스포 방문객을 대상으로 현지설문조사를 실시하였다. 구조모형 분석결과, 축제주제 인식에 영향을 미치는 축제품질 요인은 축제내용, 행사장, 편의성의 순으로 밝혀졌고, 축제 방문객의 지각된 가치에 영향을 미치는 요인은 축제내용과 편의성으로 나타났다. 또한 축제주제 인식은 축제 만족도에 간접적으로 영향을 미치지만 지각된 가치는 축제 만족도에 직접적으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 축제운영은 축제주제와 지각된 가치에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 분석되었다. By examining the perception of festival theme, this study proposes a theoretical model, focusing on the relationships among festival quality, perceived value, and satisfaction especially in the context of the 2010 Jecheon International Oriental Medicine Expo. To this end an onsite survey was conducted for respondents who visited the Oriental Medicine Expo. A structural equation modeling analysis reveals that three dimensions (program, facility, and convenience) of festival quality positively influenced the perception of festival theme. Two dimensions(program and convenience) of festival quality also positively affected perceived value. Furthermore, it was found that perceived value had a significant direct effect on satisfaction, whereas perception of festival theme was likely to indirectly affect satisfaction. Festival managers should consider the perception of festival theme as an important marketing strategy in order to increase festival visitor’s perceived value and satisfaction.

Streptozotocin으로 유발된 당뇨병쥐의 신경전도속도에 대한 Evening primrose oil (EPO), Vit.C, Vit.E의 약물효과

The effects of evening primrose oil (EPO). Vit.C and Vit.E on nerve conduction velocity (NCV) in streptozotocin -induced diabetic rats were investigated. 5 weeks- diabetes caused 27±0.5 % reduction in sciatic motor conduction velocity as compared with normal control. Dietary supplement of 5% EPO. 125mg/kg Vit.C. and lg/kg Vit.E prevented significantly the development of the motor nerve conduction velocity deficit about 21±0.5, 21±0.5, 26±0.5% respectively. The total serum cholesterol and triglyceride were decreased by administration 5% EPO. Vit.C, and Vit.E as compared with diabetic control. However, the serum glucose was not decreased by administration 5% EPO. 125mg/kg Vit.C but the serum glucose was decreased by administration lg/kg Vit.E as compared with diabetic control.

Cyclic AMP Dependent Down Regulation in the Relaxation of Smooth Muscle Cells of Cat Esophagitis

We investigated whether the signal mechanism for relaxation may be affected by inflammation of the cat esophagus. Acute esophagitis was induced by perfusion with 0.1N HCl at a rate of 1 mL/min for 45 min over three consecutive days. We then isolated esophageal smooth muscle cells by enzymatic digestion with collagenase. We pre-contracted the isolated smooth cells with acetylcholine (ACh) (10-5 M) and compared the agonist-induced relaxation of pre-contracted normal cells with those of esophagitic cells. Vasoactive intestinal polypeptide (VIP) caused a dose-dependent relaxation in normal cells, and this curve was down shifted in esophagitic cells. Sodium nitroprusside (SNP) or SIN-1 (NO donor) produced dose-dependent relaxation in normal cells, which was not affected by esophagitis. 8-Br-cGMP (a cGMP analog) also induced dose-dependent relaxation to a similar extent in both normal and esophagitic cells. Forskolin (a cAMP activator) or db-cAMP (a cAMP analog) produced dosedependent relaxation in normal cells, and this relaxation curve was down shifted in esophagitic cells. Western blotting was used to determine what subtype of adenylyl cyclase was involved in the cAMP pathway. Western blot analysis of homogenates derived from esophageal smooth muscle using antibodies against adenylyl cyclase types II, III, IV and V/VI revealed the presence of type V and/or type VI only. This result suggests that relaxation via a cAMP-dependent pathway rather than a cGMP dependent-pathway is down regulated in cat acute esophagitis. This subsensitivity of the cAMP related pathway may be related to the activity of adenylyl cyclase V/VI.

말산업육성정책에 따른 말(馬)관련축제의 방향성 고찰

Purpose - The purpose of this study is to investigate the direction and activation plan of horse related festivals which can directly or indirectly affect the development of a positive horse culture environment and the expansion of riding population according to the government 's horse industry promotion policy. Design, Data, and Research Methods - The present situation of Korean horse culture and horse industry was diagnosed and implications were derived through case analysis of domestic and overseas horse festival. Results - The activation methods of horse related festival is as follows. First, the discovery and utilization of historical materials. Second, the application of storytelling to historical and cultural contents. Third, the development of experience programs focusing on customs, plays and artifacts. Fourth, participation of local residents as festival heroes. Fifth, festival development centered on horse industry special zones, Sixth, it is a joint holding of the worldwide horse culture festival. Conclusion - The activation of horse culture festival will play a positive role in nurturing horse industry by eliminating the negative recognition of horse industry and increasing desire for horse riding as a catalyst of horse culture environment creation.

국내 이벤트산업의 역사적 고찰

Purpose – The event industry is recognized as a growth industry of nation along with the MICE industry. The purpose of this study is to create a new paradigm of the policy, industry, and academic aspects of event through a historical review of domestic event industry. Design, data, and methodology – The definition and concept of event, the size and development process of event industry, the development process of event business and council, the development process of human resources and educational infrastructure. Result – Domestic events in the modern sense began in the 1960s, and most corporate events were in the mid-1980s. With the widespread use of term ‘event’ in the 88 Olympics, the event industry has expanded to public sector. Since the 2000s, the event industry has been at its peak and the nationwide event era has begun. Conclusions – To create a new paradigm of event’s studies for the future history of event industry, it must be accompanied by efforts of both industry, government, academia, and government. In order to systematically develop the event industry, the government should establish the promotion law and designate the department in charge for event industry.
