N/A Microsomal △6 desaturase is a key enzyme in the metabolism of polyunsaturated fatty acids, the activity of which is regulated by insulin. To determine if changes in d △6 desaturase activity in experimental diabetes correspond to changes in fatty acid compoistion of microsome and RBC membrane, 18 Sprague-Dawley rats were studied for 6 weeks. The animals were divided into 3 groups with 6 rats in each group. The first group was the contrals, the 2nd 3rd groups were streptozotocin diabetic rats but insulin was injected to the 3rd group. The △ 6 desaturase activities of diabetic rats were 68pg of those of controls (p<0.05) and increased to 119% of controls (p<0.05) with insulin treatment. Linolic (LA), palmitic (PA) and docosahexaenoic acids (DHA) were increased and arachidonic (AA) & oleic acids (OA) decreased in liver microsome of diabetic rats, which were reversed with insulin treatment, respectively. In erythrocyte membrane LA & stearic acids (SA) were increased, and PA, AA, and palmitoleic acids were decreased which were not reversed with insulin treatment, however. To summarize, insulin controls the △ 6 desaturase activities, which in turn affect fatty acid compositions of microsome and RBC membranes. Theee findings suggest that adequate insulin therapy is required for the correction of the polyunsaturated fatty acid metabolism as well as blood glucose control in the insulin dependent diabetics.

<몽금도전>의 구조적 특징과 문학사적 의미

본고는 <몽금도전>이 개작자의 비판의식을 토대로 확보한 새로운 서사적 맥락과 그러한 비판적 의식이 형성된 사회문화적 배경을 탐색하고, <몽금도전>의 서사와 논평을 ‘근대’가 고전 서사를 선별하고 활용했던 맥락에 비추어 이해함으로써 작품의 의미 확장을 도모하고자 하였다. <몽금도전>에는 기원 행위에 대한 비판이 두드러지는데, 개작자가 강조하는 ‘효’에 기반한 행위라 할지라도 비판적 시각은 예외 없이 적용되어 심청이 축원을 드리는 정성은 오히려 부녀관계에 무익한 것으로 형상화된다. <몽금도전>에 형상화된 효는 초월적 대상에게 기원하는 정성이 아니라 실질적인 도움의 정도에 근거하여 평가되는 실천적인 개념이기 때문에 심봉사의 ‘개안’은 기원 행위 자체가 부정되는 맥락에서는 현실화되지 않는 것이 <몽금도전>이 내세우는 효의 논리에도 부합한다. 이에 용궁 화소와 개안 화소가 삭제됨에 따라 <몽금도전> 후반부 서사는 <심청전>의 서사와 비교하면 ‘효행-보응’의 구조가 상대적으로 단순화된다. <몽금도전>은 ‘효행-보응’의 단일 구조를 바탕으로 효행 설화의 원형적 주제의식을 집약적으로 구현한 서사이며, ‘효도 배양에 대한 의지’는 <몽금도전>의 서사를 견인하며 작품의 주제의식과 구조를 형성하는 핵심적인 동력에 해당한다. <몽금도전>에 나타난 개작 의식은 20세기에 전개된 판소리의 통속화와 풍속 개량론, 일제강점기라는 시대적 특수성, 박문서관의 역사 등을 고려하여 그것이 형성된 맥락과 상황을 이해할 수 있었다. 또한 근대 단형서사 양식인 ‘서사적 논설’과 ‘논설적 서사’가 ‘서사’를 활용했던 방식은 <심청전>이 <몽금도전>으로 개작되는 과정에서 ‘효’가 어떻게 재맥락화되었는지를 고찰하는 데 참고점이 되었다. 근대의 관점에서 <심청전>이 담고 있는 ‘효’는 그 자체로 이념적 지배력을 지닌 가치로서 근대에도 여전히 유의미했을 뿐만 아니라, 감동과 계몽의 효용을 지니고 있어 출판업의 측면에서는 대중성과 공익성을 동시에 견인하는 요소였다. 이러한 이유로 <심청전>은 ‘당대의 출판업체에 의해 선별’되어 <몽금도전>으로 탄생할 수 있었던 것이었고, 효도의 본지를 살리기 위해 작품에 나타난 그릇된 풍속을 바로잡으려는 의식 역시도 풍속 개량의 문제가 사회적 화두로 존재하며 일본 제국주의와 조선 민족주의가 충돌하던 상황에서 ‘시대적으로 요청되고 승인’된 대상이었다. <몽금도전>은 <심청전>의 효에 의해 전통과 근대가 매개되어 탄생한 작품으로, <몽금도전>의 계도적이고 비판적인 목소리는 <심청전>의 효가 공익적 가치로 재맥락화되는 과정에서 발생한 것이다. 이러한 효의 재맥락화는 고전 서사를 선별하고 승인하는 근대적 가치관과 효녀 서사로 전승되어 온 <심청전>에 내재한 전통적 가치관의 교차점으로서 <몽금도전>이 갖는 위상을 보여준다. This article sought to expand the meaning of the work by exploring the new narrative context secured by Monggeumdojeon based on its critical consciousness and the socio-cultural background and understanding the narratives and comments of Monggeumdo-Jeon considering the context in which “modern era” selected and utilized classical narratives. The filial piety embodied in Monggeumdojeon is not a sincerity that wishes for transcendental objects, but a practical concept that is evaluated based on the degree of practical help. Therefore, it is consistent with the logic of the filial piety of Monggeumdojeon that A does not become a reality in the context in which the act of origin itself is denied. As the Yonggung and Open-eye pixels are deleted, the narrative in the second half of Monggeumdojeon is relatively simplified in the structure of “filial piety-reward” compared to the narrative in Simcheongjeon. Monggeumdojeon is a narrative that intensively implements the fundamental theme of the story of filial piety based on the single structure of “filial piety-reward.” The “will to cultivate filial piety” is a key driving force for the narrative of Monggeumdojeon and forms the theme consciousness and structure of the work. The significance of critical consciousness and lesson in Monggeumdojeon is better revealed than when considering the specificity of the modern era when the work was created and the context in which the modern era summoned and utilized classical narratives. The “filial piety” of Simcheongjeon was not only meaningful in the modern era but also had the utility of emotion and enlightenment, which was a factor that drove both popularity and public interest in the publishing industry. In addition, the method in which the modern short narratives used the narrative became a reference point for examining the re-contextualization of “filial piety” in the process of Simcheongjeon converted into Monggeumdojeon. The enlightening and instructive voice of Simcheongjeon arose from the meeting of modern era and traditions through the medium of “filial piety.” This shows the status of Monggeumdojeon as an intersection of the modern values that select classical narratives and the traditional values inherent in Simcheongjeon which has been passed down as a filial daughter narrative.

한국인 성인 당뇨병의 병인론적 이형성

N/A One hundred and twenty-one Korean adult diabetic patients with recent onset, diagnosed between the ages of 30 and 77 years, were investigated for the parameters of glycemic control, islet cell function, and immunologic markers of insulitis. The antibody tests were compared to the results of the 40 nondiabetic controls matched for age and body mass index (BMI). The 12 (9.9%) diabetic subjects were found to have positive islet cell surface antibody (ICSA). These patients were characterized by a small basal insulin reserve, more ketonuria, and poor glycemic control, although the maleness, the age at onset, and the duration of diabetes were the same as in 109 ICSA-negative cases. However, 11 patients (10.2%) having insulin autoantibody (IA) presented less basal and stimulated C-peptide reactivities, while other parameters compared were not different from those of IA-negative patients. Twelve patients were treated with insulin during follow-up for better glycemic control. Insulin-treated patients included those with poor glycemic control, more ketonuria, more proteinuria, longer duration of diabetes, and lower basal and stimulated C-peptide level, while the age of onset, the amount of weight loss, and the duration of diabetes were the same as in 87 cases treated without insulin. From these observations, it is suggested that 1) a significant number of Korean adult diabetic patients, who have not been treated with insulin initially, require insulin to control their high blood glucose levels: 2) about 17% of the middle-aged diabetic patients, who were diagnosed after the age of 30 are autoantibody positive suggesting autoimmune in etiology: 3) low C-peptide response after glucagon stimulation may be useful in predicting insulin deficiency when combined with ICSA and IA.

항공사의 Self-Service Technology(SST)품질이 고객만족과 행동의도에 미치는 영향 연구

This study aims to investigate what types of airlines` SST are exisitng and examine the effect of SSTQUAL for airlines on customer satisfaction and behavioral intention. Total of 197 samples were finally collected from the people who have experienced using airline website, ARS, kiosk and mobile applications so on. SSTQUAL for airlines were classified into security, functionality, ease of use, usefulness and customer satisfaction, reuse intention and word-of-mouth were composed of single dimension. Results of the study can be briefly summarized as follows. First, airlines` SSTQUAL such as security, functionality, ease of use, usefulness turned out to have significant influence on customer satisfaction. Second, custmer satisfaction had a significant influence on reuse intention and word of mouth. Third, reuse intention on airlines` SST had a significant influence on word-of-mouth. In conclusion, customer satisfaction which can affect reuse intention and word-of-mouth positively can be enhanced by increasing security, functionality, ease of use, usefulness of airlines` SST.

멕시코 원주민사회의 이중언어 상호문화교육

Mexico is a multi-cultural society with 68 officially recognized in-digenous languages. Nonetheless, they have been under a serious condition of high inequality in terms of basic human rights and well-balanced education due to the centralist and integrated policies of the country. The purpose of this paper is to address the educa-tional needs of Mexican indigenous communities through Bilingual Intercultural Education(BIE) programs. Fortunately, the Mexican Government has recently promoted and established bilingual educa-tion programs in indigenous communities and we hope that the BIM programs will work as a way to efficiently educate those who have been excluded from educational systems that function only in the dominant language of the country. What matters is how to link the newly designed bilingual education system to the indigenous society, aiming to attract their active broad participation and support to ach-ieve the best results.

본 논문에서는 빌딩블록 레이아웃 설계의 배치단계에서 발생하는 L-shape 채널의 gridless 배선알고리즘을 제시한다. 본 배선 알고리즘은 L-shape 채널을 구석부분과 두개의 채널로 나누어 구석부분부터 배선하고 랜덤데이타를 이용하여 성능을 평가한다.
