        3D 비접촉 인식을 이용한 냉연코일 테이프부착 로봇 개발

        Recently taping robot with smart recognition function have been studied in the coil manufacturing field. Due to the difficulty of 3D surface processing from the complicated working environment, it is not easy to accomplish smart tape attachment motion with non-contact sensor. To solve these problems the applicable surface recognition algorithm and a flexible sensing device has been recommended. In this research, the fusion method between 1D displacement and 3D laser scanner is applied for robust tape attachment about cold rolled coil. With these sensors we develop a two-step exploration and the smart algorithm for the awareness of non-aligned coil’s information. In the proposed robot system for tape attachment, the problem is reduced to coil’s radius searching with laser displacement sensor at first, and then position and orientation detection with 3D laser scanner. To get the movement at the robot’s base frame, the hand-eye compensation between robot’s end effector and sensing device should be also carried out respectively. In this paper, we examine the auto-coordinate transformation method in the calibration step for the real environment usage. From the experimental results, it was shown that the taping motion of robot had a robust under the non-aligned cold rolled coil.

      • 대표적인 열분해가스화 용융시설의 공정별 다이옥신 배출거동에 관한 연구

        The incineration process has commonly used for wastes amount reduction and thermal treatments of pollutants as the technologies accumulated. However, the process is getting negative public images owing to matter of hazardous pollutants emission. Specially dioxins became a main issue and is mostly emitted from municipal solid wastes incineration. In this reason, pyrolysis/gasfication/melting process is presented as a alternative of incineration process. The pyrolysis/gasfication/melting process, a novel technology, is middle of verification of commercial plant and development of technologies in Korea. But the survey about the pollutant emission from the process, and background data in these facilities is necessary. So in this survey, it Is investigated that the behavior of dioxins in three pyrolysis/gasfication/melting plant (S, T, P) of pilot scale. In case of S plant, concentration of dioxins shows high at latter part of cogenerated boiler and stack which are operate on low temperature conditions than a latter parts of pyrolysis and melting furnace which are operate on high temperature condition. Concentration of gas phage dioxins had increased after combusted gas passed cogenerated boiler and this is attributed to react of precursor materials such as chlorobenzene and chlorophenol. Concentration of dioxins in T plant showed lower levels at latter part of cooling equipment which are operate with water spray type on low temperature conditions than a latter parts of gasfied melting furnace which are operate on high temperature condition. Removal efficiency of dioxins at gas treatment equipment was 78.8 %. Concentration of dioxins in P plant was low at latter part of SDA/BF which is operate at low temperature conditions than a latter parts of pyrolysis gasfied chamber which are operate at high temperature condition. Removal efficiency of dioxins of SDA/BF was 85.9 % and therefore, it showed high efficiency at those of stoker type incineration facility. However, concentration of dioxins which emitted at high temperature condition were low in three facilities and satisfied present standard emission level of dioxins. To consider the distribution ratio of dioxins, Particulate phase dioxins at S and P plants showed similar ratio with which shows in current stoker type for middle scale domestic waste incineration facility. It is necessary to continuos monitoring the ratio of distribution of dioxins in T plant in because ratio of gas phage dioxins showed high.

      • 활성탄 사용에 따른 습식세정시설에서의 대기오염물질 제거효율 평가

        This study carried out to recommend adaptable technologies and countermeasures for performance improvement of Wet Scrubber(WS) in industrial waste incinerator. When not using the Activated Carbon(AC). the removal efficiency of dust and HCl is 73%, 92%. And particulate phase and gaseous phase dioxins removal efficiency was evaluated up to 31% and 12%. In this case, dioxins enrichment was not revealed in WS. When using the AC mixing with scrubbing water, the case of 1,0000pm, removal efficiency of particulate phase dioxins was about 51%, and gaseous phase dioxins was about 96%. The case of 2,000ppm, removal efficiency of particulate phase dioxins was about 55%, and gaseous phase dioxins was about 97%. And the case of 3,800ppm, the removal efficiency of particulate phase dioxins was about 35%, and gaseous phase dioxins was about 96% respectively. By this study, using the AC was more useful to remove the gaseous phase dioxins, and needed to use proper concentration of the AC, that in case of 3,800ppm, the particulate phase dioxins removal efficiency was more lower than other cases.

        생명보험에서의 피보험이익에 관한 소고 - 중국과 비교를 중심으로 -

        보험과 도박 모두 사행성 행위에 속하지만 양자는 확연히 다른 사회적 효과를 가지고 있다. 보험은 사고에 대한 미연의 방지와 위험을 분산시키고 사회적 안정을 가져올수 있다. 보험을 도박과 구분할 수 있는 것은 피보험이익의 효력이다. 피보험이익은 영국의 해상보험법에서 그 기원을 찾을 수 있으며 보험업이 발전하면서 각국은 피보험이익에 대한 논의가 활발히 이루어져 왔다. 피보험이익은 보험법에서의 핵심 개념이자 원칙으로서 도박을 방지하고 도덕적 위험 발생을 예방하며 손해보상금액의 정도를 제한하는 기능이 있다. 우리 상법은 손해보험상의 피보험이익만을 인정하고 있고, 학계 다수의 견해도 생명보험에서의 피보험이익을 인정하지 않고 있다. 그러나 점차 늘어가고 있는 도덕적 위험의 증가는 생명보험에서도 피보험이익의 유무를 확인하여 그 위험을 방지하는 것이 필요하다는 의견이 대두되고 있다. 중국의 경우 2009년 보험법을 개정하면서 피보험이익의 개념 및 피보험이익의 적용범위를 명확히 하여 생명보험까지 적용대상을 규정하였다. 이하에서는 한국과 중국의 피보험이익에 관한 개념과 주요기능을 먼저 살펴보고 생명보험에서의 피보험이익의 인정 및 그 인정범위에 관한 학설 등에 대하여 살펴보고자 한다 Both of insurance and gambling belong to the gambling behavior, but both side have distinctively different social effects. Insurance can prevent accidents beforehand, disperse risks, and bring social stability. What distinguishes insurance from gambling is the effect of Insurable Interest. Insurable Interest can be traced its origin of English Marine Insurance Law, and as the insurance business has evolved, countries have been actively discussing the Insurable Interest. Insurable Interest, as a core concept and principle, has the functions of preventing gambling and moral hazard and limiting the amount of damage compensation. In our commercial law, it is recognized only Insurable Interest, but, eve in the majority view of the academia, Insurable Interest isn’t recognized in Life Insurance. However, the increasing moral hazard is coming to the opinion that it is necessary to check Insurable Interest existence in Life Insurance and to prevent the risk. On the amendment of 2009 Insurance Act in China, it was clarified the concept and insurance coverage of Insurable Interest and defined the coverage to Life Insurance. In the followings, it will be examined first the concept and main functions of Insurable Interest of Korea and China, and the Insurable Interest recognition and the view of theories on its recognition range.

      • 발발성에 관한 음향학적 연구

        vibrato의 한 가지 형태인 ‘발발성’은 오늘날까지 구체적인 형태와 정의가 확립되지 않았다. 발발성에 대한 기존에 인식된 의미들은, 연구를 거치지 않고 정의되었을 뿐만 아니라, 출처를 알 수 없는 구두로 전해진 발발성에 대한 해석으로 여겨진다. 이러한 이유로 본 연구에서는 아쟁산조에서 나타나는 농현을 바탕으로 발발성의 정의에 대해 알아보고자 한다. PRAAT를 이용해 아쟁산조 중 진양조에 나타나는 농현의 주기를 측정한다. 농현의 상승시간과 하강시간을 분리한 분석을 통해 발발성의 형태를 알 수 있다. 그 결과, ascent가 descent보다 짧을 경우 발발성과 멀어진다는 결론이 나오게 된다. 1회 농현의 속도가 빨라지면 빨라질수록 장력에 역행하는 형태의 농현은 나올 수 없다. 이상적인 농현 형태는 형상탄성의 작용에 역행하는 농현법으로서, 1회 속도를 비교적 빠르게 유지하면서 하강시간을 상승시간보다 길게 나타낸다면 이상적인 농현이 될 수 있을 것이라 생각된다. Balbalseong, one of vibratos, it's concrete form and definition has not yet been established. Because the previously perceived meanings of Balbalseong were defined without research and were interpretation of the orally passed down information from an unknown source. For this reason, we tried to define Balbalseong based on Nonghyeon shown in Ajaeng Sanjo. We sounded the periodic time of Nonghyeon shown in Jinyangjo among Ajaeng Sanjo with PRAAT. As a result, we could conclude that Balbalseong is further removed when ascent is shorter than descent. Nonghyeon which is contrary to the tension can't be show up if the speed of it is faster. The ideal form of Nonghyeon is contrary to the elastic effect of shape. Nonghyeon can be ideal if descent is longer than ascent while maintaining a relatively fast speed.

        최소 지름 신장 트리를 구하는 근사 알고리즘

        이차원 평면에 주어진 개의 점 집합 에 대한, 최소 신장 트리(minimum spanning tree, MST)는 의 점들을 연결한 신장 트리 중에서 에지 길이의 총합이 최소가 되는 트리로 정의된다. 에 대한 신장 트리의 지름(diameter)은 트리의 두 점을 연결한 트리 경로 중에서 최장 경로의 길이로 정의되며, 최소 지름 신장 트리(minimum-diameter spanning tree, MDST)는 에 대한 신장 트리 중에서 지름이 가장 작은 트리를 의미한다. 현재까지 알려진 가장 좋은 알고리즘[3]은 MDST를시간에 구한다. 본 논문에서는 MDST의 지름보다 최대 5/4배 이내의 지름을 보장하는 신장 트리를 구하는 시간 근사 알고리즘(approximation algorithm)을 제시한다. 이것은 MDST 문제에 관한 첫 번째 근사 알고리즘이다. Let be a set of points in the plane. A minimum spanning tree(MST) is a spanning tree connectingpoints ofsuch that the sum of lengths of edges of the tree is minimized. A diameter of a tree is the maximum length of paths connecting two points of a spanning tree of . The problem considered in this paper is to compute the spanning tree whose diameter is minimized over all spanning trees of . We call such tree a minimum-diameter spanning tree(MDST). The best known previous algorithm[3] finds MDST intime. In this paper, we suggest an approximation algorithm to compute a spanning tree whose diameter is no more than 5/4 times that of MDST, running intime. This is the first approximation algorithm on the MDST problem.

        중국의 반도체집적회로 배치설계 보호에 관한 연구

        Semiconductors called rice of industry is one of high value-added high-tech strategic industries in the information industrial society. A layout design means the two-dimensionally or three-dimensionally placed design of conductors and circuit elements to connect them. Semiconductor integrated circuit layout design means the design of showing the spatial arrangement of integrated circuits to enable functions of the electronic circuit to be peformed by integrating circuit elements in a minimum space. In the event of protection of the design as a patent, it is difficult to grant it a patent since it is hard to make the judgement of novelty, progressiveness, etc. In addition, the development of technologies proceeds and the life cycle of products is short, so it is difficult to protect the rights of layout design with a patent requiring a long period examination. Layout designs of integrated circuits, China has the basic role of the information technology industry as the core of the information industry. January 28, 2011 the State Council promulgated a Encouraging the Development of the Software and Integrated Circuit Industries Several Policies integrated circuit industry, information industry and the national strategy for the fundamental role that was expressed. The protection for semiconductor integrated circuit layout design in China has been enforced as thew State Council passed the Integrated Circuit Layout-design Protection Regulations in the 36th executive meeting Match 28, 2001 as part of the policy for the protection of intellectual property rights after sign-up with the World Trade Organization (WTO) along with economic development. At the same time, the State Route Integrated Circuit Design Layout Intellectual Property Act Implementing Regulations has been announced, effective from October 1, 2001. This study tried to examine a concept of semiconductor integrated circuit arrangement design, exclusive rights of layout design licensee, infringement remedies, problems, and improvements.
