PV renewable energy penetration rate has been sharply increased based on the 3020 government policy. However, most of the pv plant output power is decreased due to the lack of the management tool and skills. IEC 61724-1 suggests PR index to evaluate the pv plant performance. But, PR index have a problem of fault recognition rate because of low value when low irradiation day. This paper present a linear regression method, temperature correction equation, estimation error matrix, clearness index and proposed variable index to classify the fault state of pv power plant.
공단밀집지역에 위치한 일개 응급의료센터에 내원한 급성산업중독환자에 대한 분석

Purpose: Surveys on poisoning usually involves intoxication rather than inhalation, skin contact, etc. Therefore, we examined the characteristics of patients who visited the emergency department in an industrial complex after acute industrial exposure to toxic materials. Methods: Medical records of patients exposed to toxic materials in the work places from April, 2006, to March, 2008, were analyzed retrospectively. Inhalation patients due to fire were excluded. Results: Subjects included 66 patients, with a mean age of $35.4{\pm}10.9$ years, mostly men (91%). Toxicity occurred in 51 patients (77%) by contact, 15 patients (23%) by inhalation, and none by oral ingestion. For toxic materials, 10 patients were exposed to hydrofluoric acid, 8 to hydrochloric acid, 7 to sodium hydroxide, 7 to metals, and others. The face and hands were the most frequent exposure site by contact. Most exposures were caused by accidents, with 29 cases (42%) exposed because of carelessness or not wearing protective equipment. Most complaints were pain on exposure site, but 7 of the inhalation patients complained of dyspnea. The majority of patients with contact exposure were discharged after wound care or observation. After inhalation exposure, 1 patient died and 5 patients were admitted to the intensive care unit. Conclusion: Major causes of workplace exposure were not wearing protective equipment or carelessness. Although contact exposures are usually benign, cautious observation and management are required in patients with inhalation exposure.

Dementia is the syndrome declined the human cognitive function, especially the memory. It is important that each subdomain of cognition must be evaluated in the diagnosis of dementia. The neuropsychological test is needed for proper evaluation of the cognitive state of patients suspected dementia. Because many neuropsychological (NP) tests have been developed and validated in Korea, we have to understand the characteristics and the pros and cons of each test. Clinical Practical Guideline (CPG) for dementia has been developed by clinical research center for dementia since 2007 and NP tests that have been used and validated frequently in Korea was presented in this CPG. As elderly population increases,the more patients have been diagnosed as dementia. Therefore, the primary physician examining and diagnosing the dementia patients have to understand the NP test fundamentally. 치매는 사람의 뇌의 고위 기능 중 하나인 인지기능이 떨어지는 상태로 이를 진단하기 위해서는 뇌의 각 부분에서 담당하는 인지기능에 대한 평가가 무엇보다도 중요하다. 이러한 인지기능의 평가를 위한 도구가 신경심리검사인데, 현재 국내외에는 많은 신경심리검사들이 개발, 표준화되어 사용되고있으므로, 검사 도구들의 특징을 자세히 알지 못하면 실제 임상에서 사용하는데 어려움이 따르게 된다. 2007년부터 보건복지가족부 지정 노인성치매 임상연구센터에서는 치매 진단을 보다 체계적으로 시행할 수 있는 임상진료지침을 만들어왔고, 임상진료지침 안에서 좀 더 효율적이고 객관적인 치매진단을 위해 우리나라에서 표준화되고 많이 사용되는 신경심리검사들에 대하여 설명하고 있다. 노인 인구의 빠른 증가로인해 치매 환자의 수가 급증하고 있는 시점에서, 일차의료를담당하는 의료인에게 이러한 신경심리검사에 대한 기본적인이해가 필요하다.

Wind power is one of the fastest growing renewable energy sources. The blades length and tower height of wind turbine have been growing steadily in the last 10 years in order to increase the output amount of wind power energy. The amount of wind turbine energy is increased by increasing the capacity of wind turbine, but the costs of preventive, corrective and replacement maintenance are also increased accordingly. Recently, Condition Monitoring System that can repair the fault diagnose and repair of wind turbine in the real-time. However, these system have a problem that cannot predict and diagnose of the fault. In this paper, wind turbine predict methodology is proposed by using the SVM method. In the case study, correlation analysis between wind turbine fault and external environmental factors is performed by using the SVM method.

The incidence of absence and occipital lobe epilepsy appearing in the same young individual is quite rare. A fourteen year-old girl has had two types of recurrent seizures: 1)simple partial seizure with secondary generalization probably originating in the left occipital lobe, and 2)absence seizure. Electroencephalogram demonstrated frequent spikes on the left occipital region with or without bilateral synchronization and generalized 3 Hz spike and wave complexes during hyperventilation procedure and photic stimulation.
