        유아기 자녀의 초등학교 전이를 경험하는 어머니의 양육불안 척도 개발 연구

        Objectives: The purpose of this study is to develop the anxiety scale for mothers experiencing elementary school transition in early childhood and to examine its reliability and validity. Method: The subjects of this study are mothers of young children who are about to enter elementary school. Through purposive sampling, 292 subjects participated in this study. The data collected from them were analyzed with SPSS 21.0 and Amos 21.0 programs Results: Based on the conventional child-rearing anxiety scale and analysis results of previous studies and research reports, basic items were selected. A preliminary survey was conducted to design the preliminary scale with 34 items. For the six factors classified by exploratory factor analysis, this researcher and three pedologic experts examined content validity and then divided the items into three areas: anxiety of parents’ role (15 items), anxiety of education support (15 items), and anxiety of child development (4 items). To examine the goodness-of-fit of the child-rearing anxiety scale, confirmatory factor analysis was conducted, and therefore its validity was secured. The internal consistency Croabach’s α was .926 so that the scale was proved to be a stable tool. On the assumption that child beliefs and parent participation are related to child-rearing anxiety, correlation analysis was conducted. As a result, there were partially significant correlations with sub factors. Conclusions: This scale developed to measure the child-rearing anxiety of mothers experiencing elementary school transition in early childhood was found to have good reliability and validity. 연구목적: 본 연구의 목적은 유아기 자녀의 초등학교 전이를 경험하는 어머니의 양육불안 척도를 개발하고 척도의 신뢰도 및 타당도를 검증하는데 있다. 방법: 본 연구의 대상은 초등학교 입학을 앞둔 유아기 자녀의 어머니이다. 유의표집을 통해 최종적으로 292명이 연구에 참여하였고, 수집된 자료는 SPSS 21.0과 Amos 21.0 프로그램을 활용하여 분석을 실시하였다. 결과: 연구를 수행하기 위해 기존의 양육불안 척도와 선행연구 및 연구보고서 분석 내용을 토대로 기초 문항을 선정하고 예비조사를 실시하여 34문항의 예비척도를 구성하였다. 탐색적 요인분석을 통해 분류된 6개의 요인에 대하여 연구자와 3인의 아동학 전문가가 내용타당도를 검증한 후, 부모역할 불안(15문항), 교육지원 불안(15문항), 자녀발달 불안(4문항)의 3개 영역으로 구분하였다. 양육불안 척도의 적합성을 알아보기 위하여 확인적 요인분석을 실시하여 타당도를 확보하였으며 내적일치도 Crobach’s α 값이 .926으로 높게 나타나 안정적인 도구임이 증명되었다. 또한 자녀 신념과 부모 참여를 양육불안과 관련이 있는 변인으로 보고 상관분석을 실시한 결과 하위요인과 부분적으로 유의미한 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 결론: 유아기 자녀의 초등학교 전이를 경험하는 어머니의 양육불안 측정을 위해 개발된 본 도구는 신뢰도와 타당도가 적합한 것으로 검증되었다.

        어머니, 교사 및 또래와의 관계에 대한 유아의 인식과 자아개념

        The purpose of this study targeted 93 full 5-year-old preschoolers was to examine young children’s recognition of the relationships with their mothers, teachers, and peers and to analyze the effect of children’s recognition on their self-concept. Children’s recognition of the relationships with the people around and their self-concepts were measured by use of picture diagrams to help children’s understanding and their replies. Data analysis showed that young children recognize their relationships with the people around positively, and that children’s conflict recognition with their teachers influence negatively on their self-concept. This study is meaningful in that it directly researched preschooler's cognition of the relationships with the people around themselves from situation in the lack of preceding research that it comprehensively studied about relationships with the preschooler and others, and it executed one-to-one interview with preschooler using the picture tool for preschooler developed by the investigator in order to measure the preschooler's cognition.

        자녀의 초등학교 입학 전후 어머니의 양육불안에 미치는 영향요인 분석

        Objective: The purpose of this study is to find the tendencies and differences of mother’s child-rearing anxiety before and after their children enter into elementary school, to analyze the factors influencing child-rearing anxiety at each time, and thereby to seek a support plan at the time of transition. Methods: The subjects of this study were 181 mothers who participated in two surveys which were conducted before and after their child entered into elementary school. Results: Firstly, mother’s child-rearing anxiety before and after their children’s entrance into elementary school was at a middle level, but increased significantly when they experienced their children’s transition to elementary school. Secondly, mother's child-rearing anxiety, before their children’s entrance into elementary school, was influenced by private education, the collection of educational information, cognitive ability, whether or not to develop a work status change plan, and birth order sequentially. Thirdly, child-rearing anxiety after their children’s entrance into elementary school was significantly influenced by child-rearing anxiety before their children’s entrance into elementary school and the mother’s employment. Conclusion/Implications: This study is meaningful in the point that it suggested the necessity for the cooperation between multiple systems, such as systematic and stepwise parenting education, the importance of offering information to educational institutions and local governments, and for work-family support policy to prioritize children in order to support children’s successful transition into elementary school.

        상표권 침해에 관한 온라인서비스 제공자(OSP)의 이차적 책임에 관한 논의

        Owing to the growth of internet business, keyword search and advertisement-sales are activating through shopping-mall, auction, search-engines and so the economic meanings of online market are greatly growing in modern society. Secondary liability for trademark infringement, as a umbrella term embracing a variety of trademark infringement actions except direct infringement by use of trademark, has characteristic of the participantbased or the relationship-based liability. The domestic supreme court hold that open market operator takes joint tort liability through the theory of accessory. It is required to discuss on the legislative improvement, in that the liability of the open market operator caused by trade of imitation product is equal to that of users(seller and buyer) as a direct liability caused by illegal act. It is required to discuss on the legislative improvement, as it is improper to apply the same theories or doctrine of copyright law in light of the seriousness of result. As far as in secondary liability for online trademark infringement, international agreements such as WIPO treaty and FTA agreement as well as the establishment of criteria of domestic court may influence on the resolution of the related issues of online service provider, in that online service providers are mostly global enterprise. 인터넷 관련 사업의 발달로 이를 이용한 쇼핑몰과 옥션, 검색엔진을 통한 상품의 키워드 검색과 광고판매가 성행하면서 현대 사회에서 온라인 시장의 경제적 의미는 매우 커지고 있다. 상표권자는 상표권 침해행위에 기한 소송을 상표권 침해행위자뿐 아니라OSP에게 민법과 공정거래법, 정보통신방법 등을 근거로 손해배상 책임을 주장하거나 상표권 침해를 유인하여 이에 가담한 책임요건을 충족시켜 전자상거래법 및부정경쟁방지법상의 행정적, 형사적 처벌을 받게 할 수도 있다. 이차적 책임이란상표법 제2조의 상표의 사용에 대한 책임이 아니라는 점을 제외하고는 수많은 다양한 상표권침해소송 유형을 포괄하는‘상위개념(umbrella term)’이다. 상표권침해의 이차적 책임은 이용자의 직접적인 상표사용에 의한 침해가 있음을 전제로한다는 점에서 참여기초적(participant-based), 관계기초적(relationshipbased) 책임이라고 할 수 있다. OSP의 상표권자와의 관계에서 제기되는 법적책임 문제는 다음에서 살펴 볼 OSP의 이차적 책임과 그 제한에 관한 문제가 핵심이다. 국내외 판례에 대하여 법원의 판단과 관련하여 책임요건과 제한, 서비스제공자의 침해에 대한 예방적 방지조치에 관한 노력들이 검토의 중심 내용이 될것이다. 이와 같은 노력은 외국의 경우도 비슷한 상황이어서 상표법 분야에서 발생하는 동일사안에 대하여 저작권의 이차적 책임기준이 동일하게 적용될 수 있는가 하는 점과 입법개선 및 방식에 대한 찬반 견해가 엇갈리고 있다. 또한 OSP들은 대체로 정보사회시스템을 운영하는 글로벌 기업들로서, 이차적 책임에 관한 한 국가별 위상과 WIPO조약, 한-미 FTA협정과 한-EU FTA협정 등 국제조약 및 협약의 공조체제가 큰 영향을 미치고 있다.

        도시지역 일부 여자고등학생들의 월경통과 관련요인

        Purpose: The present study intended to reveal the association between the physique of adolescent women and dysmenorrhea, and the factors related to the frequency of dysmenorrhea. Methods: The study subjects included 511 girls of a women's high school in Daejeon city and they were, during the period of March 1st through April 30th, 2005, given self-administered questionnaires about frequency of menstruation, age, physique, exercise, and such menstruation-related items as age of menarche, menstrual period and days, and amount. Results: As with the frequency of dysmenorrhea, 38.4% experienced it 「always」, 44.6% 「occasionally」, and 17.0% 「almost scarcely」, and those with dysmenorrhea accounted for 83.0% of the subjects. The frequency of dysmenorrhea was not significant difference according to the BMI and HPI. However, the lower the age of menarche and the greater the amount of menstrual flow, the more frequent dysmenorrhea. The symptoms of dysmenorrhea included the highest frequency of low back pain(68.5%) and it was followed by abdominal pain(65.9%), sensibility(54.0%), fatigue(51.7%), and nervousness(49.5%). These accompanied symptoms tended to be worse as the frequency of dysmenorrhea increased. The multiple logistic regression analysis revealed that the relative risk of frequency of dysmenorrhea is 2.2 times in age of 14, by a standard age of 15 as menarchial age, 2.2 in 13, and 3.1 in below 12. The menstrual days was 3.0 times in both below 2 days and over 8 days with the standard days of 3-7 days. The menstrual amount was 1.9 times in the group with a greater amount of menstrual bleeding and 1.5 times in the group with a less amount than the normal group, respectively. Conclusion: The above results suggest that the rate of experiencing dysmenorrhea was up to 83.0% and 38.4% from these had dysmenorrhea upon every menstruation. It is thought that dysmenorrhea could be a great disadvantage sufficient to impair optimal health to a larger body of school girls. Further, for quality of life, it is required that more fundamental strategies instead of pain killers or others for palliation of dysmenorrhea would be established among adolescents.
