As the aggregate supply and demand shortages in Korea due to the lack of aggregates due to the regulation of production and use conditions of domestic aggregate collectors, the media recently pointed out the distribution of so-called bad aggregates containing soil powder. Such poor aggregates have a high self-absorption rate according to the reference, etc., leading to a decrease in the fluidity of the concrete. Therefore, in order to secure fluidity, the unit quantity increases greatly from 30 kg/㎥ to 55 kg/㎥, and the increased unit yield eventually leads to a decrease in compressive strength, resulting in a decrease in strength from about 35 % to 45 % compared to general aggregates. It indicates that there is a risk of shortening the life of the structure. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the effect of aggregate soil on concrete.

Recently, the use of selective crushed aggregates is increasing due to the supply and demand shortage of aggregates. In the case of selective crushed aggregates, aggregates are produced using soil, rocks, etc., mainly generated at construction sites as raw materials. As a result, the quality of the raw material may not be uniform and may contain a large amount of soil. In the case of using such a bad aggregate shortens the life of the structure, there is a fear that adversely affect the overall performance, such as the strength and durability of the concrete. Therefore, this study analyzes the effect of aggregate soil on mortar in the low-strength mortar and ultimately proposes the regulation value of clay content in the soil content of crushed aggregates such as crushed aggregates.

In this study, the characteristics of single-component and other sealant were analyzed to provide repair methods and effective utilization of sealant due to crack generation. Humidity studies have shown that acrylic silicone is effective in many areas of fluidity and temperature change, and that polysulfide-silicon is most effective in resistance to linear expansion coefficient and external pressure. Therefore, the difference between drying shrinkage and thermal expansion coefficient between various building materials and sealant, as well as the use of sealant, is analyzed, and construction methods derived accordingly, and prevention of defects are considered to be part of the construction project.

본 연구에서는 선별파쇄 골재 등 부순 골재에 포함된 토분함유량 규정치를 정하는 연구의 일환으로써 골재 토분이 모르타르의 기초적 특성에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 토분함유량이 증가할수록 유동성과 휨강도는 감소하고, 공기량은 증가하며 압축강도는 1 % 전후에서 증가하는 경향도 나타났으나 전반적으로 감소하였다.

In this study, as series of studies to provide how to apply coal gasification slag(CGS) as one of byproducts for high strength concrete, from a newly introduced power generation method in Korea, the possibility of using a mixed aggregate with 25 percent of CGS as a concrete residual were investigated. The results indicated that the compressive strength of concrete using CGS at early age was lower than that using CS, but compressive strength at 28 days showed similar levels of strength enhancement.

In this study, it was intended to confirm the possibility of using the Durometer in estimating the setting time by comparing the Proctor penetration resistance with the Durometer type A of hardness in concrete substituting CBS Dust. With the hardness of Durometer type A, it is expected to be used conveniently in the field of practice as it is determined to be about 18 HD for the initial determination and 31 HD for the end measurement.
