최근 기업에서는 SLA를 도입하여 IT 서비스를 수행하고 있다. 하지만 SLA 평가 지표의 선정과 개선에 대한 객관적인 기준이 없기 때문에 IT 서비스의 발전 방안을 제시하기 어렵다. 본 연구에서는 기존의 IT 성숙도 모델에서 사용된 평가 속성을 기반으로 하여 SLA 평가 지표의 선정과 개선을 위한 기준에 맞는 측정 지표를 도출하고 이를 제안한다. 제안한 측정 지표의 적용 가능성을 검증하기 위하여 본 연구에서는 D사에 기반을 둔 사례 연구를 수행하였다. D사의 현황에 맞는 측정 지표를 적용 및 평가 하여 개선 목표선을 지정하고, 개선 목표선 이하의 점수를 가진 측정 지표에 대한 개선 지침을 제시하여 각 측정 지표에 대한 SLA 평가 지표를 도출한다. 도출된 SLA 평가 지표를 D사의 사례에 1년 간 적용하여 지표 선정 및 개선의 방법이 유용함을 입증하였다. Many companies have recently apply SLA and execute IT service by using SLA. However, there are no objective standards for selection and improvement of SLA evaluation metrics. We derive and present measurement attributes that are criteria for selection and improvement of SLA evaluation metrics as measurement metrics. We execute a case study based on D company in order to verify whether the measurement metrics are applicable. We apply and evaluate the measurement metrics that are applicable to D company, and then we designate an improvement line. We propose improvement guidelines of the measurement metrics which score is less than the improvement line's and derive SLA evaluation metrics. We prove that the way of selection and improvement is useful by applying SLA evaluation metrics to D company.

대학교 태권도선수의 자기관리와 스포츠 대처전략 및 경기력 간의 구조적 관계

이 연구는 대학교 태권도선수의 자기관리와 스포츠 대처전략 및 경기력에 구조적 관계를 분석하고, 각 변인을 이해하기 위한 기초연구에 기여하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 연구자는 서울과 경기, 인천, 전북에 소재한 대학교 태권도전공 중 15개 팀에서 선행연구에서 사용된 구조화된 설문지를 수정 및 보완하여 무작위로 선정하여 표본을 추출하 였고, Window SPSS 22.0 프로그램과 AMOS 22.0 프로그램을 이용하여 분석하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 첫째, 대학교 태권도선수의 자기관리는 스포츠 대처전략에 부분적으로 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 대학교 태권도선수의 스포 츠 대처전략은 경기력에 부분적으로 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 대학교 태권도선수의 자기관리는 경기력에 부분적으 로 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 넷째, 대학교 태권도선수의 자기관리와 경기력 간에 스포츠 대처전략은 부분적으로 매개역할 을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 토대로 선수의 자기관리와 스포츠 대처전략, 경기력의 구조적 관계를 이해할 수 있는 기초자료에 기여할 수 있으며, 추후 인구사회학적 특성에 따른 조절효과와 척도 개발 연구를 제언하였다. The purpose of this study was to analyze the structural relationship among college Taekwondo athletes' self-management, sports coping strategies, and athletic performance, and to contribute to basic research to understand each variable. To this end, the researcher revised and supplemented the structured questionnaire used in the preceding study by 15 teams among universities in Taekwondo majors in Seoul, Gyeonggi, Incheon, and Jeonbuk, and randomly selected and extracted a sample. Analysis used the program obtained the following results. First, the self-management of college Taekwondo players had a significant effect on sports coping strategies. Second, the sports coping strategies of college Taekwondo players had a positive effect on their performance. Third, the self-management of college Taekwondo players had a positive effect on their performance in part. Fourth, it was found that the sports coping strategy partially played a mediating role between self-management and athletic performance of university Taekwondo athletes. Based on these research results, it is possible to contribute to basic data to understand the structural relationship among athletes' self-management, sports coping strategies, and athletic performance, and later, a study on the development of moderation effects and scales according to demographic characteristics was suggested.

목 적: 저자들은 제3형 개방성 경골 골절로 수술적 치료를 시행한 환자의 결과를 분석하여 이에 대한 치료 지침을 제시하고자 한다. 대상 및 방법: 최근 7년간 본원에서 치료한 환자 42례를 대상으로 하였으며 연령 분포는 15세에서 76세로 남자가 35례, 여자가 7례였으며, 골절의 분류는 제 Ia형 14례, 8례였다. 최종 기능적 평가는 Tucker의 분류법을 사용하였다. 결과: 골 유합 기간은 IIa형이 9.2개월, Ib형이 11.0개월 IIc형이 13.8개월이었고 치료 기간 중 회전 피판 이식술과 유리 피판 이식을 시행하였으며, 특히 Ic형에서는 골 연장술을 시행하였다. 기능적 평가로는 IIc로 갈수록 불량하였다. 결론: 비활성 조직의 충분한 제거, 노출 골편의 조기 피복 후 IIa형에서는 골수강내 금속정을 이용한 견고한 내고정으로 좋은 결과를 얻을 수 있고, IIb와 IIc형에서는 외고정 기구를 사용하여 견고한 고정력을 얻을 수 있을 것으로 사료된다. 색인단어:194 ※통신저자: 송 경 진 561-712, 전북 전주시 덕진구 금암동 634-18 전북대학교 의과대학 정형외과학교실 전화: (063) 250-1760, Fax: (063) 271-6538 e-mail: kysong@moak.chonbuk.ac.kr 제3형 개방성 경골 골절의 수술적 치료 y 195

Spontaneous bilateral Achilles tendon ruptures are a rare occurrence that usually occur in patients with chronic systemic disease. Many cases are also associated with corticosteroid or fluoroquinolone use. We present a case of a 66-year-old woman who had bilateral Achilles tendon ruptures after local steroid injection. Intraoperatively, degenerative changes at both sides of rupture end and large defect were seen. We reconstructed the Achilles tendon using V-Y plasty and reinforced the repair site using the flexor hallucis longus tendon for both sides. The patient showed favorable result three years postoperatively with return to range in a degree of activity levels.
