JOB SHADOWING을 활용한 중학생 진로탐색 집단상담 프로그램 개발

The purpose of this study was to develop career exploration group counseling program using job shadowing for enhancing middle school students' career maturity. To achieve this purpose, questions of this study are the following; First, What are the contents of career exploration group counseling program using job shadowing? Second, How effective is the program? In this study, the middle school students' career development, career education, existing career group-counseling program and job shadowing for improving career maturity of middle school students were reviewed. The components of this program were extracted from the leading research. The process of constructing the program followed the Park In-Woo(1995)'s systematic counseling program development model and the program was consisted of total 10 sessions. In order to validate the constructed program, 14 students randomly among 39 applicants were selected and distributed equally to a experimental group and a control group. Each group was conducted pre-test and carried out the career exploration group-counseling program using job shadowing for 70 minutes to the experiment group over 10 times for 5 weeks, and conducted post-test; As measuring instruments, the 'Career Maturity Test' developed by Korea Occupational Ability Development Service(2001) was used. Data analysis was performed using MANCOVA using SPSS. And in order to complement the shortage of quantitative analysis, the observation of participants, job shadowing report and results of satisfaction test were analysed additionally. The results of this study were as follows; First, career exploration group counseling program using job shadowing for enhancing career maturity of middle school students can be constructed with four components: Self-Understanding→Work and Job Understanding→Career Decision-Making→Career Plan, and consists of job shadowing in domain of 'work and job understanding'. Second, the test score of experiment group members was improved significantly comparing with that of control group members. It shows that the constructed program is effective for career maturity. 본 연구의 목적은 중학생의 진로 성숙도 향상을 위한 job shadowing을 활용한 진로탐색 집단상담 프로그램을 개발하는 것이다. 이에 따른 연구문제는 첫째, Job shadowing을 활용한 중학생 진로탐색 집단상담 프로그램은 어떠한 내용으로 구성할 것인가? 둘째, Job shadowing을 활용한 중학생 진로탐색 집단상담 프로그램의 효과는 어떠한가? 이다. 선행 연구 고찰을 토대로 프로그램의 구성요소를 도출했으며, 박인우(1995)의 체계적 상담 프로그램 개발 모형에 기초하여 프로그램을 구안하였다. 구안된 프로그램은 10회기의 자기이해→일과 직업세계의 이해→진로의사결정→진로계획의 구성요소로 구안되었다. Job shadowing은 ‘일과 직업세계의 이해’의 영역에 포함시켰다. 구안된 프로그램을 중학생에게 실시한 결과 실험집단의 진로성숙도가 유의하게 향상되었다. 본 연구는 진로탐색 집단상담 프로그램에 직업체험이라는 실질적이고 적극적인 방법을 활용하여 학교생활과 직업생활의 연관성을 찾을 수 있도록 조력할 수 있는 프로그램을 개발했다는 점에서 그 의의가 있다.
일본 헤이안 시대의 문학작품에 나타난 의례식(儀禮食)의 원형 연구 -곡령신앙을 중심으로-

The purpose of this study was to analyze the prototype of the mochi, an embodiment of the grain soul faith, by looking at ancient myths, inherited folk tales, and legendry and monogataries from the Heian Period. First, the study looked at the grain soul faith in myths. Their traces were found in Fudoki (風土記) published in the Nara Period. At the base of the folk tale called 'Mochinomato (餅の的)' are presented the grain soul faith and the agricultural rituals. Second, the study looked at the aspects of the ritual food, particularly the rice-based mochi appearing in the literary works from the Heian Period. Nihon Ryoiki', a Buddhist legendry from the Heian Period describes a scene of mochi being offered to a temple as a donation for consecration ceremony. This shows that Buddhism was infused with the grain soul faith in this period. Third, the study was able to examine the Comeal thought and the grain soul faith which had been passed down from the mythological age through Ikanomochi (五十日餅), which celebrated a child 50 days after birth by preparing the mochi, and Mikayonomochi (三日夜餅), which declared the marriage of a man and a woman official 3 days after their having sex by preparing and sharing the mochi. Thus, the results of this study showed that the ancient Japanese perceived the great vitality in the growing plants, especially in rice; believed in their mystical power; recognized the embodiment of the grain soul to be the food, the mochi; and regarded it as an important ritual food that should not be absent in rites of life or annual events. 平安時代の説話集や物語の中でどのように儀禮食である餠が現われているかその実態を明らかにしようとした。 まず、神話の中から穀靈信仰を調べてみた。民間の穀靈信仰の跡を奈良時代に編纂された『風土記』から窺うことができる。‘餅の的’という説話の基底に穀靈信仰と農耕儀禮の深い繋りが想定される。餅即ち穀物は断じてむやみに扱ってはならないもの、神妙な靈性を持っているものとして認識されていたことが分かる。 次に、平安時代の仏教説話集である『日本霊異記』に餠がお寺に布施される供養料として機能している話がみえる。これは穀靈信仰に佛敎が習合したものである。 最後に、誕生と婚礼という人生儀礼の中で餅が持つ意味が大きいことを調べてみた。子どもの誕生後五十日になる日子どもの健康を祝うために拵える‘いかのもち’と、男女が関係を結んでから三日目にその婚姻を公式的なものにするために準備される‘みかよのもち’を通して神話時代から伝承されてきた共食思想と穀靈信仰を窺うことができる。 以上で、古代人は生長する植物、特に稲に偉大な生命力を感じ、呪力が込められていると思い、その穀靈を形象化したものを餅であると信じ、人生儀礼や年中行事に欠かせない重要な儀礼食として拵えたことがわかった。

This paper diagnoses the transportation problems of Taejon City, including the car ownerships, modal splits, highway, traffic control and safety. After that, it deals with the recent technical innovation of transport and it's impact on exiting system, and it suggest the adequate transport policy coping with the local autonomy for Taejon.

This paper aims at establishing the design approach for public transport network system. Based on the exiting research results, field survey and network simulation, the efficient procedure for public transport network building is suggested, especially for the case of bus network with or without the subway lines. We make 4 alternatives for rebuilding network system in Taejon city. The standardization method for the indicators of convenience, mobility, amenity and revenue is used for multi-criteria evaluation. As a results, the 3rd alternative, shortening each line distance by dividing the long line into two short lines, is optimal. The impact analysis for subway opening is given, too.
