한의원의 한방물리요법 이용 현황과 건강보험 급여화에 대한 인식

Objectives: This study aimed to investigate the present status of physical therapies provided in the Korean medicine clinics, and to find out the priorities among and the estimated fees of physical therapies for the National Health Insurance plan. Methods: We administered nationwide survey to Korean medicine doctors using the on-line survey system. 16 physical therapies were listed in the Web-based questionnaires, and responders were asked to mark the therapies they used for their patients, and, for each therapy they marked, to fill in the form including the frequencies of service, service fees, target diseases, and priorities for health insurance coverage, etc. Results: Of 488 respondents, 93.7% provide more than one physical therapy for their patients, and each responder uses 5.9 physical therapies on average. 60-90% of physical therapies are being given to patients for free because they are not covered by the National Health Insurance. There is little evidence that the specialties of Korean medicine doctors are related with the use of physical therapies, but, in some therapies, the doctors with longer career years use the physical therapy more frequently. Most physical therapies are applied to the patients with musculoskeletal diseases, cardiovascular diseases, and nervous diseases, etc. Conclusions: Physical therapies are widely used among Korean medicine doctors without proper compensation. This could be the one of the main factors distorting the profit structure of Korean medicine clinics, and it encourages the National Health Insurance to cover physical therapies provided in the Korean medicine clinics.

대학생의 글로컬 역량 측정도구 개발 및 타당화 연구

본 연구의 목적은 글로컬(Glocal)역량을 진단하는 평가도구를 개발하고, 그 평가도구의 타당성을 검증하는 것이다. 본 연구에서 글로컬(Glocal) 역량은 글로벌 시대에 요구되는 역량인‘글로벌 역량’과 지역사회의 구성원으로서 지역사회에 관심을 가지고 발생하는 문제점에 대해 고민하며 해결방안을 제시하는 역량인 ‘로컬 역량(지역사회연계 역량)’을 하위요소로 포함하는 개념이다. 글로컬 역량의 개념정립을 위해 국내·외 다양한 문헌조사와 도출된 문항에 대한 전문가들의 3차에 걸친 델파이 조사 및 탐색적 요인분석의 과정을 거쳐 20개 예비문항이 개발되었다. 도출된 예비문항의 타당도 검증을 위해, K대학교의 대학생 392명을 대상으로 표본을 달리하여 예비 조사를 실시하였다. 예비조사의 결과를 토대로 문항분석과 탐색적 요인 분석의 과정을 거쳐, 글로컬 역량에 해당되는 10개 문항으로 구성된 최종 본조사 문항이 확정되었다. 최종 본조사 문항을 바탕으로 확인적 요인분석(CFA)을 실시하였고, 내적합치도를 통해 신뢰도를 산출하여 검사의 타당도를 확인하였다. 글로컬 역량은 글로벌 역량에 해당되는 ‘타문화 수용 및 이해’와 로컬 역량에 해당되는 ‘지역사회 이해’ 등의 하위요소로 구성되었다. 전체 신뢰도 계수는 .838로 나타났고, 모든 적합도 지수 역시 비교적 양호하게 나타났다. 글로컬 역량에 해당되는 문항의 타당도 결과를 토대로, 대학 및 교육기관은 학생들의 글로컬 역량을 적절히 평가 진단하여 역량 향상을 지원하기 위해 이 평가도구를 활용할 수 있다고 본다. 또한 글로컬 역량이 비교적 생소한 개념이지만, 사회적 변화와 수요에 부합되며 현재 학생들에게 매우 요구되는 역량임을 감안한다면, 평가도구의 적절한 활용을 위해 글로컬 역량 평가도구의 타당성 검증은 의미가 있다고 본다. Although researchers have evaluated core competencies in past studies, few have focused on glocal competence in higher education. The purpose of this study was to develop and test the properties of a questionnaire that measures glocal competence as a core competence of college students in higher education. Taking concepts of empirical educational and other relevant research findings into account, this study develops a reliable and valid approach to measure glocal competence. Ten questionnaire items of a preliminary tool were obtained by analyzing previous studies. The first survey was administered to 392 university students using this preliminary tool, and exploratory factor analysis and reliability tests were applied to the results. The second survey was administered to 1,781 students to test goodness of fit and validity through confirmatory factor analysis. Two factors for glocal competence tested in this study are ‘the understanding of local community’ and ‘acceptance and understanding of other cultures’. The evidence for the validity and reliability of the scale indicates that the presented assessment tool constitutes a suitable instrument by which to measure glocal competence in higher education. Educational institutions would be able to utilize the scale and to support the improvement of students’ competency. Although further development is required, it‘s meaningful to verify the validity of the assessment tool for glocal competence as it corresponds to social change and is needed for college students.

Nutriwell System과 한방치료를 통한 체중감량 84례(例)에 대한 임상 관찰 보고

Objectives : The aim of this study is to evaluate the effect on diet through cooperation of Nutriwell system and oriental medicine. Methods : We divided 84 patients into 4 groups, which are normal weight control group A(n=16), normal weight test group A(n=20), obesity control group B(n=18) and obesity test group B(n=30). Two control groups are treated by herbal medication, exercise therapy, nutrition and behavioral medification therapy for 1 month. And the others are treated by herbal medication, exercise therapy, nutrition thrapy, behavioral medification therapy, acupuncture, moxibustion and Nutriwell system for 1 month, too. Results : In obesity group, herbal medication could significantly decrease. body weight, WHR, BMI and obesity index through relative weight. And cooperation of herbal medication and Nutriwell system decreased more significantly body weight and waist circumference and also reduced more clearly body fat rate, body fat mass, BMI and obesity index. In normal weight group, cooperation of herbal medication and Nutriwell system showed more significant decline than herbal medication in body weight, hip circumference, BMI and obesity index. Conclusions: This study showed that there is not an only method for diet. Multiple approach for one patient with obesity is profitable. Nutriwell system is just one of them. Oriental medical system must improve and develop its originative program through many treatment systems for obesity.

As it is important to express individual personality in the present age of limitless competition and drastic change, the aesthetic consciousness is forming an important part of our lives, which the distinct differentiation of customer satisfaction is needed in the beauty industry. The detailed skills-which can present various designs based on knowledge of such methods-can have competitive power. The production of 5 hair images such as Cutie, Pure, Active, Mode and Feminine through the review of JFAI 's ‘law of matching’ and iron perm can present methods to make a change in texture of design elements by using objective realization methods and basic iron techniques. This study expects hair designers to improve the negative perception of iron perm through the production of various hair images, and make better use of menu that can attract customer satisfaction and sale increase by customized treatment. And it attempts to do much for improving hair designers' trust by giving objective and various suggestions to customers who seek for personality, being valuable hair designers and salons.

거쉬인의 음악에 끼친 쉴링거의 영향

Objective:I got a good effect on one patient not by operation but by oriental medical methods.Methods:I used acupuncture, moxibustion, physical therapy, herbal medication and exercise treatment.Results:Most symptoms of knee joint(Rt. knee pain, tenderness, swelling, limping, locking, buckling, popping) were decreased and ROM(range of motion) of knee joint flexion was increased from 30°to 135°(normal range) Conclusion:This case showed oriental medicine enough could be applied on operation case.So oriental rehabilitation department must improve more effective treatment program for patients of traffic accidents not as a conservative way(sequela management) but as a active measure(treatment as a primary method).

요양보호사의 직무스트레스가 서비스 질에 미치는 요인

The aged are experiencing a chronic disease in this aging society so that they need a long term care from others more than ever before. Thus services to lighten their financial burdens and meet their requirements are needed. It is more than important to obtain labor forces to provide such services and improve their service qualities. Especially, care assistants who provide direct services to the aged are in a very important position to influence their service qualities. Thus this research analyzed the causes and levels of stress the care assistants are experiencing and how they affect the quality of services they provide in order to come up with ways to improve their service qualities. 259 people from Dae-gu metropolitan city and Kyungsang province were surveyed from May 1st to May 31st 2009 and the results are as followings. Generally those who have worked for a long period of time with much income having lots of patients to care had a lot of work. Generally those who have much income having less patients to care had a good relationship with their coworkers. Generally those who have much income having lots of patients to care had a better understanding of diseases. Generally those who have worked for a long time with much income having lots of patients to care had a good relationship with their clients. Generally those who have worked for 5-10 months with much income having lots of patients to care had a higher level of economical stress. Generally those who have worked for 5-10 months getting paid much income having lots of patients to care had a higher level of physical stress. The more patients they have, the higher mental stress level they would get. The factor affecting their service quality turned out to be their stress (b=-.338) upon studying possible factors. Their stress levels did not have much to do with their service quality. Their job stress had a direct effect of -.295 on their service quality whereas their stress level had a negligible indirect effect of -.114. This research showed how care managersjob stress and level of stress influence their service quality. With their job stress and level of stress identified, appropriate solutions for having desirable welfare programs to help the old with living a quality life will be able to be suggested.

산삼비만약침과 매선요법을 병행한 복부비만 치료의 임상 효과 증례보고

This study was to investigate the effects of cultivated wild ginseng pharmacopuncture and thread implantation therapy on abdominal obesity. These 5 subjects were selected among the patients who were 30 to 38 years old. We practiced combined therapy such as cultivated wild ginseng pharmacopuncture on 5 points of abdominal fat and thread implantation therapy on 10 points of abdominal fat, twice a week, totally for 2 weeks. And the other therapies and recommendations about nutrition and exercises were totally excluded for 2 weeks. Body weight was reduced by 1.0 kg. Fat mass was reduced by 1.36 kg. And waist circumference was reduced by 3.98 cm. Thus it was acknowledged that waist partial fat could be reduced only by 2 interventions within 2 weeks. It could be more effective than any other combined therapy program including 10 therapy methods of oriental medicine.
