        골풀 묘상 시비량이 건경 수량과 품질에 미치는 영향

        - This study was conducted to select the most suitable fertilizer level on nursery of mat rush for good qualityand high yield. N-P2O5-K2O=60-30-60 (㎏/10a), fertilizer level on nursery of mat rush showed relatively superior valuesfor all yield components and quality with 57g in fresh weight, 12g in dry weight, 23% in air drying ratio for per plant atthe nursery and 125㎝ in stem length, 150 numbers in stem number, 4,082㎏/10a in fresh stem yield, 345㎏/10a in longstem yield, 996㎏/10a in medium stem yield, 1,421㎏/10a in total stem yield, 34% in dry stem ratio and 30% in longstem ratio at the main paddy field. The results indicate that fertilizer level, N-P2O5-K2O=60-30-60㎏/10a in nurseryshows different adaptabilities to a particular fertilizer level and 60-30-60 (㎏/10a) seems to be the most suitable fertilizerlevel of mat rush for good quality and high yield.Key words - Mat rush, Nursery, Fertilizer Level韓資植誌 Korean J. Plant Res. 20(4):309∼311(2007)재료 및 방법시험 품종은 오까야마 2호로 밭 상태의 건조한 품종보존포장에서 보존종인 묘를 발취하여 높이 15㎝로 선단을 절단한 묘를묘상에 재식한시기는 11월 1일(밭묘)에 정식하였고 11월 1일에논에다 정식하기전에 1차로 묘의 증식을 위해서 가식한 가식기는 8월 1일에 논에다 15×15㎝ 재식거리로 가식하였으며 주당묘본수 및 경의 절단 부위는 1주당 6본식으로 하여 경의 높이를15㎝로 절단하여 본포에 재식하였다. 시비량(성분량)의 기추비시기 및 비율로는 밭묘상에다 3요소 전량 N-P 2O5-K 2O=60-20-40㎏/10a을 기비로 11월 1일에 시비하였고, 1차추비로 3월5일에 10%, 2차추비로 4월 15일에 20%, 3차 추비로 5월 15일에 25%를 시용하였으며, 4차 추비로는 8월 1일에 논묘상에 5%를 기비로 시용하여 건묘 양성을 위하여 가식하였고 5차 추비로는 8월 20일에 논묘상에 20%를 6차 추비로는 9월 20일에 논묘상에 10%를, 7차 추비로는 10월 20일에 5%로 하여 논묘상에 시용하였다.본답에 2002년 11월 1일에 난괴법 3반복으로 1주당 6본으로분주하여 묘장은 15㎝ 높이로 절단 후 20×10㎝ 재식거리로 재식하였다. 시비량은 N-P 2O5-K 2O(㎏/10a)=80-20-40(㎏/10a)를 3요소 N-P 2O5-K 2O=60-20-40㎏/10a 전량을 기비로 25%시용하였으며, 추비로는 3월 5일에 25%, 4월 25일에 25%, 5월25일에 25%의 3회에 걸쳐서 시용한 후 수확은 7월 상순에 하였다. 볼때에 묘상기간이 일년(전년도 11월부터 본년도 10월까지)으로 긴 골풀의 묘상시비량은 N-P 2O5-K 2O=60-30-60(㎏/10a)이 생육과 수량 및 품질(장인중비율)에서 우수함으로서 골풀 묘상 시비량은 60-30-60(㎏/10a)이 적합하리라고생각된다.적 요남부지방에서 답리작으로 휴경답의 제고를 위하여 골풀의 시비량을 구명코자 시험하였던바 묘상에서의 시비량은 N-P 2O5-K2O=60-30-60㎏/10a의 양으로 육성한 묘들은 본답에 가서도수량 및 수량구성요소가 우수하였다. 따라서 골풀의 묘상 시비량은 N-P 2O5-K 2O=60-30-60㎏/10a 이여야 된다고 생각된다.

      • 企業財務構造의 決定要因에 관한 최근의 理論과 實證硏究에 관한 考察

        The purpose of this study is to find out financial structure determinants by examining recetly developed capital structure theories, and to review how much the empirical works support the theories. Since Modigliani and Miller(1958) had published the celebrated 'Capital Structure Irrelevance Theorem', much effort was given to clarify under what condition corporate financial structure affects firms' value. Firstly, scholars introduced static tradeoff theory, in which a firm's optimal financial structure appears where the present value of tax shield equals the present value of debt-related costs. Tax shield refers to the benefit from the debt financing by deducting interest expenes from corporate income tax, and the debt-related costs are the bankruptcy costs and the agency costs which are especially serious in financial distress times. However, in this survey we focus on the recent theories which are based on information asymmetry, corporate strategy, and stakeholder relationship. Myers and Majluf(1984) demonstrates that with asymmetric information, equity are rationally interpreted as bad news, since managers are motivated to make issues when stock is overpriced. So, asymmetric information affects financial structure by limiting access to outside financing, and the financing pecking order is determind as follows: internal fund, debt, common stock(Myers(1984)). From this theory, profitability, growth, and dividend payout are presented as the determinants of financial structure. Barton and Gordon(1987) argue that corporate strategy affects a firm's financial structure choice. In this theory, a firm's financial risk is caused by its financial structure, so top management attitudes toward financial risk are related with firm's financial structure. Stkeholder theory, introduced by Cornell and Shapiro(1987), stresses that firms can differ in the amount of net organizational capital(NOC) they create. Differing amounts of NOC may lead to differing amounts of debt in a firms's capital structure; Firms with high levels of NOC should have relatively low levels of debt. In corporate strategy theory and stakeholder theory, researchers use corporate diversification strategy as the proxy determinant in empirical works.

      • 고추 主要 形質간의 遺傳 相關 및 經路係數

        우리 나라 在來種 및 外國導入種을 포함하여 51개 品種에 대한 몇가지 形質의 相關 및 經路係數 分析을 한 結果, 草長과 分枝數, 果長, 株當 總果數, 株當 總果重과는 高度의 正의 相關, 分枝數와 果長, 株當 總果重과는 高度의 正의 相關, 果長과 果經은 正의 相關을 나타냈다. 1果重과 總果重은 高度의 正의 相關, 果數와 1果重은 高度의 負의 相關을 나타냈다. capsaicin과 總果數는 正의 想關, 果長과 果經과는 負의 相關을 나타냈고 비타민 C는 總果重과 負의 相關을 나타냈다. 經路係數 分析結果 收量에 대한 直接 效果는 總果數가 29%로 가장 컸고 1果重이 22.0%,果經이 12.0%를 차지하였으며 間接效果는 分枝數가 果長, 草長을 통하여, 草長은 果長을 통하여, 果長과 果經은 1果重을 통하여 正의 방향 으로 效果가 컸고, 果經은 總果數를 통하여, 果數는 1果重을 통하여 負의 방향으로 間接效果가 나타났다. Esitimates of genotypic correlations and path coefficient analysis were performed on several characters of fifty one varieties of pepper(Capsicum annuum L.)including native to Korea and introduced varieties. Plant height was positive correlated with number of branch, fruit length, numbet of fruits per plant, total fruit weight per plant. Number of branch was highly positive correlated with fruit length and total fruit weight per plant and showed same result between fruit length and fruit diameter. However number of fruits per plant was negative correlated with total fruit weight per plant. There was positive correlation between capsaicin content and number of fruit per plant, negative correlation between capsaicin and fruit diameter, fruit length. Ascorbic acid content was negatively correlated with total fruit weight per plant. The yield of red peppers was mainly directed influnced by number of fruits per plant(29%), fruit weight(22.0%), fruit diameter(12.0%). Number of branch via fruit length and plant height showed positive undirect effect. Fruit length and fruit diameter via fruit weight also showed positive undirect effect, but fruit diameter via number of fruit,number of fruit via fruit weight showed negative undirect effect upon yield.

        Elucidation of the genetic differences in Trialeurodes vaporariorum populations under vegetable greenhouse conditions by using the allozyme approach

        Genetic differentiation of Trialeurodes vaporariorum (Westwood 1856) populations was examined using biochemical and allozyme analysis. For biochemical analysis, general esterase and glutathion‐S‐transferase were tested. Allozyme genetic variability in 11 populations of T. vaporariorum was investigated using five loci from four enzyme systems. Although there are large variations between populations, T. vaporariorum is grouped into two populations with geographic barriers, based on Nei's genetic distance in the Baekdudaegan Mountains. Within these two groups, low migration and linkage disequilibrium reveal that populations tend to be influenced by gene drift rather than uniform selection pressures. The effect of genetic drift is greater than the effect of uniform selection by insecticides or host plant resistance, which is suggested by the FST estimates in this study. Based on this basic research, more effective whitefly control programs could be built in the future.

        Fifty one varieties pepper (Capsicum annuum L.)were classified by Jaccard's similarity index based on seed protein band patterns of electrophoretic analysis. Numbers of seed protein bands were ranged from 2 to 11 and forth protein band when it was identified when they were compared based on the Jaccard's similarity coefficient.
