      • Fiber Reinforced Framework를 이용한 Implant 수복증례

        Fiber reinforced materials have favorable mechanical properties. Moreover, the strength to weight ratios of this material is superior to those of most alloys. Comparing to the metals, it showed many other advantages as well, including non-corrosiveness, translucency and easy repair characteristic. Since, it has the potential for the chair-side and laboratory fabrication, it is not surprising that fiber reinforced composites offer the potential for use in various applications in dentistry. To make the well-fitted restorations, Fiber reinforced composite (FRC) has been suggested as an alternative framework material for the implant supported fixed prosthesis. Two fixed partial denture fabrication procedures were tried. Vectris fiber was pressed to the EsthetiCone gold cylinder on the implant positioned cast. And then, Targis were added on it. In the other method, we used the customized component using UCLA abutment. The beads for retaining the Vectris fiber were added on the abutment. If careful laboratory and clinical techniques were done, these two techniques would fulfill the demands of the esthetics and strength.

        A two-short-implant-supported molar restoration in atrophic posterior maxilla: A finite element analysis

        PURPOSE. The aim of this study was to investigate the stress distribution of 2-short implants (2SIs) installed in a severely atrophic maxillary molar site. MATERIALS AND METHODS. Three different diameters of internal connection implants were modeled: narrow platform (NP), regular platform (RP), and wide platform (WP). The maxillary first molars were restored with one implant or two short implants. Three 2SI models (NP-oblique, NP-vertical, and NP-horizontal) and four single implant models (RP and WP in a centered or cantilevered position) were used. Axial and oblique loadings were applied on the occlusal surface of the crown. The von Mises stress values were measured at the bone-implant, peri-implant bone, and implant/abutment complex. RESULTS. The highest stress distribution at the bone-implant interface and the peri-implant bone was noticed in the RP group, and the lowest stress distribution was observed in the 2SI groups. Cantilevered position showed unfavorable stress distribution with axial loading. 2SI types did not affect the stress distribution in oblique loading. The number and installation positions of the implant, rather than the bone level, influenced the stress distribution of 2SIs. The implant/abutment complex of WP presented the highest stress concentration while that of 2SIs showed the lowest stress concentration. CONCLUSION. 2SIs may be useful for achieving stable stress distribution on the surrounding bone and implant-abutment complex in the atrophic posterior maxilla.

        멀티프랙탈 시 ‧ 공간 격자강우량 생산기법의 수문학적 적용성 평가 : 충주댐상류유역 중심으로

        본 연구에서는 멀티프랙탈 이론을 기반으로 시·공간 격자강우장 생산 모형을 충주댐 상류유역에 발생한 9개의 홍수 사상에 대하여 검증하였다. 이를 위하여 기상청의 레이더 강우자료에 대한 시공간 멀티프랙탈 특성을 분석하였으며, 로그 포아송 분포와 3차원 웨이브렛 함수 기반의 시·공간 격자 강우생산 모형을 활용하여 관측강우의 멀티프랙탈 특성을 재현하는 시·공간 가상강우장을 생산하였다. 생성된 가상강우장을 S-RAT 분포형 수문모형에 입력값으로 적용하여 유역출구에서의 반응을 관측강우 및 시공간적으로 균등한 분포를 가진 강우장에 대하여 산출된 유역출구에서의 반응과 비교하였다. 관측 강우장과 가상강우장, 관측 강우장과 저해상도 강우장에 대하여 RMSE, RRMSE, MAE, SS, 그리고 NPE, PTE 등을 이용하여 오차분석을 수행한 결과, 평균적으로 첨두홍수량은 20.03% 증가하였고, 첨두시간은 0.81% 감소하였다. In this study, a space-time rainfall grid field generation model based on multifractal theory was verified using nine flood events in the upstream watershed of Chungju dam in South Korea. For this purpose, KMA radar rainfall data sets were analyzed for the space-time multifractal characteristics. Simulated rainfall fields that represent the multifractal characteristics of observed rainfall field were reproduced using the space-time rainfall grid field generation model with log-Poisson distribution and three-dimension wavelet function. Simulated rainfall fields were applied to the S-RAT model as input data and compared with both observed rainfall fields and low-resolution rainfall field runoff. Error analyses using RMSE, RRMSE, MAE, SS, NPE and PTE indicated that the peak discharge increases about 20.03% and the time to peak decreases about 0.81%.

        The research the factors of anxiety in a shooting game, and find out the solution of this anxiety I have put some questions to 160 male and female shooters-4 each team which consists of middle and high school shooters in the country, who consist in 40 teams. I have analyzed the questions and come to a conclusion; 1. The greatest cause of anxiety just before a shooting game is the player's care of his record and pressure of the game itself. And the best way the players use to decrease their anxiety is to think how to manage their game, and the second commonest is to think anything but game and the third is to say their prayers. 2. The players become the most anxious, when their records go up or down suddenly during the game, and secondly, when they have many spectators at their back, and thirdly, when they feel there's no time left. It has appeared that most players have taken deep breaths to get away from these troubles. 3. The most mistakes the players make, when anxious, during the game, is to delay of firing time and they are not greatly influenced by surroundings. 4. There is not a particular position the players prefer during shooting. However they and unwilling to shoot from some positions such as the front of the middle head seats, a position beside a pilla. 5. Each player has 11~20 shots on his trial firing, and the feels the greatest anxiety when he fires the first shot on record. And he restores his own pase with anxiety decreased about the time when the 1st set is finished. 6. It has appeared that the players can play the best without any burden when they find out that there is no familiar face among the spectators and the reason each player lood up many spectators at his back the question about spectators who are at his back. 7. During the game, most players become tenser than optimal level and their records are 1~5 points lower than training resords. 8. Among all the players it has appeared. they do best when they become a little anxious.

        In this paper, an improved tracking method by adjusting bounding box for keypoints extracted by SURF algorithm is proposed. The proposed method is developed to improve the performance of tracking -learning-detection (TLD) algorithm. Adjustment of the bounding box is obtained by calculating the position change of the keypoints of objects in the current and previous frames. Experimental results show that the proposed method provides improved tracking performance in TLD algorithm.

      • 멀티프랙탈 기반의 시·공간 격자강우장 생산기법의 적용성 평가

        기후변화에 대비하기 위해 대기순환모형(GCM)이나 지역순환모형(RCM)을 활용해 가까운 미래에 발생할 다양한 기후변화 시나리오를 작성하여 미래 수문변화에 대비하고 있다. 그러나 GCM은 매우 낮은 해상도를 가지고 있으며, 시간적 규모도 수 십일에서 수개월의 분해능으로 인해 유역의 반응을 예측하는 데 있어 부정확성을 초래할 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 멀티프랙탈 기법을 이용하여 시·공간 강우를 생산하고 검증하였다. 이를 위해 기상청에서 제공받은 레이더 자료의 시·공간 멀티프랙탈 특성을 분석하였으며, 로그 포아송 분포 함수와 3차원 웨이브렛을 적용하여 관측 레이더 자료가 나타내는 멀티프랙탈 특성을 반영한 각 사상별 10개의 격자단위 가상강우장을 생성하였다. 가상강우장의 검증은 각 격자에 나타나는 강우강도의 분포 빈도를 누적분포함수로 비교하였으며, 가상강우장의 강우 시계열을 작성하여 이를 비교하였다. 또한 베리오그램을 활용하여 가상강우장의 공간특성을 비교하였다. 최종적으로 가상강우장과 관측 레이더 강우장, 그리고 저해상도 강우장을 분포형 강우-유출 모형인 S-RAT 모형에 적용하여 가상강우장과 관측 강우장의 강우-유출을 비교하였으며, 이를 정량화하기 위해 RMSE, RRMSE, MAE, SS, NPE, PTE 방법을 적용하였다. 분석결과, 각 격자별 강우강도빈도는 유사하게 나타나지만 강우장의 시계열이나 공간적 특성에서는 뛰어난 모사능은 나타나지 않았다. 그러나 강우-유출 모의를 후, NPE와 PTE 분석 결과 평균적으로 첨두유량은 20.03% 증가하였으며, 첨두시간은 0.81% 감소를 나타내었다. 이는 미래 강우-유출의 정확성을 높일 수 있을 것이다.

        위축된 상악구치부에서 두 개의 짧은 임플란트 지지형 단일치관의 임상연구

        Purpose: The aim of this retrospective study was to compare marginal bone loss and survival rates of double short implants(multiple implant) which had been installed and restored in severely atrophic maxillary molar site without a grafting procedure. Material and Method: The subjects were patients (90 patients, 180 implants) who had been installed double short implants in severely atrophic maxillary single molar site without bone augmentation procedure from 2006 to 2014 in dental clinic in Chuncheon city. Following data were collected from dental records and radiographic panoramic views: patient’s age, gender, smoking status, implant site, timing of implant installation, residual ridge height. The correlation between those factors and survival rate and marginal bone loss were analyzed. Statistical analysis was performed using Chi-square test, Student’s t- test and ANOVA. Result: Eleven implants in 6 patients failed and the cumulative survival rate was 93.9%. No significant differences were found in relation to the following factors: patient’s age, gender, implant site, timing of implant installation (P> .05). There were significant differences in smoking status and residual ridge height(P< .05). The average follow-up time was 45 ± 14.7 months. The mean marginal bone loss of survived 169 implants was 0.08 ± 0.59 mm. Conclusion: Despite the short term outcomes, the survival rate of double short implants was comparable to normal length implants. This study demonstrated that placement of double short implants without the use of bone grafting procedure for severely atrophic posterior maxilla is a simple and predictable treatment procedure.
