한국인의 장례문화산업 인식과 개발 방안에 대한 융합 연구

본 연구의 목적은 연령대에 따른 장례문화인식, 장례문화산업개발, 장례문화교육 내용에 대한 설문조사 결과를 토대로 장례문화산업 개발 방안 제시이다. 본 연구의 설문은 한국갤럽에 의해 실시되었으며, 조사방법은 구조화된 질문지를 이용한 온라인 조사를 실시했다. 조사일시는 2021년 2월 5일~2021년 2월 8일, 추가조사는 2021년 2월 18일~2021년 2월 19일에 실시되었다. 유효 연구대상자는 316명이며, 표본추출방법은 성/연령별 할당 추출이다. 연구결과 전 연령대에서 화장을 선호했으며, 화장한 유골의 안치 장소는 수목장과 납골당이 높았다. 연령대별로 다소 차이는 있지만 대체로 청년에서 노년층으로 갈수록 상조상품 가입, 생전장례식, 이별여행, 이별여행상품구매, 장례보험 가입, 죽음관련 전문가와의 상담에 대해 거부감이 적은 것으로 조사되었다. 본 연구 결과는 장례문화산업 인식과 개발 방안에 대한 학제간 융합 연구에 기여할 것으로 기대된다. This study aims to present a plan to develop the funeral culture industry based on the results of a survey on the contents of funeral culture awareness, funeral culture industry development, and funeral culture education according to age groups. The survey in this study was researched by Gallup Korea, and the survey method was an online research using a structured questionnaire. The survey was conducted twice, from February 5, 2021 to February 8, 2021, and from February 18, 2021 to February 19, 2021. The effective subjects are 316, and the sampling method is allocated by sex and age. As a result of the study, cremation was preferred by all age groups, and the places where cremated remains were placed were high in the natural burials and ossuary hall. Although there are some differences by age groups, it was surveyed that generally, the elderly than the younger were less reluctant to sign up for condolence products, funerals in life, farewell trips, purchase farewell travel products, funeral insurance, and counsel with death-related experts. The results of this study are expected to contribute to interdisciplinary convergence research on the recognition and development of the funeral culture industry.

웰에이징 전문가의 장례문화사업 교육운영 인식 연구

본 연구의 목적은 웰에이징 전문가를 대상으로 장례문화사업분야 교육운영에 필요한 항목 별 중요도와 지식정도를 확인하여 웰에이징 교육모델 개발과 운영의 기초자료를 제공하는 데 있다. 본 연구의 설문은 한국갤럽에 의해 웰다잉 교육기관 및 강사진, 연구자 등을 대상으로 실시되었다. 본 연구에 참여한 대상자는 44명이며, IBM SPSS Statistics 25.0을 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구대상자의 특성과 장례문화사업 교육운영 관련 항목은 기술통계분석을 실시하였다. 연구대상자의 장례문화 교육운영 관련 중요도와 실행도 인식은 IPA분석을 사용하였다. 본 연구결과 장례문화사업 교육운영 시 중요한 것은 ‘계획수립’으로 나타났으며, 중요도가 가장 낮은 것은 ‘교육기관 및 행정기관과의 협력체계 구축 및 운영’으로 나타났다. 장례문화사업 교육 시 항목별 중요도를 조사한 결과 ‘죽음준비 교육’의 중요도가 가장 높게 나타났으며, ‘장례절차 및 행정’의 중요도가 가장 낮게 나타났다. 장례문화사업 교육의 항목별 중요도 및 지식정도에 대한 IPA분석을 진행한 결과 ‘죽음준비 교육’, ‘장례문화사업의 목적과 필요성’, ‘한국인의 죽음관’의 중요도와 지식정도가 모두 높게 나타났다. 본 연구는 웰에이징 전문가를 대상으로 진행된 연구로 추후 장례문화교육프로그램을 개발하기 위한 근거 자료로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. This study endeavors to provide basic data for the development and operation of a well-aging education model. This was achieved by confirming the importance and level of knowledge of well-aging experts for each item required for education and operation in the field of funeral culture. The survey was conducted by Gallup Korea, targeting well-dying educational institutions, instructors, and researchers. Totally, 44 subjects participated in this study. The data obtained were analyzed using IBM SPSS Statistics 25.0. A descriptive statistical analysis was conducted considering the characteristics of the research subjects and the items related to the education operation of the funeral culture project. IPA analysis was used to recognize the importance and implementation level related to the operation of funeral culture education of the research subjects. The results of the survey examined the importance of each item in funeral cultural project education: death preparation education had the highest importance, whereas funeral procedures and administration were the least important factors. IPA analysis was conducted for the importance and knowledge level of funeral culture project education by considering the following factors: Death Preparation Education, Purpose and Necessity of Funeral Culture Project, and Korean Death Pavilion. All factors ranked high in importance and knowledge. Since this study enrolled well-aging professionals, the results can be used as a basis for developing funeral culture education programs in the future.

한국 민속학계의 연구 경향과 과제

이 글은 한국 민속학계의 연구 경향을 검토하고 이를 기반으로 민속학의 새로운 연구 방향을 모색하고 있다. 한국 민속학계는 지난 몇 년 동안 민속학의 학문적인 정체성에 대한 진지한 물음들이 제기되었고 지금도 여전히 진행 중에 있다. 한국 민속학계 연구방법 논쟁의 핵심 쟁점은 과거학과 현재학, 종속학문과 분과학문 등으로 요약될 수 있으며 이러한 논쟁을 활성화 시키려는 맥락에서 민속에 대한 근본적인 물음, 원형론, 도시민속학, 민속과 국가정책 등을 통해 기존연구들에 대한 비판적인 문제제기와 물음들을 확대시키고 있다. 하지만 여전히 학문적인 합의에 도달하지 못하고 있는 것이 민속학계의 현실이다. 따라서 본 연구는 지금까지 논의되어왔던 민속학의 연구방법과 대상에 대한 원론적인 차원, ‘총론적인 접근’보다는 장례연구라는 구체적인 사례를 통해 ‘각론적인 차원’에서 문제해결의 실마리를 제시하고 있다. 한국 민속학은 타학문과의 공동연구나 학제적인 연구가 중시되고 다양한 연구방법들이 수용되어야 한다. 학제연구와 비교연구, 외국학자와 학문적인 교류를 위해서는 과거학, 현재학, 종속학문, 분과학문이라는 각각의 고립적인 방식으로는 가능하지 않다. 이미 몇 편의 논문에서도 언급되고 있지만, 일본의 민속학, 독일의 민속학, 미국의 민속학은 우리나라의 현실과는 다르다는 지적들이 제기되고 있다. 이러한 상황에서 이들 나라와 학문적인 연구교류를 수행하기 위해서는 새로운 연구방법이 모색되어야 한다. 결론적으로 이 글은 민속학이 분과학문이 아니라 학제간연구(interdisciplinary)와 다원방법론(multidisciplinary)을 통한 분야학(folkloristic studies)으로 나아가야 한다는 의견을 제시하고 있다. The purpose of this article is to examine the current of folklore studies in Korea and, based on that examination, it tries to explore a new trend in folklore Studies. There is constant controversy concerning the theory of Korean folklore studies: folklore, folklore studies, urban folklore, archetype. Folklore is not an autonomous concept but a concept constructed through particular perspective. Contemporary folklore is really presented as transformed. archetype is not only invention but also formation in politically, socially. In order to solve this dispute, this paper are reviewed contemporary funeral studies as a case study. In conclusion, this essay propose folkloristic studies as new tasks of Korean folklore studies.

본 논문의 목적은 웰에이징에 대한 연구 경향을 고찰하고 새로운 연구 방향을 제시하는 데 있다. 이러한 문제의식은 한국이 고령화 사회로 진입하면서 개인적으로는 삶의 의미와 가치에 대한 근본적인 물음이 제기되었기 때문이다. 또한 한국인들은 노년기의 가난과 고독, 질병 등의 문제를 해결하기 위한 상황에 직면하고 있다는 점이다. 본 논문은 연구목적을 수행하기 위해 학계에서 연구되었던 기존의 웰에이징 연구를 검토하였다. 기존의 웰에이징 연구 경향은 웰에이징에 대한 개념, 교육과정 및 교육요구도, 프로그램 효과와 만족도로 구분될 수 있다. 향후 웰에이징 연구 과제는 정책연구, 학제 간의 연구, 교육프로그램 개발, 시민단체와 연계한 웰에이징 담론 확산과 문화운동, 웰니스관광 등을 제시했다. 본 연구결과는 한국 현실에 맞는 웰에이징 문화형성에 학문적인 기초를 제공할 것으로 기대된다. The purpose of this paper is to examine the current trends in research on well-aging and suggest new research directions. This is because Korea's entry into an aging society has raised fundamental questions about the meaning and value of life for individuals, and Koreans are faced with the challenges of solving problems such as poverty, loneliness, and illness in old age. To fulfill the research objectives, this paper reviews the existing wellaging research in academia. The existing well-aging research trends can be categorized into the concept of well-aging, curriculum and training needs, and program effectiveness and satisfaction. Future well-aging research tasks include policy research, interdisciplinary research, educational program development, spreading well-aging discourse in cooperation with civil society organizations, cultural movements, and wellness tourism. The results of this study are expected to provide an academic foundation for the formation of a well-aging culture that fits the Korean reality.
