        펄스 주파수 변조 기법을 이용한 형광등 안정기의 파고율 저감 기법

        형광등의 수명은 형광등 안정기의 시동 시나리오와 형광등 전류의 파고율에 영향을 받는다. 본 논문에서는 특히 파고율을 주로 다루며, 파고율을 줄이기 위한 새로운 방법을 제시하고자 한다. 제안하고자 하는 방법은 펄스 주파수 변조기법(Pulse Frequency Modulation, PFM)을 이용하며, PFC(Power Factor Correction)가 만드는 50% 벨리필 전압 파형을 PFM 제어 신호로 사용한다. 본 논문에서는 제안하는 PFM 제어 기법으로 파고율을 1.7 이하로 낮출 수 있음을 모의 실험과 실험을 통해 확인하여, 제안한 기법의 타당성을 검증한다.

        여름은 여행이 많은 계절이고 운전을 하는 경우가 많기에 허리통증을 호소하는 사람들이 늘고 있다. 장시간 주행을 하다보면 운전자들은 한 자세로 고정되어 있어 혈액순환이 잘 안되어 목과 어깨에 무리가 따르게 되고, 허리가 아프며 가속과 정지를 많이 하게 되어 다리에 피로감을 느끼게 된다. 따라서 장거리 운전 중에도 차안에서 할 수 있는 간단한 스트레칭과 여행 중의 피로를 풀어주는 스트레칭으로 피로를 풀어보자.

        배드민턴 클리어와 드롭 동작에 대한 운동학적 분석

        The purpose of this study was to present the basic data on improving the skills for 3 junior high school national badminton players in clear and drop motion through the 3-dimensional image analysis. Therefore, the results of this study are as follows: 1. In the duration times per phase, subject C relatively showed a similar time between clear and drop motion. Accordingly, C took a more effective motion than A and B. 2. In the velocities of racket head, subject A and C showed similar changes relatively. However, in case of subject B, the velocity was decreased before back swing(E2) and increased until impact(E3). 3. Regardless of clear and drop motion, the changing phases of joint angle for wrist and elbow showed similar changes comparatively. 4. In the angles of upper body, clear motion was average 85.0 degree and drop one was average 80.7 degree during the impact(E3). Hence, it showed that drop motion hit the ball bowing the upper body more than clear one. 5. In the angles of racket head, clear motion was average 87.7 degree and drop one was average 85.6 degree during the impact(E3). Consequently, drop motion was impacted forward more than clear one.

        하키 페널티 코너 시 피더의 푸시 동작에 관한 연구

        This study is about push-pass posture of feeder at the penalty corner. Its subjects are hockey male and female elite feeder. When the feeder played a real game, I videotaped feeder movements with high speed camera and examined push-pass posture of feeder through three dimension motion analysis. After analyzing their postures, I drew the following conclusion. First, when velocity of head stick is equal to maximum velocity, players can perform successful push movement. Appropriate push timing and fast ball speed are required to prevent defense-dash. Therefore, feeder can do exact and fast push pass if they can get the optimum of release timing through repeated practice. Second, coordination connected leg-waist-shoulder-arm-wrist-stick-ball and a series of movements are accomplished flexibly. Third, feeder try to move COG(center of gravity) rapidly by getting propulsion through right foot while movements are led by not wrist but shoulder.

        스피드 스케이팅 500 m 스타트 구간의 운동역학적 분석

        [목적] 본 연구의 목적은 스피드 스케이팅 500m 종목 스타트 구간에서 한국 국가대표선수들과 해외 우수선수들의 기술동작과 파워를 비교하여 경기력 향상을 위한 방안을 제시하고 기록에 영향을 미치는 운동역학적 변인들의 관계를 파악하는 것이다. [방법] 연구대상자는 한국 국가대표 스피드 스케이팅 8명(한국선수), 해외스피드 스케이팅 선수 6명(해외선수)이다. 3차원 동작분석을 위하여 고속카메라 5대를 동원하여 국제대회에 참가한 선수들의 스타트 동작 40 m 구간을 촬영하였다. 분석변인은 키네메틱 체인, 100 m 네트 시간, 9 스트로크까지 소요시간, 스타트 2.5 sec 후 신체중심의 이동거리, 신체중심의 속도, 상체각도 가동범위, 무릎관절 각도 가동범위, 푸시오프 각도 가동범위, 정미 파워 출력, 총 파워 손실로 정하였다. [결과] 한국선수의 올바른 키네메틱 체인 비율은 61.2%로 해외선수의 76.0% 보다 낮았다. 9 스트로크까지 소요시간에서는 한국선수들이 2.82±0.25 sec로 해외선수들 2.53±0.11 sec 보다 통계적으로 유의하게 높았다(p=.001). 푸시오프 각도의 가동범위는 한국선수들이 60.15±2.75°로 해외선수들의 64.76±2.55° 보다 통계적으로 유의하게 낮았다(p=.001). 정미 파워 출력은 한국선수들이 887.2±269.9 W로 해외선수들의 1103±264.1 W 보다 통계적으로 유의하게 낮았다(p=.021). 100 m 네트 시간과 관련이 있는 요인은 2.5 sec 후 신체중심의 이동거리(r=-.956, p=.001), 정미 파워 출력(r=-.931, p=.001), 총 파워 손실(r=-.904, p=.001)이다. [결론] 한국선수들의 스타트 구간 기록 향상을 위해서는 올바른 키네메틱 체인을 구사할 수 있는 기술훈련을 통하여 스케이팅의 효율을 극대화해야 한다. 또한 100 m 네트시간과 관련이 있는 정미 파워 출력이 해외선수 들에 비해 낮은 결과로 나타났기 때문에 하지 근 파워를 향상시킬 수 있는 훈련을 도입해야 할 것이다. [Purpose] The purpose of this study was to compare the technique and power of the Korean national athletes and international athletes in the start phase of the 500 m speed skating to improve the performance and to understand the relationship between the biomechanical variables affecting the record. [Method] The subjects were 8 Korean national athletes (Korean athletes) and 6 international athletes (international athletes). For the three dimensional motion analysis, 5 high-speed cameras were used to capture the 40 m start phase of the athletes participating in the international competition. The variables selected for analysis were the kinematic chain, 100 m net time, time to 9 strokes, horizontal position of center of mass after 2.5 sec, range of motion of trunk, knee, push-off angle, net power output, total power loss. [Results] The correct kinematic chain ratio of Korean athletes was 61.2%, which was lower than 76.0% of international athletes. The time to 9 strokes was 2.82±0.25 sec for Korean athletes, which was significantly lower than 2.53±0.11 sec for international athletes (p=.001). The range of motion of the push-off angle was 60.15±2.75° for Korean athletes, which was significantly lower than 64.76±2.55° for international athletes (p=.001). The net power output was 887.2±269.9 W for Korean players and 1103±264.1 W for international players (p=.021). The variables related to the 100 m net time were the horizontal position of center of mass after 2.5 sec (r=-.956, p=.001), the net power output (r=-.931, p=.001), and the total power loss (r=-.904, p=.001). [Conclusion] In order to improve the start performance of Korean athletes, it is necessary to maximize the efficiency of skating through skill training to use the correct kinematic chain. Also power enhancement training is needed to improve leg power because the net power output related with 100 m net time.

        평행봉 Dimitrenko 기술의 완성도 평가

        이 연구는 엘리트선수 2명을 대상으로 영상 분석을 이용하여 1차 분석(사전) 후 주요 요인 및 문제점 등을 찾아 향후 훈련 방안을 제시하고, 2차 분석(사후)을 통해 E 난도 기술인 Dimitrenko 기술의 완성도를 높일수 있는 방안을 찾아 제공함으로써 경기력 향상에 도움을 주고자 실시하였다. 또한 이 연구를 통해 향후 F난도인 Dimitrenko piked 기술을 실시하고자 할 때 유용한 자료로 활용될 것이다. 따라서 이 연구를 통해 분석한 결과, 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, A선수는 1, 2차 측정결과 팔 걸쳐 스윙에서 짧고 간결한 tap 동작에 의해 수직상승속도와 동체의 회전거리를 증가시키면서 봉을 이탈할 수 있었다. 이에 따라 동작 완수를 위한 충분한 체공높이와 체공시간을 확보할 수 있었고, 효율적인 공중회전운동이 이루어짐으로써 현행 채점규칙에서 추구하는 동작의 웅대함이 표현됨과 동시에 안정적인 봉 잡기(re-grasp)를 수행할 수 있었다. 둘째, B선수는 1, 2차 측정결과 봉 이탈 시 동체의 회전거리를 증가시키고, 견관절각을 좁혀주어 효율적으로 봉을 지지하면서 이탈할 수 있었다. 신체의 전방이동이 다소 억제되었으며, 체공높이와 체공시간의 증가가 유발되어 봉 잡기 시 충분한 동체의 회전거리가 확보됨으로써 안정적인 봉 잡기를 수행할 수 있었다. The purpose of this study was to identify the kinematic major factors of parallel bar Dimitrenko motion through 3 dimensional motion analysis. The subjects were 2 elite players, three video cameras were used to record the dismount. Through 1st technical analysis I provided feedback, which is E difficulty, through the 2st analysis, thereby having been carried in order to be conducive to enhancing performance. The results of this study are as follows. A player could deviate from bar with increasing the vertically speed and the turning distance in the body by the short and succinct tap motion in arm-span swing, as a result of the 1st, 2st measurement. According to this, enough flight height and flight time for completing motion could be secured. Motion of turning a somersault was performed efficiently. The grandeur of motion, which is pursued by the current scoring rule, is expressed. At the same time the stable re-grasp could be performed. B player deviate with supporting a bar efficiently by increasing the turning distance in the body and narrowing the shoulder joint angle given deviating from a bar, as a result of the primary and secondary measurement. The anterior motion in the body was a little inhibited. An increase in flight height and flight time was caused. The turning distance in the body was secured enough given the re-grasp. Thus, the stable re-grasp could be performed.

      • 2012년 미국 농업법(Farm Bill) 제정 동향과 시사점

        Since 1949 many provisions of U.S. agricultural policy have been reauthorized every few years as primarily as temporary amendments of Agriculture Adjustment Act of 1938 and the Agricultural Act of 1949. Many provisions of the 2008 Farm Bill expired on September 30, 2012 (the end of the fiscal years for the U.S. federal government). Others will expire on December 31, 2012. The House of Representatives Committee on Agriculture passed a bill out of their committee in the middle of the summer, 2012 that was much like the Bill that passed the full U.S. Senate in the early summer. However, the leadership of the House refused to schedule the bill for consideration. This delay was in part because many members of the House objected to high spending on food programs and some objected to farm subsidy provisions as well. The two bills continued food subsidy programs with little change and authorized continuing environmental and conservation programs. The commodity programs would be modified by eliminating $5 billion per year in direct payments to those with a product history in grains, oilseeds and cotton and replacing that (and ineffective prices supports and price-based income supplements) with “shallow loss” payments that apply when revenue (or price) fall below recent high levels. The new programs could be excessively expensive or have no budget cost depending on yields and prices for major covered commodities. These “shallow loss” subsidies are designed to supplement on top of heavily subsidized crop insurance programs that cover deeper revenue and yield losses. A special provision for the dairy industry would add a supply management quota program requiring periodic cuts in milk producers. Many policy advocates who favor the provisions of the farm bills under consideration argued for passage of the new legislation as soon as possible. They are concerned that in a lame duck session and especially in a new 2013 congressional session, budget pressures will dominate and the budget for farm and food subsidies will be cut substantially. There is a chance that with more time and less election pressure, the farm subsidies will be cut rather than readjusted to spend less on direct payments and more of revenue-based insurance-like support. More pressure to cut crop insurance subsidy rates may also develop as the budget exposure of these program becomes more apparent. Farm Bills are commonly delayed. The 1985 farm bill became law on December 23, 1985, the “1995 Farm Bill” actually became law in the spring of 1996, and the 2007 farm bill did not actually take effect until June of 2008. So, the current impasse was more like business as usual than an aberration. Nonetheless, there is much policy and political concern on the part of advocates of specific policy provisions. Generally those who favor the policies included in the Bill that passed the U.S. Senate and the similar bill that passed the House Agriculture committee express the most concern about the farm bill delay. Others such as Washington Post and other farm subsidy skeptics are pleased that more time has been allotted to debate the course of farm and food subsidies and regulations.

So far, many methods using current sensors, voltage sensors and speed sensor have been developed. This paper proposes an identification method of parameters of induction motor only using current sensors.

        하키 페널티 코너 시 슈팅 방향에 따른 기술 분석

        The purpose of this study is to analyze the posture of the shooters to improve the success rate of flick shooting which female elite hockey players perform by setting each target of four directions at the penalty corner. After I analyzed data through three-dimensional image analysis, I drew the following conclusions. First, shooters should reduce the necessary time of flick shooting at the penalty corner. They should also decrease the time when a shooter grabs and drags at the stopper. Second, if release movement have done when the speed of the stick head is maximized, flick shooting of a shooter is effective. Swing movement-from leg, waist, body, shoulder, arm, wrist, stick, and to the ball-could derive the most appropriate timing through rotary motion on the basis of exact weight moving and balance. Third, shooters should transfer the ball rapidly in the direction of the stick grip, accelerate the speed of the ball, and move the ball in the direction of the stick head. By doing this, drag movement of a shooter could be swings using inertia. As a result, there are a few differences in the posture of flick shooting because of specific directions. However, if we make up for the weak points, hockey players could score in any directions according to positions of the defensive team.
