구성 급 임무 모델, 가상 급 전술 시뮬레이터 및 실기동급 ACMI 간의 시뮬레이션 모듈의 재 사용 및 상호 운용을 수행할 수 있는 항공무기체계 임무/가상/ACMI 시뮬레이션 통합 연동시스템 개발을 위해 ACMI 모의기, 통합 연동을 처리하는 통합 연동 Framework 과 통합 연동 모의 지원을 위한 LVC 합성전장환경 및 LVC 연동 응용체계 설계 내용을 기술한다. 본 통합 연동시스템은 개방/확장 형 구조, 모듈화 및 컴포넌트화된 소프트웨어 구조로 향후 확장 성을 고려하여 설계 하였다. The goal of this project is to design the integrated interoperation framework which provides the LVC synthetic battle space environment to support unified interconnection of simulations and LVC interoperable applications. Those are for development of unified interoperation system for live/virtual/ACMI simulation of airborne weapon system, which can facilitate module reuse and can be used in interoperation among constructive model, virtual tactical simulator, and live ACMI. This unified interoperation system is being designed to be categorized as open/expandable structure, and modularized and componentized software structure, especially for future extension.

Spot Size Detection Method를 위한 Computer Generated Interferogram

A simple method to fabricate computer generated interferogram is presented by using personal computer and Laser Printer. We also fabricate a CGH for a spot size detection method and generate a focusing error signals.

We have designed the optics for observing diffusive emission sources by employing an off-axis parabolic mirror in front of a slit which guides lights to a diffraction grating. The reflective diffraction grating is an rotatable ellipse providing angular resolution. We describe our plan to measure the off-axis parabolic mirror and our initial experiments to establish the measurement technique. To assist manufacture of the off-axis parabolic cylinder, a cylindrical wavefront generated by using computer generated hologram(CGH) are used during the polishing process to check errors in surface profile using the Fizeau interferometer.

The flatness of a reference flat plays an important role, from the calibration of an interferometer to the reference for asemiconductor or flat-panel display, etc. Especially if we order the flatness measurement outside Korea, we may spend more timeand money. In this paper, we measured the flatness of a reference flat using a three-flat test, which is one of the absolutemeasurement methods, and calculated its measurement uncertainty. In the three-flat test we adopted, each flat is tested againstanother flat, with three unknown flats, using an interferometer. Among several three-flat tests, we adopted Griesmann’s methodwhich has a low measurement uncertainty and is less dependent on the experimental equipment. As a result, the measurementuncertainty was found to be less than 0.5 nm rms, which is very accurate for high-tech industrial applications.
