        사상의학에서의 설사에 관한 고찰

        Objectives This study was aimed to propose the guideline of the diarrhea in Sasang Constitutional Medicine. Methods 1) Literature search It was investigated that the prescriptions stated the diarrhea as a main and accessory symptoms to be treated in "Donguisasangshinpyun", "Donguisusebowon Sasang Chobongwon", "Donguisusebowon Gabobon", "Donguisusebowon Sinchukbon", "Dongmuyugo" 2) Clinial paper search (1) The foreign papers were searched by using the search word with 'Sasang AND Diarrhea' in pubmed (http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/) and The Cochrane Library(http://www.thecochranelibrary.com) (2) The domestic papers were searched by using the search word with 'Soeumin AND Diarrhea', 'Soyangin AND Diarrhea', 'Taeeumin AND Diarrhea', 'Taeyangin AND Diarrhea', 'Sasang AND Diarrhea' in NDSL (http://www.ndsl.kr), KISS(http://kiss.kstudy.com), Oasis(http://oasis.kiom.re.kr), RISS(http://www.riss.kr) (3) The extracted factors were the evaluations on the mainly complained symptom, adopted four constitutional therapy and efficacy. Results & Conclusions The guidelines for treating the diarrhea in the Four Constitutional Medicine are as follows. 1) It is to categorize the constitution. 2) The diarrhea of taeeumin is prescribed with 'A Series of Taeeumjowi-tang, Galgeunhaegi-tang, Cheongsimyeonja-tang, Sahyang-san, etc'. by classifying into cold, fever, consumption and addiction. 3) The diarrhea of soyangin is regarded as an internal disease and it is prescribed with 'Baekhaobuja-tang, Baekhaobujaijung-tang, etc'. by classifying taeeum symptom and so-yin symptom. 4) The diarrhea of soeumin is Mangeum-disease and 'Jeoryeongchajeonja-tang, Hyeongbangsabaek-san, Hwalseokgosam-tang, Hyeongbanggihwang-tang, etc'. is prescribed depending on the complication.

        제주산 감귤류의 품종 및 수확시기별 품질특성

        Physicochemical properties of six cultivars of Cheju citrus fruits were investigated according to the harvest date. The fruit index of Citrus. unshiu Marc. var. miyagawa, C. natsudaidai H_(AYATA) and C. sudachi ranged from 1.14 to 1.38 with oval form. The fruit index of C. grandis OSEECK, C. aurantiun LINN and C. platymamma. Hort. SWINGLE ranged from 0.89 to 1.03 with a round form. The fruit weight showed the heaviest in C. grandis, followed by C. natsudaidai, C. aurantiun, C. unshiu, C. platymamma and C. sudachi. The rate of flesh showed the highest in C. unshiu, followed by C. platymamma, C. natsudaidai, C. sudachi. C. grandis and C. aurantiun. The ratio of juice showed the highest in C. unshiu, followed by C. sudachi, C. platymamma., C. natsudaidai., C. grandis, C. aurantiun. C. unshiu and C. platymamma, which showed a possibility to be used as raw materials for juices. The soluble solid and the Brix/acid ratio of all the varieties increased as the fruits ripen. Especially those of C. unshiu and C. platymamma were high(10.39, 7.67) in full ripe compared to other varieties. Acid content of C. natsudaidai, C. aurantiun, C. grandis and C. sudachi was sustained higher than 3∼5% from the middle of September to the middle of January, and there was the possibility of manufacturing aromatic products like citrus vinegar. The C. sudachi contained the highest content of vitamin C. 77.48 ㎎/100 g. The correlation between vitamin C. extraction and season was insignificant. Rind and color value of all varieties were investigated, and the value of the L, a and b increased as the fruits were ripen. The value of a of rind of C. natsudaidai H_(AYATA) and C. grandis until the end of November was negative. This means that their color was not presented by November since the chlorophyll was in the rind, unlike the colors of the rind of C. unshiu, C. sudachi and C. platymamma which were completed by that time.

        소음인(少陰人) 병증(病證) 분류체계와 표준증후 연구

        1. Objective This study is aimed to present the effective classification of Soeumin symptomatology and the standardized signs for classification which can be applied for KCD, ICD and the insurance codification system. 2. Methods 1) Differentiate Soeumin symptomatology based on exterior-interior patterns, favorable-unfavorable patterns, and mild-severe-dangerous-urgent patterns. 2) Investigate the standard signs and symptoms to claasify Soeumin symptomatology based on exterior-interior patterns, favorable-unfavorable patterns, and mild-severe-dangerous-urgent patterns. 3. Results and Conclusions 1) The diagnosis criteria for Soeumin exterior-interior disease is based upon signs & symptoms of cold/heat, condition of stool, state of digestive system(such as digestion and appetite)among others. 2) The diagnosis criteria for Soeumin favorable-unfavorable disease is generally based upon whether the vital force of the spleen is damaged or not. More specifically, for the exterior disease, whether or not sweating is present. For the interior disease, whether or not dry mouth, body ache(a main symptom of the exterior state), and anxiousness are present. 3) For the Soeumin Wool-gwang disease, the diagnosis criteria of mild-severe disease is whether or not chills is present and the degree of body fever. 4) For Soeumin Mang-yang disease, the diagnosis criteria of dangerous-urgent disease is whether or not chills is, the degree of sweating and urine condition. 5) For the Soeumin Greater-Yin disease, Abdominal-pain bowel irritability pattern and Epigastric discomfort pattern are early state signs, Jaundice pattern is mild-state sign, edema & Greater-Yang disease Yin-toxin pattern are terminal state signs. 6) For the Soeumin interior disease, Abdominal-pain bowel irritability pattern and Epigastric discomfort pattern are of the dangerous state pattern, Jang-gual and Exuberant-Yin-repelling-Yang pattern are of the urgent state patterns.

        보류관장의 표준화된 방법을 위한 고찰: 임상논문을 중심으로

        Objectives This study was aimed to review a standardized method of retention enema by extracting elements associated with methods of retention enema from papers involved. Methods 1) Data sources : Retrieval was made, using 'Enema' or 'Retention Enema' as search words in MEDLINE, The Cochrane Library, KISS, RISS, and NDSL DB. 2) Study selection : Two authors excluded irrelevant papers and chose qualified abstracts in the rest of the papers. The chosen studies were reviewed fully by the authors so that they could screen the significant papers based on the exclusion criteria. 3) Data extraction : Data on the total number of subjects, the target disease, the type, quality, length, diameter of catheter, the insertion length of catheter, the sample, the sample volume, the process of retention enema and the number of performing retention enema were extracted from the selected studies. Results & Conclusions The retention enema can be applied to gastrointestinal diseases, genitourinary diseases, metabolic diseases such as hypertension and diabetes, headaches and neurological disorders. The standardized treatment method is as following: 1) inserting a rental tube of 18-28 Fr that measures 20 to 30 cm into the patient's anus, 2) injecting herbal medicines which have purgative action or benefit on stomach and intestinal tract at the rate of 4 ml/min, and 3) holding them for 10 to 15 minutes.

        소음인(少陰人) 보중익기탕(補中益氣湯)의 기원, 변천과정 및 구성 원리

        1. Objective : The purpose of this study is to understand the origin, changes and composition of Soeumin's Bojungikgi-tang. 2. Methods : 1) Analyzed the context of the progressive transformation of soeumin's Bojungikgi-tang in related passages from "Donguibogam (東醫寶鑑)", "Donguisusebowon Chobongwon (東醫壽世保元 草本卷)", "Donguisusebowon Gabobon (東醫壽世保元 甲午 本)", "Donguisusebowon Sinchukbon (東醫壽世保元 辛丑本)", "Dongmuyugo (東武遺稿)" 2) Examined the differences between the utilization of Soeumin's Bojungikgi-tang in pre-existing manuscripts according to pathological pattern and more specifically at a pathological stage. 3) Analyzed the total primary effect of the herbs as a prescriptive category, as well as the herbal properties of each component. 3. Results and Conclusions : 1) Originally Dongwon's Bojungikgi-tang was prescribed as a stomach & spleen organ tonifying medicine so it was easily applied and established as a prescription appropriate for Soeumin constitutional types with a weaker spleen organ. 2) From Gabobon(甲午本), Soeumin's Bojungikgi-tang was modified, excluding Bupleurum falcatum(柴胡), Cimicifuga heracleifolia (升麻) and substituting Teucrium chamaedrys(藿香), Ophiopogon japonicus(蘇葉) which are herbs appropriate for the Soeumin constitutional type. 3) In the Gabobon(甲午本), the Gegi-tang which has yang raising properties is included in the Soeumin's Bojungikgi-tang. In Sinchukbon(辛丑本), the Gegi-tang of the Soeumin's Bojungikgi-tang in the Gabobon was excluded and the Gegi-tang mutated into Hwangigyeji-tang. 4) In the Gabobon(甲午本), as the Soeumin's Bojungikgi-tang was prescribed for Soeumin disease regardless of favorable-unfavorable patterns and mild-severe patterns, the stage of the disease when to prescribe Soeumin's Bojungikgi-tang was not clarified. 5) As of the Sinchukbon(辛丑本) edition, as Soeumin's prescriptions have been obvious, the soeumin's Bojungikgi-tang was applied to Mang-yang disease with Hwangigyeji-tang and Seungyangikki-tang 6) As of the Sinchukbon(辛丑本) edition, the Soeumin's Bojungikgi-tang has been applied to parients having both exterior-heat Mang-yang disease and Greater-yin disease, at the same time. 7) As of the Sinchukbon(辛丑本) edition, finally, the Soeumin's Bojungikgi-tang formula has been established as gathering Qi and middle tonification with Panax ginseng(人蔘), Astragalus membranaceus(黃?), keeping the spleen healthy with Artractylodes japonica(白朮), keeping the spleen strong with Angelica acutiloba(當歸), rooting the spleen with Citrus reticulata(陳皮), raising Yang and middle jiao with Teucrium chamaedrys(藿香), Ophiopogon japonicus(蘇葉), middle tonification with Glycyrrhiza glabra(甘草灸), Zingiber officinale(生薑), Zizyphus jujuba(大棗).

        온도 및 CO<sub>2</sub> 상승이 고추의 생육 및 과실품질에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 미래 기후변화 시나리오에 근거하여 예측되는 온도 및 이산화탄소 농도 상승조건에서 노지채소인 `무한질주` 고추의 생육 및 과실품질에 미치는 영향을 구명하기 위해 SPAR (Soil Plant Atmosphere Research) 챔버에서 수행하였다. 대조구인 대기온도는 노지고추 주산지인 안동지역의 평년(1971∼2000; 30년) 5∼10월의 생육기 평균기온(20.8℃)을 기준으로 설정하였다. 처리구는 대조구(대기온도, 400ppm CO<sub>2</sub>), 이산화탄소 상승구(대기온도, 800ppm CO<sub>2</sub>), 온도 상승구(대기온도+6℃, 400ppm CO<sub>2</sub>), 이산화탄소+온도 상승구(대기온도+6℃, 800ppm CO<sub>2</sub>) 등 4수준으로 설정하였다. 대조구보다 고온 및 상승 이산화탄소 농도 조건에서 재배하였을 때 초장, 분지수, 엽수 등이 증가하였으나, 엽면적과 SPAD값은 급격히 감소하였다. 개화 및 꽃봉오리수도 온도 및 이산화탄소 농도가 증가할수록 급격히 감소 되었다. 또한, 개체당 총 착과수와 총 착과중도 대조구에 비해 감소하였는데 과실무게도 약간 적었고 과실 길이와 과실 두께도 약간 줄었다. 이상의 결과로 보아 기후변화시나리오에 근거로 대기 중 CO<sub>2</sub> 농도는 2배, 기온은 6℃ 높은 환경 조건에서는 고추의 착과가 저해되고 과실 수량도 크게 감소하였으나, 완숙 과실의 비율은 증가하여 수확시기가 다소 앞당겨질 것으로 보인다. This study was conducted to determine the impact of elevated temperature and CO<sub>2</sub> concentration based on climate change scenario on growth and fruit quality of pepper (Capsicum annuum L. cv. Muhanjilju) with SPAR (Soil Plant Atmosphere Research) chamber. The intraday temperatures of climate normal years fixed by 20.8℃ during the growing season (May 1∼October 30) of climatic normal years (1971∼2000) in Andong region. There were treated with 4 groups such like a control group (ambient temperature and 400ppm CO<sub>2</sub>), an elevated CO<sub>2</sub> group (ambient temperature and 800ppm CO<sub>2</sub>), an elevated temperature group (ambient temperature+6℃ and 400ppm CO<sub>2</sub>) and an elevated temperature/CO<sub>2</sub> group (ambient temperature+6℃ and 800ppm CO<sub>2</sub>). Compared with the control, plant height, branch number and leaf number increased under the elevated temperature and elevated temperature/CO<sub>2</sub> group. However, leaf area and chlorophyll content showed a tendency of decreasing in the elevated temperature group and elevated temperature/CO<sub>2</sub> group. The number of flower and bud were decreased in the elevated temperature and elevated temperature/CO<sub>2</sub> group (mean temperature at 26.8℃) during the growth period. The total number and the weight of fruits were decreased in the elevated temperature group and elevated temperature/CO<sub>2</sub> group more than the control group. While the weight, length and diameter of fruit decreased more than those of control as the temperature and CO<sub>2</sub> concentration increased gradually. This result suggests that the fruit yield could be decreased under the elevated temperature/CO<sub>2</sub> (6℃ higher than atmospheric temperature/2-fold higher than atmospheric CO<sub>2</sub> concentration), whereas the percentage of ripen fruits after 100 days of planting was increased, and showed earlier harvest time than the control.

        서울 미아동의 문학지리학 - 도시개발사와 문학적 재현 -

        이 논문은 일제하부터 1990년대까지 미아동의 구체적인 지명과 행정구역의 변동을 문학지리학적 관점에서 되짚어봄으로써, 미아동이 실제 행정구역으로서의 미아동과 심상적 지리로서의 미아리가 중첩되고 혼재된 동네였음을 분석하였다. 또한 이광수, 김동명, 서정주, 김소진, 윤대녕 등의 문학텍스트에 재현된 도시공간과 실제 도시공간의 개발사를 연관시키면서, 일제하 공동묘지 형성부터 난민정착지 사업을 통해 만들어진 달동네의 모습까지 도시개발의 역사에 따라 시기적으로 변화해온 미아동의 문학적 재현이 가진 역사적 의미를 보여주고자 하였다. This article was intended to examine the relationship between literary representation and the development history of actual urban space by researching the changes in specific geographical names and administrative districts from the past to the present of Mia-dong from a geographical point of view. Mia-dong is an overlapped and mixed place of Mia-dong as an actual administrative district and Mi-ari as a traditional and imaginary geography. And it is an area where the image of the shantytown formed through the refugee settlement project was reproduced in literature right before and after the removal in 1990s. It shows the historical significance of the literary representation of Mia-dong that has changed according to the history of urban development.
