This study seeks to provide basic data to avoid obesity and to form good daily habits for youths by looking into nutritional knowledge, physical strength and physical activity according to the gender and the normal and overweight/obese groups of High School Seniors whose physical data was collected. The result of among the physical strength factor of the subjects, there was a meaningful difference in the cardiovascular endurance and quick adaptation of all students and male students. There was none in nutritional knowledge and physical activity. But, the relationship between nutritional knowledge and physical activity, in the case of male students, there was a meaningful difference in the mid-level activity, and also the total physical activity amount. and regarding the relationship between nutritional knowledge and physical strength, there was meaningful difference in the nutritional knowledge and cardiovascular endurance for male students. In summary, youth is the time when awareness is formed along the physical and mental development so the importance of nutritional knowledge and physical activity needs preventive and therapeutic approach which is tailored to the characteristic of students. Nutritional education should not end in transferring knowledge but requires standardized education process as the eating activity can also change. Various physical activity enforcement program at school should be developed to increase the physical activity for the youth. Institutional support must follow so these processes can be set up in the society as well as school.
컴퓨터활용교육 2, 4 : 국제결혼 이주여성들의 ICT 활용교육의 현황과 실태- 부산지역을 중심으로

우리나라의 국제화에 따라 국내에 체류하는 외국인 수가 증가하고 한국인의 국제결혼도 전체결혼의 10%이상을 차지할 정도로 크게 급증하였다. 이에 따라 국제결혼 이주여성의 교육문제는 사회적으로 큰 문제로 대두되고 있다. 교육의 기회는 모든 이에게 동등하게 주어져야 하며, 그것은 한국 사회를 살아가는 국제결혼이주여성들에게도 교육의 기회가 기존의 한국인과 동등하게 주어져야 한다는 것을 의미한다. 그들이 IT국가인 한국 사회에서 살아감에 ICT 활용교육은 필수적인 요소이지만, 기존의 한국인들에게 주어지는 ICT활용교육 기회와 동등하지 못함을 알 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 국제결혼 이주여성들의 ICT 활용교육의 현황과 실태를 파악하여, 정보격차의 해소 방안을 물색하고 국제결혼 이주여성들이 정보소외계층에서 벗어나는데 필요한 ICT 활용교육이 적절하게 이루어질 수 있도록 도움을 주고자 한다.
하악 제3대구치의 존재여부 및 매복양상이 하악 우각부 골절과 과두 골절의 발생에 미치는 영향

Purpose : This study evaluated the impact of the presence and aspect of mandibular third molars to the mandible angle fracture or condyle fractures in Korean. Materials and Methods : A retrospective study was designed for patients attending the division of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, Kang-dong sacred heart hospital for treatment of mandibular fracture from January 2006 to September 2010. The primary variable was the presence of mandibular third molar and the secondary variable was the aspects of third molar impaction. Mandibular third molars were classified by the impaction depth and the available space as Pell & Gregory system. Outcome variables were the presence of mandibular angle fracture or condyle fracture. Also the source of trauma, age, sex were studied. Hospital charts, radiographs were used for study. Statistic analysis was done with descriptive statistics, the X2-test, linear-bylinear association. P value under 0.05 was considered significant statistically. Results : The number of involved patients was 86. The ratio of male to female patients was about 9:1 for angle fracture and 7:3 for condyle fracture. The most common source of trauma was assault for angle fracture and fall down for condyle fracture. The presence of mandibular third molar increased frequency of angle fracture and decreased condyle fracture with larger impaction depth. But available space of mandibular third molar did not show high association with angle or condyle fractures. Conclusion : Preventive extraction of mandibular third molar is recommended for patients with high risk of angle fracture. Male patients at their third decade or martial artists, police officer could be the case. But it is not recommended for patients with low risk of angle fracture and high risk of condyle fracture relatively. Elder female patients without any symptom on their third molar could be the case.
상악동 골이식술을 위한 이식재의 부피 측정 - CT를 이용한 환자 대조군 연구

Purpose: The aim of this study is to determine whether a difference in the amount of bone graft material is needed between edentulous patients and dentulous patients and to calculate the amount of augmentation for a sinus lift procedure. Methods: 19 patients(20 sinuses) were included to measure maxillary sinus volume. Facial CT scanning was performed using MX 8000 IDT CT devices(Philips, USA). And it was used for IDLvm(The IDL Virtual Machine) 6.0, CT Volume Analyzer Ver 2.3 program to measure maxillary sinus volumes Results: At edentulous patients, volumes(mean${\pm}SD$) of the inferior portion of the sinuses were $0.56{\pm}0.13cm^3$(5mm height), $2.35{\pm}0.57cm^3$(10mm height), $4.85{\pm}1.10cm^3$(15mm height). At dentulous patients, volumes(mean${\pm}SD$) of the inferior portion of the sinuses were $0.41{\pm}0.18cm^3$(5mm height), $1.76{\pm}0.42cm^3$(10mm height), $3.80{\pm}0.84cm^3$ (15mm height). A significant correlation was found between augmentation height(5mm, 10mm, 15mm) and the calculated sinus volume.(p=0.027, p=0.018, p=0.044) Conclusions: A significant correlation was found between augmentation height(5mm, 10mm, 15mm) and the calculated sinus volume. Detailed preoperative knowledge of sinus lift augmentation volume is helpful in determining the appropriate amount of the bone graft material.
은나노 처리된 임플란트의 골조직 형성에 미치는 효과 평가

Purpose: To evaluate the effect of silvernanopartilce treated implants on the bone formation and osseointegration. Methods: Silvernanoparticle was produced using an anodic oxidation method. The size of silvernanoparticle ranged from 3.5 nm to 5.9 nm. To check the effect of the capability of osseointegration of silvernanoparticle coated Implant, 32 implants (16 piece of Implant treated with nanoparticle, and 16 piece of Implant was not treated for control) were placed at both the tibia of 8 New Zealand white rabbits. After 4 weeks, 4 rabbits were sacrificed and the removal torque was measured for comparison of the osseointagration ability. Further, 4 rabbits were sacrificed and sliced samples were made. H&E stain was done for microscopic finding. Results: The removal torque of the experimental group was $102.37{\pm}30.54$ N/cm, and the control group was $73.30{\pm}19.97$ N/cm. It was statistically significant (P<0.001). Microscopic finding also shows extinguish results in silvernanoparticle treated implants. Bone formation rate of the experimental group was 43.94% and the control group was 7.58%. It was observed to be statistically significant (P=0.017). Bone to implant contact rate of the experimental group was 58.09%, and the control group was 19.43%. It was found with statistical significance (P<0.001). Conclusion: The silvernanopartilce treated implant shows a better capability of bone regeneration and osseointegration than the non-treated one. Technology to produce smaller particles would make silver more useful and safer.

Purpose: Previous clinical investigations of sinus floor augmentation have demonstrated repneumatization of grafted sinus. The aim of this study is to evaluate and compare the height changes of sinus floor after grafting with deprotenized bovine bone mineral (DBBM) and beta tricalcium phosphate(TCP). Materials and methods: 34 sinuses in 28 patients were augmented with 100% DBBM or 100% TCP through lateral approaches. Sinusgraft height was measured before, immediately after, and 6 months after bone graft with panoramic radiography. Result: After 6 months, the decreases of graft heights were 14.53% for DBBM group and 15.15% for TCP group. There was no statistically significant difference. Discussion and Conclusion: Long-term stability of sinus-graft height represents an important factor for implant success. After the uses of DBBM and TCP for maxillary sinus floor augmentations, acceptable graft height maintenances were observed.
한국인에서의 상악동 골이식술과 관련된 상악동 동맥 분포에 대한 예비 연구

Aim: The aim of this study was to investigate the arterial arcade of maxillary sinus by determining the distance between the alveolar crest and the inferior border of the vessels in Korean population. Materials and methods: 76 patients and 87 available sinuses were determined by CT scan (Implagraphy, Vatech, Seoul, Korea). The distance between alveolar crest and inferior border of the vessel was determined considering the tooth area of posterior maxilla. Results: The lowest distance was observed on first molar area and the average distance is 16.9 mm. Discussions: it is important in sinus lift surgery that the vessels not to be damaged and that the anastomosis is situated in the lateral wall of maxillary sinus, which has to be exposed to gain access to the maxillary sinus. The knowledge of arterial arcade of maxillary sinus is important to perform the sinus floor elevation procedure effectively.

Ectodermal dysplasia is a genetic disorder in which various clinical manifestations involve two or more of the differentiated tissues of the ectoderm. Facial deformity, which is frequently associated with ectodermal dysplasia, appears in the form of cleft lip or cleft palate, especially in the middle facial area.Cleft and tooth defects result in decreased alveolar bone development.This leads to severe skeletal incongruity. Facial features include frontal protrusion, malar bone hypoplasia, flat nose, mandibular prominence and long lower facial height. This clinical report presents treatment including orthognathic surgery of a patient with Hypohidrotic Ectodermal dysplasia with cleft palate.
치수압이 상아질 접착제의 미세전단 결합강도에 미치는 영향에 관한 In vitro 연구

The aim of this study was to measure and compare the micro shear bond strengths of the following dentin bonding systems to the dentin surfaces under simulated pulpal pressure ; All Bond 2®, Second®, AdheSE®, Adper Prompt L-Pop®. The occlusal surfaces of 180 extracted human molars were prepared so the dentin bonding surfaces could be exposed. The teeth were randomly assigned to 3 equal groups of 60 each and subdivided. The dentin surfaces were treated with the above mentioned bonding system and resin composite cylinders were built up under a simulated pulpal pressure when saline (Group Ⅱ) or diluted bovine serum (Group Ⅲ) was used as the pulpal fluid. As a control, the same procedure,3 were performed in the dred dentin surfaces (Group Ⅰ). After one day of storage in water, the micro shear bond strengths were measured using an EZ tester. Group II and III showed significantly lower shear bond strength than GroupⅠ statistically (p<0.05). Second® and AdheSE® showed no difference among the different dentin condition. In the Adper Prompt L-Pop®, a simulated pulpal pressure were applied to the specimens using diluted bovine serum, which showed a higher strength than the specimens in which saline was used (p <0.05).
