흰쥐 해마에서 Glycine이 세로토닌 유리에 미치는 영향

Purpose: Hippocampus contains interneurons where glycine is located, but the connectivity of these has not been well studied. Glycine may influence the serotonergic nervous system through the interneurons. Serotonergic nerve fibers pass through nearly all areas of the hippocampus. We investigate the effects of glycine on serotonin release from rat hippocampal slices for the better understanding of the complex effects of glycine at the hippocampus. Materials and Methods: The hippocampus was obtained from the male rat brain and sliced. The slices were incubated in a buffer containing 0.1mM [^(3)H]5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT) for uptake. The release of 5-HT into the buffer during each 10 min period was measured and the radioactivities in each buffer and the tissue were counted using liquid scintillation counter and the results were expressed as a percentage of the total activity. After 50 min from the initiation, glycine were administered at 6th and 7th 10 min period respectively. The changes of 5-HT release were expressed as percent values compared to the 5th 10 min period. Results: A steady release of 5-HT was observed up to 100 min after the rapid release during the first 40 min. The 5-HT release during 10 and 20 min of glycine(10_(-6)M) treatment showed no significant change than those of control group. Conclusions: The release of 5-HT was not changed by glycine. This results suggest that glycine does not influence on the serotonergic nervous system that is responsible for the inhibition of the penile erection as well as induction of the penile erection.

Avionics system's function for an air transport mission is analysed. The starting point for designing a Avionics system is a clear understanding of the mission requirements and the requirement allocation by the top level aircraft system. Therefore, the analysis begins by making a top-down analysis to the aircraft missions. The baseline mission is divided into segments, and each segment is subjected to a detailed analysis to establish the requirements for the Avionics system. Special attention is given to capture the key aspects of interfaces, and to incorporate them into the design.

Hemospermia is not an uncommon disease and may affect the sperm motility. But the research about sperm motility in hemospermia is rare. So we studied the change of sperm motility between control group and patients with hemospermia and also studied the change of sperm motility between patients with hemospermia and those whose hemospermia was improved, the change of sperm motility between control group and artificially induced hemospermia group. We observed that the sperm motility in patients with hemospermia was decreased than that of control group, and that, as hemospermia being better, sperm motility was improved. We also observed that sperm motility in artificially induced hemospermia was decreased. The results provide that hemospermia has an effect on decreasing hemospermia motility.
흰쥐 방광에 이식된 superparamagnetic iron oxide labelled human mesenchymal stem cells의 조직학적 추적관찰

Purpose: Molecular magnetic resonance (MR) imaging technique using the superparamagnetic iron oxide nanocrystals (SPIO) are developed for the monitoring the stem cells noninvasively. This study was performed to monitor the transplanted SPIO labelled human mesenchymal stem cells (hMSCs) with the molecular MR imaging and histologically in the rat bladder. Materials and Methods: SPIO (Feridex; AMI, Cambridge, MA, USA) were labelled to hMSCs using GenePORTER. The labeling viability, efficiency of the SPIO labelled hMSCs were examined with tripan blue, prussian blue staining. SPIO labelled hMSCs are transplanted to the bladder in rats and MR images of them were examined using 1.5 T MR. Histologic examination of the SPIO labelled hMSCs transplanted bladder was performed with H&E and prussian blue staining. Results: The viability, efficiency of the SPIO labelled hMSCs were good. MR signal intensity at the areas of the SPIO labelled hMSCs in the bladder decreased after transplantation of 1x106 SPIO labelled hMSCs and were confined locally. Intracellular SPIO were confirmed in the hMSCs transplanted bladder up to 5 weeks. Conclusion: The SPIO labelled hMSCs in the bladder can be monitored using the molecular MR imaging and SPIO labelled hMSCs were found in the transplanted bladder. (J. 본 논문에서는 CMOS 공정을 사용하여 선형적으로 제어가 가능한 П모델 감쇄기를 구현하였고, 브릿지 T모델을 사용한 감쇄기를 제안하였다. CMOS 공정으로 코어의 수동소자를 트랜지스터로 구현하여 기존의 수동소자나 능동소자를 사용하는데 따른 문제점을 개선하였으며 GaAs MESFET공정의 문제점인 높은 비용 또한 해결하였다. П모델 감쇄기는 2-poly 4-metal 0.35$\mu\textrm{m}$ CMOS 공정을 사용하여 구현하였으며 기존의 수백 MHz의 동작 주파수범위를 DC-l㎓ 대역으로 향상시켰다. 또한 700$\mu\textrm{m}$${\times}$300$\mu\textrm{m}$ 로 면적을 줄였으며 일정한 주파수에서 감쇄 값과 제어 전압 사이의 선형적인 관계를 개선하였다. 제안된 브릿지 T모델 감쇄기는 П모델에서 동작주파수를 제한하던 매칭 특성을 향상시킴으로써 동작 주파수 템위를 DC-2㎓ 대역으로 넓혔다. To reaffirm the use of a mainstream CMOS process for designing passive-like attenuator structures, a linearly controlled variable attenuator is realized with 0.35${\mu}{\textrm}{m}$ 2-poly 4-metal CMOS process. It uses the П configuration for large attenuation range and suitable matching property. Compared to conventional passive-like CMOS attenuators, it is demonstrated that this work advances the frequency band from MHz to ㎓ (DC- l㎓), and reduces the size to 700${\mu}{\textrm}{m}$${\times}$300${\mu}{\textrm}{m}$.. Both simulation results and test results are provided. They show the improved linear relation between attenuation and control voltage. It is very useful in CDMA or GSM band, which uses under 1㎓ frequency band. An alternative topology, Bridged-T configuration, is proposed to get over the limit of applications by elevating operation bandwidth. The proposed topology covers over DC-2㎓ frequency band, which means that the proposed architecture can cover the tripleband (800MHz CDMA/GSM, 1.5㎓ GPS, 1.9㎓z PCS system) in applications as well. The simulation results are provided.
